Description
Claims (19)
- バッテリーモジュール製造用セルモジュールカートリッジであって、
前記セルモジュールカートリッジが、カートリッジ本体を備えてなり、
前記カートリッジ本体が板状二次電池セルに対応する矩形構造に構成されてなり、それにより、前記バッテリーセルが前記カートリッジ本体に取り付けられてなり、
前記カートリッジ本体が、開放上部と、底部と、前部と、後部壁と、二つの側壁とを備えてなり、
前記二つの側壁が、前記底部から前記開放上部に向けて延びてなり、かつ、前記前面部と前記後部壁との間に位置してなるものであり、
上蓋が前記カートリッジ本体の前記開放上部に取り付けられているとともに、前記バッテリーセルが前記カートリッジ本体に取り付けられてなり、
前記カートリッジ本体が、底部に複数の貫通孔を備えており、
前記カートリッジ本体が、各側壁の上部端の一側面に結合用突起を備えてなり、この結合用突起により、前記カートリッジ本体が別のカートリッジ本体に結合されるとともに、前記カートリッジ本体の各側壁の底部端の一側面に前記結合用突起に対応する結合溝を備えてなり、及び
前記カートリッジ本体が、取り付け絶縁部材である、前部に結合部を備えてなり、前記結合部に、電極端子接続部材を取り付けるための追加の部材が組み立て結合されており、それにより、電極端子間の電気的接続用部材である前記電極端子接続部材が、前記対応するバッテリーセルの対応する電極端子に接続されてなるものであり、
前記取り付け絶縁部材が、後部端に、カートリッジ結合溝を備えてなり、前記カートリッジ結合溝に、前記カートリッジ本体の前記結合部が挿入されるものであり、及び
前記取り付け絶縁部材が、前部端に、電極端子貫通孔を備えてなり、前記カートリッジ結合溝を介して挿入されたバッテリーセルの電極端子が、前記電極端子貫通孔を介して露出されてなる、セルモジュールカートリッジ。 - 前記バッテリーセルが、電極アセンブリが樹脂層と金属層とを備えている積層シートから作製されているバッテリーケースに取り付けられている構造に構成されてなるポーチ型バッテリーセルである、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。
- 前記電極端子貫通孔が、前記カートリッジ本体の底部に所定のパターンで形成されてなる、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。
- 前記電極端子貫通孔が、互いに所定の距離だけ離れて設けられたいくつかの貫通孔群に分けられている、請求項3に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。
- 前記結合用突起及び前記結合溝が、前記カートリッジの対向側壁に形成されてなる、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジ本体が、前記後方壁の上部端に結合凹凸部を備えてなり、前記結合凹凸部により、前記カートリッジ本体が別のカートリッジ本体に結合され、及び
前記カートリッジ本体が、前記後方壁の底部端に前記結合凹凸部に対応する結合溝を備えている、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。 - 前記カートリッジ本体が、各側壁の上部端に少なくとも一つの突起を備えており、前記突起が別のカートリッジ本体が前記カートリッジ本体上に積層されたときに冷却剤経路を形成するものである、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジ本体が、前記前部に縦溝を備えており、
前記縦溝が、前記開放上部と前記底部との間において縦方向に向けて延びてなり、
前記縦溝に、前記縦方向に対して垂直の横方向に、前記カートリッジ本体を別のカートリッジ本体に結合するための結合部材が挿入されてなる、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。 - 前記カートリッジ本体及び前記上蓋が、絶縁材料又は絶縁面被覆材料から作製されている、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。
- 前記取り付け絶縁部材が、前記カートリッジ本体の前部に概略的に対応する大きさの六面体構造にほぼ構成されてなり、及び
前記取り付け絶縁部材が、上部に、前記電極端子貫通孔上に、前記電極端子接続部材に挿入された結合上部端を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のセルモジュールカートリッジ。 - 請求項1に記載のカートリッジとバッテリーセルとを備えている、セルモジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの両面粘着テープが、前記カートリッジ本体と前記バッテリーセルとの間に取り付けられている、請求項11に記載のセルモジュール。
- 請求項11に記載の複数のセルモジュールが積層されている構造に構成されている中型又は大型バッテリーモジュール。
- バッテリーセルをカートリッジ本体に取り付けるとともに、前記カートリッジ本体とともに各セルモジュールを構成している上蓋を前記カートリッジ本体から分離し、複数の前記カートリッジ本体を積層し、前記上蓋を最上部のカートリッジ本体に結合させ、電極端子接続部材を積層した複数の前記カートリッジ本体の前部に機械的に結合することにより、前記バッテリーモジュールを製造する、請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 所定の厚さを有する弾性片面接着テープが、前記積層カートリッジ本体を構成している各バッテリーセルの上面に取り付けられている、請求項14に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各電極端子接続部材が、
前記取り付け絶縁部材に面する、前記電極端子接続部材の後部に溝を形成するために曲げられた結合部(「曲り結合部」)であり、各バッテリーセルの電極端子を前記溝に挿入するようにされた、結合部と、
前記取り付け絶縁部材に対向してなる、曲げられ前記電極端子接続部材の前部の方向に突出している外部入出力端子と、
前記取り付け絶縁部材に対向してなる、曲げられ前記電極端子接続部材の前部の方向に突出している電圧検出端子とを備えてなる、請求項14に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項14に記載の複数のバッテリーモジュールを備えてなる、高出力大容量バッテリーモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリが、前記バッテリーモジュールが横方向に互いに隣接して配置され、
前記バッテリーモジュールが結合部材を用いて互いに結合されている構造に構成されてなる、請求項17に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリが、電気自動車又はハイブリッド電気自動車用充放電電源として使用されるものである、請求項18に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリ。
