前記変更することは、前記少なくとも2つの異なる生体信号間の干渉性、相関性、又は関連性に応答して、前記電気刺激システムの少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータを変更することを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記生体信号は、患者の脳波の少なくとも1つの領域を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの領域は、シータ領域である、請求項7に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 電気刺激システムであって、
患者の身体に埋込まれるように構成され且つ配置される埋込み可能な制御モジュールを有し、前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールは、アンテナと、前記アンテナに結合されたプロセッサを含み、患者組織の刺激のための電気刺激信号を、前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールに結合された電気刺激リードに供給するように構成され且つ配置され、
更に、外部プログラミングユニットを有し、前記外部プログラミングユニットは、前記アンテナを用いて前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールのプロセッサと通信するように構成され且つ配置され、前記電気刺激信号の生成のための刺激パラメータを調節するように構成され且つ配置され、
前記外部プログラミングユニットは、
ユーザから入力を受信するように構成され且つ配置されたユーザインタフェースと、
前記ユーザインタフェースと通信するプロセッサと、を含み、
前記外部プログラミングユニットのプロセッサは、
患者の生体信号を取得することと、
前記生体信号に応答して、電気刺激システムの少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータを変更することと、
前記少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータを前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールに通信することと、を実行するように構成され且つ配置される、電気刺激システム。 - 電気刺激システムであって、
患者の身体に埋込まれるように構成され且つ配置される埋込み可能な制御モジュールを有し、前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールは、患者組織の刺激のための電気刺激信号を、前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールに結合された電気刺激リードに供給するように構成され且つ配置され、
前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールは、
入力を受信するように構成され且つ配置されたアンテナと、
前記アンテナと通信するプロセッサと、を含み、
前記プロセッサは、幾つかのアクションを実行するように構成され且つ配置され、かかるアクションは、
前記アンテナを介して患者の生体信号を取得することと、
前記生体信号に応答して、電気刺激システムの少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータを変更することと、
前記少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータを用いて、電気刺激電流を、前記電気刺激システムの1又は2以上の選択された電極に送出することと、を含む、電気刺激システム。 - 更に、患者の生体信号を取得するように構成され且つ配置された少なくとも1つのセンサを有する、請求項9又は10に記載の電気刺激システム。
- 前記アクションは、更に、前記生体信号からパワースペクトルを決定するステップを含み、
前記変更することは、前記パワースペクトルに応答して、前記電気刺激システムの少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータを変更することを含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気刺激システム。 - 前記生体信号は、少なくとも2つの異なる生体信号を含み、
前記アクションは、更に、前記少なくとも2つの異なる生体信号間の干渉性、相関性、又は関連性を決定することを含み、
前記変更することは、前記少なくとも2つの異なる生体信号間の前記干渉性、相関性、又は関連性に応答して、前記電気刺激システムの少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータを変更することを含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電気刺激システム。 - 前記生体信号は、患者の脳波の少なくとも1つの領域を含み、前記少なくとも1つの領域は、シータ領域である、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電気刺激システム。
- 更に、前記埋込み可能な制御モジュールに結合可能な電気刺激リードを有し、前記電気刺激リードは、その遠位端部部分に沿って配置された複数の電極を含む、請求項9〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電気刺激システム。
