- the sliding sash 12, 14 by means of schematically illustrated carriage 16, 18, 20, 22 in or on a fixed frame (not shown) displaceable.
- the first closure assembly 24 includes a first actuator 26 for actuating the shutters 28 and 30 and a second actuator 32 for actuating the shutters 34 and 36.
- the shutters 28, 30 are actuated by a first drive rod 38 of the first closure assembly 24 and the shutters 34, 36 operated by a second drive rod 40 of the first shutter assembly 24.
- a - in Fig. 3 shown - first shift lock 90 and, alternatively or additionally, in a second area 44 a - in the Fig. 4a-4d 2) shown to block the drive rods 38, 40 to prevent the actuators 26, 32 from being brought into a locked position when the sliding leaves 12, 14 are opened.
- a third area 45 a - in the Fig. 4a-4d shown - be provided for further second switching lock.
- Fig. 1b shows a portion of the first closure assembly 24, wherein both the first actuator 26 and the second actuator 32 are in the locked position.
- the actuators 26, 32 each include a gear 46, 48 which transmits the pivotal operation of controls 50, 52 in a linear movement of the drive rods 38, 40 in the direction of double arrows 54, 56.
- the movement of the drive rods 38, 40 is transmitted to the shutters 28, 34.
- the movement is transmitted to the closures 30, 36 (see. Fig. 1a ), which are formed identically with the closures 28, 34 and for reasons of clarity in Fig. 1b are not shown.
- Fig. 1c shows the first closure assembly 24 in a sectional view. It can be seen that both the closure 28 and the closure 34 each have a substantially U-shaped rear engagement element 58, 60 with projections 58a, 60a. The projections 58a, 60a engage behind in their in Fig. 1c shown locking position.
- the closure arrangement 24 is mirror-symmetrical to a central axis of symmetry 61 running in the direction of folding or driving rod movement.
- Fig. 1d shows the first closure assembly 24 in a position in which the first actuator 26 is in an unlocked position and the second actuator 32 is in the locked position.
- Fig. 1e shows that in this position, the first closure assembly 24, the projections 58 a, 60 a do not engage behind. From a comparison of Fig. 1e With Fig. 1c it is clear that the first rear grip element 58 in Direction of an arrow 62 has been moved. The first rear grip element 58 can be moved independently of the position of the second rear grip element 60.
- Fig. 1f shows the first closure assembly 24 in a position in which the first actuator 26 is in the locked position and the second actuator 32 in the unlocked position.
- Fig. 1g shows that the second rear engagement element 60 of the first closure assembly 24 - in comparison to the in Fig. 1c shown position - was moved in the direction of arrow 64.
- the second rear grip element 60 can thus be moved independently of the position of the first rear grip element 58.
- Both closures 28, 34 can be moved independently of each other in the unlocked position or locking position. Incorrect operations can be effectively avoided.
- Fig. 1h shows the first closure assembly 24 in a position in which both closures 26, 32 are in an unlocked position.
- Fig. 1i shows that both rear engagement elements 58, 60 of the first closure assembly 24 have been moved away from each other.
- the rear grip elements 58, 60 were moved transversely to the direction of movement of the drive rods 38, 40.
- Fig. 1j shows the closure 28 in the locked position.
- the closure 28 has a deflecting mechanism 66, the linear movement of the drive rod 38 parallel to the main plane of the sliding leaf (not shown) in a transverse movement of the first rear engagement element 58th translated perpendicular to the main plane.
- the first rear grip element 58 has a control contour 68 into which a pin 70 of the drive rod 38 engages.
- the control contour 68 is formed as a slot or slot and aligned obliquely to the drive rod movement direction.
- the control contour 68 is rectilinear in the exemplary embodiment, but could also have sections which have different angles to the drive rod movement direction.
- Fig. 1k shows the closure 28 in the unlocked position.
- the pin 70 was compared to the in Fig. 1j shown locking position moves down.
- the thereby covered distance of the pin 70 corresponds to the Getriebehub and is marked with H.
