Description
The invention finds an advantageous application whenever it is necessary to protect a swimming pool from unauthorized intrusions of unauthorized persons to enter this space and in particular young children without the effective supervision of the persons who are responsible for it. Its application also helps protect this place in case of bad weather so that it can be used a very large part of the year largely extending the summer season. In PATENT FR 2 852 990 a structure has been proposed comprising a roof of curved curved profile and closed at each end by side walls. Their major disadvantage does not allow to stand everywhere under all the structure. Our invention is composed of solid materials authorized by the standards in force in matters of building and private constructions. This closed shelter is composed of poles exotic wood, aluminum or any other current or future materials with the necessary qualities to provide the comfort of use necessary to take full advantage of this equipment. 25 highly innovative access doors which are the subject of a patent called opening and closing device vertical and modular sequential doors 2 tiers 1 third to encumbrance, opened open open and filed today by the same inventors allowing a very easy access and whose opening encumbers as little as possible the space necessary for the good use of the space. We combine 4 elements, the one described by the PATENT FR 2.852.990, the structure of elevation of the shelter, the innovative doors and the system of maneuver 10 of its doors. Together they will allow to combine shelter, height of space, and ease of access to bring well-being to users. To the transparency of the roof will be added that, vertical since the roof is raised by 2 meters. From this very structured assembly we obtain the best possible combination. The invention overcomes the disadvantages encountered by providing simple and easy to use elements. 16 doors (figure 3) n ° 25 & 26 opening with a single click! and immediately, not encumbering the space of the comfortable shelter and a bright environment provide the best possible combination. The invention is set forth here in detail with the aid of the accompanying drawings which give a perspective showing the cross section. roof closed or open (Figures 1 & 2) No. 36, elevated from the ground by posts (Figures 1 2 & 3) No. 28 on which are fixed aluminum brackets ALU (Figures 1 & 2) No. 9 of 150 / 150/5, (with expansion joints (Figures 2 & 3) No 39 & 10, without expansion joints (Figure 3) No 11. These expansion joints (Figure 2) No 39 include bolts No 2 fastening nuts n ° 13 one clamping clip n ° 7 and one expansion nipple n ° 40 and angles n ° 9
Under each angle a gutter shows the flow of rainwater collected by the roof (Figures 1 2 & 3) No. 17).
Les poteaux (figures 1 & 2) n°28 soutiennent les cornières (figures 1 2 & 3) n°9 10 & 11, les gouttières (figures 1 2 & 3) n° 17, les coffres (figures 1 2 & 4) n°8, et les portes (figures 3 & 4) n°25 & 26 . The posts (Figures 1 & 2) No. 28 support the angles (Figures 1 2 & 3) No. 9 10 & 11, the gutters (Figures 1 2 & 3) No. 17, the chests (Figures 1 2 & 4) No. 8, and the doors (FIGS. 3 & 4) No. 25 & 26.
On top of the posts (Figures 1 & 2) No. 28 are fixed chests (Figures 1 2 & 4) No. 8 which contain the motors (Figures 1 2 & 4) No. 20 21 & 22 intended to lift the whole and actuate the articulated arms (figures 1 & 2) n ° 3 of the roof (figures 1 2 & 4) n ° 36 and the roof support (fig. 1) n ° 33 which locks with an electromechanical strike (figure 2) n ° 16 and which is folded when the roof is closed (figures 1) n ° 34.
No. 15 are provided to fix the angles
