Abstract
Description
前壁を有する筐体と、
命令の入力のため又は機能の起動のため、初期位置から手動で作動可能な少なくとも1つの操作素子と、
手動作動の際に操作素子が作用するスイッチング部材を有し、操作素子に関連づけられているスイッチと、
筐体内に操作素子と間隔をあけて配置された支持素子とを有し、
支持素子が、操作素子に対向する上面及び上面の反対側の下面を有する曲げ梁を有し、
操作素子に関連づけられたスイッチが、曲げ梁に配置されており、
初期位置にある操作素子に対する曲げ梁の曲げ位置を調節するため、かつ操作素子がスイッチング部材に作用する際に、曲げ梁を調節された曲げ位置に保持及び安定させるための、曲げ梁に作用する調節部材をさらに有する車両用操作装置である。

Claims (8)
- 前壁(14)を有する筐体(12)と、
命令の入力のため又は機能の起動のため、初期位置から手動で作動可能な少なくとも1つの操作素子(18)と、
手動作動の際に上記操作素子(18)が作用するスイッチング部材(36)を有し、上記操作素子(18)に関連づけられているスイッチ(32)と、
上記筐体(12)内に上記操作素子(18)と間隔をあけて配置された支持素子(24)とを備え、
上記支持素子(24)が、上記操作素子(18)に対向する上面(42)及び上記上面(42)の反対側の下面(44)を有する曲げ梁(40)を有し、
上記操作素子(18)に関連づけられた上記スイッチ(32)が、上記曲げ梁(40)に配置されており、
初期位置にある上記操作素子(18)に対する上記曲げ梁(40)の曲げ位置を調節するため、かつ上記操作素子(18)が上記スイッチング部材に作用する際に、上記曲げ梁(40)を調節された曲げ位置に保持及び安定させるための、上記曲げ梁(40)に作用する調節部材(46)をさらに備える車両用操作装置(10)。 - 上記スイッチ(32)が、上記操作素子(18)からスイッチング経路に沿ってスイッチトリガー位置まで移動可能なスイッチング部材(36)を有し、上記曲げ梁(40)が、上記調節部材(46)により曲げ位置に移動可能かつ上記曲げ位置に固定可能であり、上記曲げ位置において、上記筐体(12)、上記操作素子(18)及び上記スイッチ(32)の組立及び/又は製造公差を補償しつつ、上記スイッチング経路があらかじめ設定可能な長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置(10)。
- 上記調節部材(46)が、ねじ軸(50)を有する調節ねじ(48)として構成されており、上記調節ねじ(48)が、上記支持素子(24)の上記曲げ梁(40)と相対的に位置する参照素子(30)にねじ係合しており、上記調節ねじ(48)の回転により上記曲げ梁(40)が曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の操作装置(10)。
- 上記調節部材(46)が、ねじ軸(50)を有する調節ねじ(48)として構成されており、上記調節ねじ(48)が、上記支持素子(24)の上記曲げ梁(40)と相対的に位置する参照素子(30)において回転可能かつ軸方向に保持されており、上記調節ねじ(48)の上記ねじ軸(50)が、上記曲げ梁(40)にねじ係合しており、上記調節ねじ(48)の回転の際、上記曲げ梁(40)が曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の操作装置(10)。
- 上記スイッチ(32)が、スイッチトリガー位置において電気的に接続された少なくとも2つの接点を有していること、又は上記スイッチ(32)が、光学式、容量式、抵抗式又は誘導式経路センサとして構成されていることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置(10)。
- 上記操作素子(18)が作動される際、上記スイッチ(32)を通って走る上記スイッチング部材の上記操作素子(18)の移動軸の延長上の位置において、上記調節部材(46)が上記曲げ梁(40)に作用することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置(10)。
- 上記スイッチ(32)が、上記操作素子(18)に対向する上記曲げ梁(40)の上記上面(42)上に配置されており、上記調節ねじ(48)が、上記上面(42)の反対側の上記曲げ梁(40)の上記下面(44)かつ上記スイッチ(32)と同一平面上にあることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置(10)。
- 電気的、電気機械的又は電磁的に機能し、上記操作素子(18)の有効な手動作動の触覚フィードバックのためのフィードバックユニットを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置。