- the first rear grip element 58 was moved to the left.
- Fig. 1l shows the closure 28 according to Fig. 1j in a sectional view, wherein it can be seen that the tip of the first rear engagement element 58 is spaced by the distance X from an outer edge of the first drive rod 38.
- Fig. 1m shows the closure 28 according to Fig. 1k in a sectional view.
- the tip of the first rear engagement element 58 is spaced from the outer edge of the first drive rod 38 by the distance X + Q.
- the drive rod is thus moved by the distance H and the first rear grip element 58 by the distance Q.
- Q is smaller than H.
- the movement of the drive rod is reduced in a movement of the rear engagement element transversely to the direction of movement of the drive rod.
- the first rear grip element 58 can therefore be closed very powerful.
- the first rear grip element 58 due to the transmission ratio of the deflection mechanism 66 only very difficult to be pushed by a burglar in the unlocked position.
- At least one rear grip element 58, 60, or preferably both rear grip elements 58, 60 can also be arranged or formed directly on the drive rods 38, 40.
- a vertical movement i. H. a movement in espagnolette movement direction when opening and closing executed.
- Fig. 2a shows a second closure assembly 72.
- the second closure assembly 72 substantially corresponds to the first closure assembly described above 24.
- the second closure assembly 72 in contrast to the first closure assembly 24, the second closure assembly 72, however, a first securing projection 74 which is insertable into a first securing recess 76 and a second Locking projection 78 which is insertable into a second securing recess 80.
- Fig. 2b shows a first sectional view of the second closure assembly 72, from which it can be seen that the first securing projection 74 is positively inserted into the first securing recess 76 when the second closure assembly 72 is in the closed state, ie, when the sliding leaves are pushed against each other frontally. Also, the second securing projection 78 (see Fig. 2a ) is positively inserted into the second securing recess 80.
- Fig. 2c shows in a second sectional view of the second closure arrangement 72 that rear grip elements 82, 84 in FIG locked state of the second closure assembly 72 completely engage behind.
- the rear engagement members 82, 84 provide no protection against urging the second closure assembly 72 perpendicular to the main plane of the sliding panels (not shown) in the direction of the arrows 86, 88. Because of the securing projections 74, 78 previously described, inserted into the securing recesses 76, 80 however, such impressions are prevented.
- the second closure assembly 72 is thereby formed very secure against burglary.
- Fig. 3 represents a first shift lock unit 90.
- the first shift lock unit 90 may, for example, be part of the first lock arrangement 24 according to FIG Fig. 1a to Fig. 1m or part of the second shutter assembly 72 according to FIG Fig. 2a to Fig. 2c be.
- the first shift lock 90 is preferably in the first region 42 (see Fig. 1a ), that is, mounted on an upper side or lower side interface between the two sliding leaves 12, 14 and a fixed frame.
- the first shift lock unit 90 comprises a first shift lock 92, which corresponds to the first sliding door 12 (cf. Fig. 1a ) is assigned and a second shift lock 93, the second sliding sash 14 (see. Fig. 1a ) assigned.
- the shift locks 92, 93 are mirror-symmetrical to each other. Below, therefore, only the second shift lock 93 is explained in more detail, which is shown partially in section.
- the second shift lock 93 includes a locking pin 94 which is inserted in a locking pin receptacle 96 of a stop member 98 which is fixed or formed on the fixed frame (not shown).
- the locking pin 94 is coupled to a drive rod 100 which is part of an actuator (not shown).
- the second shift lock 93 is in the locking position.
- a return element 108 in the form of a spring is arranged under pressure between a receiving element 110 and an adjustable counter-element 112 for adjusting the spring stiffness.
- the counter element 112 is connected to the sliding leaf. If the sliding leaf is moved in the direction of the arrow 106, the receiving element 110 remains pressed due to the spring force for a short distance against the stop element 98, and the locking pin 94 is moved into a receptacle 114 of the receiving element 110, wherein the locking pin 94 on a locking pin stop 116th abuts the top of the receiving element 110. The locking pin 94 can then no longer be moved in the direction of an arrow 117, i. H. the actuator can not be brought into the locked position.
