Abstract

Mops; mop wringers.-In a mop. the layers of mopping material b are threaded on a square core h and secured in position between a flange c on the core and the double sleeve f, m<1> by screwing the mop handle into position in the threaded core. The end of the handle is formed with a conical cap n adapted to engage rotatably the outer sleeve when the projecting screw o engages the core. To enable the mop to be wrung without soiling the hands, a waterproof covering p in the form of a truncated cone is provided which can be slid down the handle so as to enclose the mopping material.
