PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE MATERIAL SINTETICO COMPUESTO DE SILICE CRISTALINA. SE HACE REACCIONAR, EN SOLUCION ACUOSA, ALCOHOLICA O HIDROALCOHOLICA, UN DERIVADO DE SILICIO Y UN DERIVADO DE UN ELEMENTO MODIFICANTE CON UNA SUSTANCIA QUE PRESENTE UN EFECTO ARQUIVOLTA. EVENTUALMENTE PUEDEN SER AÑADIDOS UNO O MAS AGENTES MINERALIZANTES Y TAMBIEN, POSIBLEMENTE, UNA BASE INORGANICA. LA CRISTALIZACION SE EFECTUA EN UN AMBIENTE CERRADO Y A TEMPERATURA; A CONTINUACION SE EFECTUA UN ENFRIAMIENTO Y DESPUES SE LLEVA A CABO EL LAVADO Y EL FILTRADO. POSTERIORMENTE SE SECA Y CALCINA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 300 A 700GC, DURANTE 2 A 24 HORAS, PUDIENDO SER SOMETIDO EL COMPUESTO RESULTANTE A UN NUEVO LAVADO Y CALCINADO. ESTOS COMPUESTOS SON DE CARACTER POROSO Y PRESENTAN ELEVADA SUPERFICIE ESPECIFICA, POR LO QUE SON DE UTILIDAD PARA LA OBTENCION DE CATALIZADORES.
