376,650. Turbine blades. A L L - M€NNA SVENSKA ELEKTRISKA AKTIEBOLAGET, Võsteras, Sweden. Jan. 4, 1932, No. 221. Convention date, Feb. 26, 1931. [Class 110 (iii).] A turbine blade 1 has integral roots 2 at both ends and the roots are bounded by curved surfaces 5, 4 opposite in curvature to the blade surfaces 7, 6. The blade edges may be spaced from the corners of the roots 2 as shown in Fig. 7. The root surfaces such as 4 may be produced by a roller tool acting on a number of blades clamped to a suitable member.
