Abstract
【解決手段】真空断熱材32と、真空断熱材32の上部に備えられた畜冷剤33と、蓄冷剤33の上部に備えられた熱伝導性の良い材質で形成されたプレート34とを有した冷却部材130と、冷却部材130を収納するケース222とを有することで、冷却ユニット内に温かい食品をいれても、真空断熱材32の断熱効果により冷却ユニット周辺の温度上昇を抑制し、さらに温かい食品の熱を熱伝導性の良い材質のプレート34で伝導し、その熱を蓄冷剤33ですばやく奪うことが可能となるので、冷却ユニット周辺の温度上昇を抑制するので収納していた食品の品質を保持することができる。

Claims (4)
- 冷蔵庫本体は、複数の貯蔵室と、前記複数の貯蔵室の前面開口部を閉塞する複数の扉とを備え、前記複数の貯蔵室の中で少なくとも一つは冷凍室であって、前記冷凍室は冷凍食品等が収納される空間と、温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペースと、前記温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペース内に収納した食品等の温度を非接触にて検知する温度検知手段とを有し、前記温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペースは前記冷凍室の天面側に備えられるとともに、前記温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペースの底面側に断熱材を備えることで温かい食品を収納することによる前記冷凍食品等が収納される空間の温度上昇を抑制する冷蔵庫。
- 温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペース内は急速に冷却が行えるとともに、温度検知手段によって検知された前記温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペース内に収納した食品自身の温度が目的の温度に到達した時点で強制冷却を終了する請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペースは冷却器で冷却された冷気が直接送風される貯蔵室に備えられた請求項1または2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 冷蔵庫本体は、最上部に冷蔵室が備えられており、前記冷蔵室の扉の表面部に温かい食品を冷却することが可能なスペース内の温度を確認することができる温度表示手段が備えられた請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
