Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 強磁性材料からなる電磁気アセンブリ用のシートスタック(8、51) を製造する方法において、シートスタック(8、51)は未加工の磁気スチール シート(1、52)から組み立てられ、必要ならば、位置づけ手段を使用して成 形ツール(28、59)内に位置づけられることを特徴とし、さらに、シート( 1、52)は硬化性混合物のツール(28、59)内への注入と硬化または注型 成形化合物からの硬化により、その後で、その周囲全体が混合物で取り囲まれ、 1つに結合されて、1回の作業工程で完成されたシートスタック(8、51)を 形成することを特徴とするシートスタックの製造方法。 2. 強磁性材料からなる少なくとも1つのシートスタック(8、51)と別 の1つの構成部品(12〜14、53〜56)とを含む電磁気アセンブリ(45 、71)を製造する方法において、シートスタック(8、51)は未加工の磁気 スチールシート(1、52)から組み立てられ、必要ならば、位置づけ手段を使 用して前記別の構成部品(12〜14、53〜56)と一緒にツール(28、5 9)内に位置づけられることを特徴とし、さらに、その後で、硬化性混合物のツ ール(28、59)内への注入と硬化または混合物からの硬化により、1回の作 業工程でシート(1、52)はその周囲が混合物で取り囲まれ、1つに結合され て完成されたシートスタック(8、51)を形成し、シートスタック(8、51 )は構成部品(12〜14、53〜56)に接続されることを特徴とする電磁気 アセンブリの製造方法。 3. アセンブリ(45、71)は全体的に混合物によってのみ、その最終的 電気特性、磁気的特性、機械的特性および/または幾何学的特性をもつことを特 徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。 4. ツール(28、59)は少なくとも部分的に空気がぬかれてから、混合 物の注入が行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の製造方 法。 5. 圧力−ゲル化法として実施されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のい ずれかに記載の製造方法。 6. シートスタック(8、15)および/または構成部品(12〜14、5 3〜56)の少なくとも1つのセクションは、ツール(28、59)内に挿入さ れた後、位置づけ部材を装着するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃 至5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 7. 多孔性材料から作られたスペーサ部材(73)は位置づけ部材として使 用されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。 8. 熱硬化性混合物は硬化性混合物として使用されることを特徴とする請求 項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 9. 事前に処理されていない未加工シート(1、52)はシートスタック( 8、51)を作るために使用され、シート(1、52)相互間の電気的絶縁は電 気的絶縁特性を持つ硬化性混合物を塗布することにより得られることを特徴とす る請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 10.請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されることを特徴 とするシートスタック。 11. 請求項2乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されることを特 徴とするアセンブリ。
