Claims (7)
- コイルと、
前記コイルへの通電により離間する方向へ吸引される第一可動鉄心及び第二可動鉄心と、
前記第一可動鉄心を第二可動鉄心側へ附勢する附勢部材と、
前記第一可動鉄心と前記第二可動鉄心の接近を制限する第一の規制部材とを備える
ことを特徴とするソレノイド。 - 所定の間隔をあけて配置される第一固定鉄心と第二固定鉄心を備え、
前記第一可動鉄心と前記第二可動鉄心は、前記第一固定鉄心と前記第二固定鉄心の間に前記第一固定鉄心と前記第二固定鉄心に対して遠近可能に設けられており、
前記第一可動鉄心は、前記第二可動鉄心の第一固定鉄心側に配置されて、前記コイルへの通電により前記第一固定鉄心に吸引されるとともに、
前記第二可動鉄心は、前記第一可動鉄心の第二固定鉄心側に配置されて、前記コイルへの通電により前記第二固定鉄心に吸引される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイド。 - 前記第一可動鉄心は、前記コイルへの通電により前記第一固定鉄心に吸着されるように設定されており、
前記第一可動鉄心を前記第一固定鉄心に吸着させるのに最低限必要な電流量は、前記第一可動鉄心の前記第一固定鉄心への吸着を維持するのに最低限必要な電流量よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のソレノイド。 - 前記第一可動鉄心と前記第二可動鉄心は、ともに有底筒状で、それぞれの底部を第二固定鉄心側へ向けており、
前記第一可動鉄心は、前記第二可動鉄心の内側に移動自在に挿入されており、
前記附勢部材は、コイルばねであり、前記第一可動鉄心の内側に挿入されて前記第一可動鉄心の底部と前記第一固定鉄心との間に介装されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のソレノイド。 - 前記第二可動鉄心と前記第二固定鉄心の接近を制限する第二の規制部材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載のソレノイド。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のソレノイドを備えて圧力制御通路の途中に設けられた電磁弁であって、
前記圧力制御通路を開閉する弁体と、
前記弁体の開弁圧を調節する前記ソレノイドとを備え、
前記コイルへの通電により前記第二可動鉄心を吸引する力により前記弁体が閉じる方向へ附勢される
ことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項6に記載の電磁弁を備える緩衝器であって、
シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するピストンと、
前記伸側室と前記圧側室とを連通する主通路と、
内周側を前記主通路が通る環状の弁座部材と、
前記弁座部材に離着座して前記主通路を通過する液体の流れに抵抗を与える主弁体と、
途中に絞りが設けられて前記主弁体の背面に前記伸側室の圧力を減圧して導く伸側圧力導入通路と、
前記主弁体の背面に前記圧側室の圧力を減圧して導く圧側圧力導入通路と、
前記伸側圧力導入通路の前記絞りよりも下流に接続される前記圧力制御通路と、
前記圧力制御通路の途中に設けられる前記電磁弁とを備え、
前記主弁体は、前記弁座部材に離着座する環状の第一弁体部材と、前記第一弁体部材の反弁座部材側に積層されて前記第一弁体部材に離着座する第二弁体部材とを有し、
前記第一弁体部材と前記第二弁体部材は、前記伸側室の圧力により前記弁座部材から離れる方向へ附勢され、
前記第二弁体部材は、前記第一弁体部材の内周側の圧力により前記第一弁体部材から離れる方向へ附勢され、
前記コイルへの通電により前記第二可動鉄心を吸引する力により、前記第一弁体部材と前記第二弁体部材が弁座部材側へ附勢される
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。
