Abstract

745,747. Seat cushions. MORRIS MOTORS, Ltd. July 23, 1954 [May 9, 1953], No. 12999/53. Class 52(4). A seat having a bottom and back rest fitted with metallic springs 4, 7 is provided with an integral overlay 9, 9A of latex foam cushioning, the back portion of the overlay being free so that it can follow downward displacement of the seat cushion. The underside of the overlay is cavitated and adhesively secured to a sheet 11 of open-weave canvas or like material.
