Abstract

1384797 Corner connector for panels GULLFIBER AB 13 June 1972 [24 June 1971] 27556/72 Heading F2M [Also in Division E1] A plastics or metal frame member 12 for interconnecting two mutually perpendicular panels comprises a first channel member 24, 26, 28 one flange of which has an L-shaped extension on the opposite side of the channel's web 24 to thereby define a second channel, one flange 28 of the first channel being angled inwardly to grip a panel 20 and the web 24 having a co-planar extension 52 on the side opposite to the L- shaped extension. Co-planar panels are interconnected by I-section members 44. The panels may be riveted at 54, 56, 58. Sealing members 38, 39, 40, so may be inserted between the panels and frames. The wall and celing panels may have an insulating core (e.g. cork or foamed plastics), with a wood or metal facing. The floor may have an insulating layer 34, a support layer 36 and a covering 66, 68.
