Claims (10)
- 互いに積層された複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを収容し、前記複数のバッテリーセルを支持する支持部材を含むハウジングと、
前記支持部材に接触するように構成されるヒートシンクと、
を含み、
前記支持部材には複数の貫通ホールが形成され、前記複数の貫通ホールは熱伝達物質で満たされる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバッテリーセルの温度分布を基準にして、前記複数のバッテリーセルが配置される領域が複数の温度領域に区分され、
前記支持部材に形成される複数の貫通ホール間の間隔は前記複数の温度領域によって異なるように設定される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の温度領域は、高温領域、低温領域、及び前記高温領域と前記低温領域との間の中間領域を含み、
前記中間領域に対応する前記支持部材の部分における前記複数の貫通ホール間の間隔は前記高温領域から前記低温領域に向かう方向において漸進的に増加することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記支持部材との間には、前記支持部材の前記複数の貫通ホール内の熱伝達物質と連結されるように、熱伝達物質が介在される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記支持部材との間に配置される放熱パッドをさらに含み、
前記放熱パッドには複数の貫通ホールが形成され、前記放熱パッドの複数の貫通ホールは熱伝達物質で満たされる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記放熱パッドの前記複数の貫通ホールは前記支持部材の前記複数の貫通ホールに対応する位置に形成され、前記放熱パッドの前記複数の貫通ホール内の前記熱伝達物質と前記支持部材の前記複数の貫通ホール内の熱伝達物質とは互いに連結される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルの温度分布を基準にして、前記複数のバッテリーセルが配置される領域が複数の温度領域に区分され、
前記放熱パッドに形成される複数の貫通ホール間の間隔は前記複数の温度領域によって異なるように設定される、請求項5又は6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の温度領域は、高温領域、低温領域、及び前記高温領域と前記低温領域との間の中間領域を含み、
前記中間領域に対応する前記放熱パッドの部分における前記複数の貫通ホール間の間隔は前記高温領域から前記低温領域に向かう方向において漸進的に増加する、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記放熱パッドとの間には、前記放熱パッドの複数の貫通ホール内の熱伝達物質と連結されるように、熱伝達物質が介在される、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