- first shift lock 90 is thus achieved that coupled to the shift locks 92, 93 closures of the first closure assembly 24 and the second closure assembly 72 can only be moved from the unlocked position into the locking position, if the respective sliding sash, for example the respective sliding leaf 12, 14 (see. Fig. 1a ), closed is.
- a collision of the rear grip elements of these closures for example the rear grip elements 58, 60 (cf. Fig. 1c ) or the rear grip elements 82, 84 (see. Fig. 2c )
- the sliding leaf is secured in a locking position by the inserted into the locking pin receptacle 96 locking pin 94 on the fixed frame. It is therefore possible to close even one sliding sash and leave the other sliding sash open.
- the second shift lock 93 thus represents a sprung stop for the closing movement of the sliding door.
- a drive rod can be used directly with a second shift lock unit, for example in a second area 44 according to FIG Fig. 1a be coupled.
- Fig. 4a shows a shift lock 118 such a second shift lock.
- the shift lock 118 has a mandrel 120 which is arranged to be retractable and extendable relative to a shift lock body 122.
- the shift lock body 122 is on a first sliding sash, for example, the first sliding sash 12 according to Fig. 1a , attachable.
- a shift lock body 122 fastened.
- Fig. 4b represents a casserole block 124 of the second shift lock.
- the casserole block 124 is attachable to the fixed frame.
- the casserole block 124 has a ramp 126, on which the mandrel 120 (see. Fig. 4a ) can be placed.
- Fig. 4c shows the shift lock 118 in a sectional view. It can be seen that the mandrel 120 is connected to a stop member 128, which is arranged in the direction of an arrow 130 against the resistance of a return element 132 in the form of a spring movable in a housing 134 of the switching lock body 122.
- a locking pin (not shown) connected to a drive rod can be used in the in Fig. 4c Locking position shown are guided by a locking pin receptacle 136. The drive rod is thus freely movable with actuated mandrel 120.
- Fig. 4d shows the shift lock 118 in contrast in the unactuated state (blockage position), ie equipped with the shift lock 118 sliding sash is open.
- the locking pin receptacle 136 has been moved to the right.
- the locking pin receptacle 136 is thereby no longer available for a locking pin (not shown). Rather, the locking pin bears against a locking pin stop 138 of the stop element 128.
- second shift lock unit thus prevents locking of a closure of that sliding leaf, which has the shift lock when this sliding leaf is open.
- Fig. 5a shows a second sliding window 176 with a first sliding leaf 178 and a second sliding leaf 180.
- the sliding leaves 178, 180 are in Fig. 5a in the closed state, ie pushed together at the front, shown.
- a third closure assembly 182 is provided on the second sliding window 176, which increases in Fig. 5h is shown.
- a second switching blocking unit 184 is provided on the second sliding window 176 on both sliding leaves 178, 180.
- the second shift lock unit 184 has the shift lock 118 according to FIG Fig. 4a and the casserole block 124 according to Fig. 4b on.
- Fig. 5b shows a section 186 from Fig. 5a , It can be seen that for actuating the shutter assembly 182 (see Fig. 5a ) a first drive rod 188 and a second drive rod 190 are provided. The first drive rod 188 is actuated directly by a third drive rod 192, while the second drive rod 190 is actuated by a fourth drive rod 194 via a reverse gear 196.
- the associated with the drive rods 192 and 194 actuators can thereby be operated mirror-symmetrically, ie a user can set the actuators up to achieve an unlocked position and down to achieve a locking position (see. Fig. 5c-5g ).
- the encircling third and / or fourth drive rod 192, 194 can be blocked by a respective second shift lock unit 184.
- the third and / or fourth drive rod 192, 194 is only released when the corresponding sliding leaf 178, 180 is closed.

- the sliding sash 178, 180 are opened.
