Abstract
Description
本発明は、殊に自動車において、妨害物をかわす際に衝突を回避するおよび/または衝突の結果を軽くするための方法および装置に関する。
以下に説明する手法により効果的に、自車並びに他車および妨害物の運動状態に関する情報に基づいて、妨害物をかわす際にドライバーを支援することにより、妨害物との事故の発生を回避もしくは事故の結果を軽くすることができる。
次に、添付の図面を参照しながら実施例に基づき本発明について詳しく説明する。
図1は妨害物に接近というシナリオでの、種々の運転ストラテジーの運転軌跡を略示している。
図2は種々のストラテジーにより衝突を回避することができる、妨害物に対する距離を略示している。
図3はシーケンスを略示ている。
図4は図3のシーケンスを実施する装置を示している。
次に、運転物理的な限界での妨害物をかわそうとする究極の操作は操舵と制動動作の組み合わせにあるという認識に基づいている、自動車のドライバー用アシストシステムについて説明する。運転物理的な限界はタイヤと走行路との間で伝達可能な力がその絶対値により制限されていることによって特徴付けられている。以下に「究極の運転操作」と表す運転物理的な限界は、力の大きさがいずれの時点においても実現可能な限界の大きさに相応していることによって特徴付けられている。すなわち力は文献から公知の「カム円(Kammscher Kreis)」上にあり、その際力の方向は任意の時間的な特性経過を有していることができる。力は、車両長手方向軸線に対して平行である成分(制動もしくは「アクセル操作」による長手方向加速度)と車両長手方向軸線を横断する方向にある(車両長手方向軸線に対して垂直である成分)(操舵による横方向加速度)とに分解することができる。例えば究極の制動操作において(「ブルブレーキング」)は車両長手方向における一定の成分しか(「制動力しか」)作用しない。これに対して究極の操舵操作(「究極の円走行」)においては車両長手方向に対して垂直である一定の成分しか(「操舵力しか」)働かない。
Claims (13)
- 車両(1)を妨害物(3)に対してかわす際に衝突を回避しおよび/または衝突結果を軽くするための方法であって、少なくとも1つの周辺センサ(52ないし54)を用いて少なくとも1つの妨害物(3)が識別され、妨害物(3)のデータが求められるという形式の方法において、
妨害物(3)のデータ並びに車両(1)のデータに基づいて、妨害物をかわす過程を支援するために有利な車両減速度が求められかつ車両(1)が相応に減速される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記データから、妨害物(3)との衝突がブレーキングだけで回避可能であるかが求められかつ衝突がブレーキングだけで回避可能でないときは車両(1)の減速が行われる
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記データから、妨害物(3)との衝突が操舵だけで回避可能であるかが求められかつ衝突が操舵だけで回避可能でないときは車両(1)の減速が行われる
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記データは妨害物(3)の運動パラメータおよび/または拡がりパラメータである
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 車両(1)の前記データは車両(1)の固有運動のデータ、殊に速度(V0)である
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 付加的に適当な操舵アクチュエータ(62,64)によりドライバーに対する予め定められた操舵を変更して、衝突回避を考慮して妨害物をかわすによりよい軌跡が実現されるようにする
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 操舵支援はドライバーの先行するハンドル操作に依存している
請求項6記載の方法。 - 少なくとも車両(1)、有利にはすべての関与する物体の運転物理的な運動可能性を考慮して衝突が回避されるようにすることができる
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 付加的に自動的な非常ブレーキングを実施する
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 付加的にドライバーに、光学的、音響的および/または触覚的に通報もしくは警告する
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 付加的に例えばベルトテンショナーのような可逆的保護システムの操作を行う
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 付加的に、可逆的および/または非可逆的な保護システムまたは別の安全システム(例えばエアバック、ブレーキアシスタント)の再パラメータ化を行う
請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 車両(1)を妨害物(3)に対してかわす際に衝突を回避しおよび/または衝突結果を軽くするための装置であって、少なくとも1つの周辺センサ(52ないし54)からの信号を受信しかつ該信号に基づいて妨害物(3)を識別しかつ該妨害物(3)のデータを求める制御ユニット(50)を備えている形式のものにおいて、
前記制御ユニット(50)は、該制御ユニットが前記妨害物(3)のデータ並びに車両(1)のデータに基づいて妨害物をかわす過程を支援するために有利な車両減速度を求めかつ車両(1)を相応に減速する制御信号を生成するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする装置。
