Capita sovente che gli apparecchi illuminanti vengano incassati in soffitti e pareti per celarne i corpi e consentire la visibilità delle sole luci emesse affinché risultino sempre attuali e sempre in armonia in qualsiasi circostanza e con qualsivoglia arredo dell’ambiente illuminato. Da ciò l’idea di realizzare gli elementi in questione con lastre di cartongesso dello stesso tipo, comprese quelle “antincendio" delle pareti omonime, onde poter garantire all’occorrenza una resistenza al fuoco già certificata o facilmente certificabile e comunque mai inferiore a quella delle pareti di cartongesso nelle quali inserire i nuovi manufatti.