- the closures 204 and 206 are both in the locked position. If the sliding leaves 178, 180 further closed in this position, ie pushed together, it could cause damage to the closures 204 and / or 206 due to non-existent resilient closures. Therefore, the discussed embodiment has the previously discussed second shift lock unit 184 (see also FIGS Fig. 5j ), which the in Fig. 5g shown position prevented.

- FIG. 12 shows a top view of the fourth closure arrangement 140. It can be seen that the passage recess 148 is delimited by flanks 158, 160 which form the second rear engagement element 146. The flanks 158, 160 are tiltable via bearings 162, 164 in the direction of the arrows 166, 168. The flanks 158, 160 are against the resistance of a clamp-shaped spring element 170 (cf. Fig. 6a ) deflectable. As a result, the first closure 142 can also be inserted into the passage recess 148 in the locking position. The insertion of the first closure 142 is thereby by the top of the flanks 158, 160 trained bevels 172, 174 facilitates.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a closure assembly for individual frontal locking two sliding sash, which is insensitive to incorrect operation.
This object is achieved by a closure arrangement for the frontal locking two sliding sashes, which are guided on a fixed frame of a sliding door, a sliding window or the like, with a can be arranged on a first sliding sash first closure, which is actuated by means of a first actuating means of the first sash and a The second closure can be actuated by means of a second actuating device of the second sliding wing, the first closure having a first protrusion element movable between a locking position and an unlocking position having a first protrusion and the second closure interposing between a locking position and a second Unlocking position movable second rear handle member having a second projection and both projections only in the assembled state of the closure assembly hinte engage when both rear handle elements are in the locked position.
According to the closure arrangement according to the invention, the rear grip elements only come into mutual engagement when they are both in the locking position. The locking position or unlocking position of the rear grip elements can be adjusted via the respective associated actuator. In other words is moved from the unlocking position of its first unlocking position in the locking position by a first distance and the second rear engagement element from its unlocked position in the locking position by a second distance towards each other. The closure arrangement is now designed so that the rear grip elements only partially overlap when both the first rear grip element has been moved by the first distance and the second rear grip element by the second distance. Thus, when the sliding leaves are closed, a rear engagement element is in the unlocking position and the other rear engagement element is already in the locking position, the sliding leaves can nevertheless be pushed together, since there is no danger of collision between the engagement elements. The closure assembly can thus not be damaged. In contrast to the known state of the art, both rear engagement elements are movable, so that an adjustment of the first rear engagement element, ie unlocking or locking of the first sliding wing, can take place independently of the position of the second engagement element.
The first rear grip element can be rigidly connected to a linearly movable part of the first actuating device, in particular a first drive rod, and / or the second rear grip element to a linearly movable part of the second actuating device, in particular a second drive rod. Preferably, both rear engagement elements are rigidly connected to a linearly movable part of the respective actuating device. For example, both rear engagement elements may each be rigidly connected to a respective drive rod extending in the fold circumferential direction. By a movement of the first drive rod in the locking position, for example, down, and a movement of the other drive rod in the locking position, For example, upwards, arranged on the drive rods or trained rear handle elements can come into engagement.
Alternatively, the first rear engagement element can, via a first deflection mechanism, be transverse to the direction of movement of a linearly movable part of the first actuating device, in particular a first drive rod, and / or the second engagement element via a second deflection mechanism transverse to the direction of movement of a linearly movable part of the second actuating device, in particular a second Driving rod, be movable. Preferably, both rear engagement elements are movable via deflecting mechanisms transversely to the direction of movement of linearly movable parts of the respective actuating devices. By the deflection mechanism ensures that the rear handle elements can not be pushed easily into the unlocked position. The closure assembly can be formed particularly burglar proof.
The first deflection mechanism preferably has a first control contour interacting with the linearly movable part of the first actuating device, in particular a first connecting link or a first control groove, and / or the second deflecting mechanism has a second control contour interacting with the linearly movable part of the second actuating device, in particular a second Backdrop or a second control groove, on. Both deflecting mechanisms preferably have a control contour which cooperates with the linearly movable part of the respective actuating device. For example, at least one deflection mechanism, preferably both deflection mechanisms, have a link in which a bolt of a drive rod is guided.
