1523908 Heat fixing XEROX CORP 2 Oct 1975 [18 Oct 1974] 40330/75 Heading B6C Toner images I on a copy sheet S are fixed by flash exposure to an elongated flash lamp 102 while being transported by air pressure between two cylindrically shaped guides 112, 114 coaxial with the lamp 102, the inner guide 114 being transparent to the flash radiation.
