Abstract

1415640 Conveyers POWERSCREEN INTERNATIONAL Ltd 19 June 1973 [22 June 1972 26 Aug 1972] 7540/75 and 7975/75 Divided out of 1414786 Heading B8A [Also in Division B1] Material, e.g. sand, gravel or like granular material from a de-watering apparatus may be stockpiled at a distance from the apparatus by means of endless conveyers each of which is swivelable on the vertical axis of a C-frame 10; the conveyers are also pivotable in a vertical plane. The material is contained in a tank 33 provided with a pair of bucket-carrying wheels which discharge, via shoots 36 and boots 23, on to endless belts 18. Each conveyer may be swivelled by an actuator 13 and an hydraulic motor 15, the pivotal movement being controlled by adjusting the effective length of a brace 21. The shoots 36 may be dispensed with and, if a bucket wheel which discharges to the front of the apparatus is used, the associated conveyer unit will be mounted on or adjacent the front wall of the tank.
