Claims (6)
- 計測対象物にパターン光線を投影し、前記パターン光線が投影された前記計測対象物の投影画像を計測データとして取得する計測データ取得部と、
前記計測対象物を造形するための造形データを用い、前記パターン光線を前記計測対象物に投影した場合に出現する確からしい画像を予測して予測データとする予測部と、
前記予測データを用いて前記計測データを補正した補正済みデータを用いて前記計測対象物までの3次元データを計算する計算部と、
を備えることを特徴とする計測装置。 - 前記予測部は、確からしさを階調化して前記確からしい画像としてまとめ、前記予測データとする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計測装置。 - 前記計測データ取得部は、ライン状のパターン光線を前記計測対象物に投影する光切断法を用いる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の計測装置。 - 造形データに基づき、立体造形物を造形する造形部と、
前記立体造形物を計測対象物とする請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の計測装置と、
前記造形データと、前記計測装置により計測した3次元データとに基づいて、前記造形部を制御する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする造形装置。 - 前記造形部は、前記造形データとして立体造形物を高さ方向に対して分割した造形層を示すデータに基づいて、造形層を造形することで立体造形物を造形し、
前記制御部は、計測された造形層の上部に造形される造形層を示す造形データを変更するように制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の造形装置。 - 前記計測装置は、前記造形層の高さを測定し、
前記制御部は、前記計測装置によって測定された高さに基づいて、造形の動作を変更するように制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の造形装置。