A structurally particularly simple and at the same time very stable closure arrangement can be achieved in that the first rear grip element and the second rear grip element are each designed in the form of a substantially U-shaped hook. When both locks are in the locked position, the first projection in the form of a leg of the first U-shaped hook engages behind the second projection in the form of a leg of the second U-shaped hook.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the first closure has a first securing projection which can be inserted into a first securing recess of the second closure when closing the sliding leaves. As a result, pressing or pressing the sliding sash is effectively prevented by exerting a pressure perpendicular to the main plane of a sliding sash. Preferably, the second closure has a second securing projection, which is insertable into a second securing recess of the first closure when closing the sliding leaf. The sliding sashes are thus formed very secure against burglary perpendicular to their main plane.
The first closure is preferably designed mirror-symmetrically to the second closure. In this way, the production of the closure assembly and its installation on the end faces of the sliding doors can be greatly simplified.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the first rear engagement element may comprise a bolt with a mushroom-head end forming the first projection and the second engagement element having a through-hole, wherein at least one flank delimiting the through-recess comprises the second projection and the mushroom-shaped end can be inserted via an opening in the second rear grip element, which is formed transversely to the through-hole. The bolt is moved in a movement of the first rear engagement element from the locking position to the unlocked position in the direction of the opening. Furthermore, the passage recess is moved in a movement of the second rear engagement element from the unlocked position into the locking position in the direction of the bolt. However, the bolt only comes into engagement with the through-hole, when both the first and second rear engagement engagement element Hintergriffelement are in the locked position. Such an embodiment of the closure arrangement forms a secure attachment of the first sliding leaf on the second sliding leaf, wherein the sliding leaf are secured perpendicular to its main plane against pressing due to the leadership of the bolt in the through-hole.
Preferably, two opposite flanks delimiting the passage recess form the second projection. The bolt can be performed particularly burglar proof in the through hole.
In order to enable insertion of the mushroom-shaped end into the through-passage with displacement of at least one flank, in particular of both flanks, at least one flank delimiting the through-recess or two flanks delimiting the through-flute can be arranged or formed in a spring-elastic manner. As a result, even an end-side locking or connecting the sliding sash allows even if both closures are in the locked position: If both closures are in the locked position, so can Pushing the sliding leaf of the bolt, the resiliently arranged or formed flank, in particular both resiliently arranged or formed flanks, displace with its mushroom-shaped end and are inserted into the through-hole. Thereupon, the flank springs or springs back the flanks and hold the bolt in the manner of a barb in the through-hole.
A simple and inexpensive manufacturable closure assembly can be achieved in that the through-hole is formed in the form of an oblong hole having on two opposite longitudinal sides the resiliently arranged or formed edges, is closed at one end and the other end has the opening.
In order to facilitate insertion of the mushroom-shaped end, at least one flank, in particular both flanks, may have a slope on its upper side.
For each closure arrangement, it is preferred that the first rear grip element is arranged or configured so flexibly that at least the first projection of the first rear grip element can be displaced by the second rear grip element against the resistance of a restoring element. In this case, the first protrusion can in this case also be engaged behind by the second protrusion if the fasteners having the behind grip elements are both in the locking position. Furthermore, both the first and second rear engaging engagement element Hintergriffelement can be flexibly arranged or formed so that both the first projection of the first and second tab Hintergriffelements the second projection Rear handle element are each displaceable against the resistance of a return element.
If the rear handle elements can not be connected together in the locking position, it is useful to provide a shift lock to prevent collision of the rear handle elements and thereby potential damage to the rear handle elements in the event that both Hintergriffelemente are in the locked position and the sliding leaves are closed , In this case, the first closure, a first shift lock, which limits a locking movement of the first actuating device when the first sliding sash is not in the closed position and / or the second closure a second shift lock, which limits a locking movement of the second actuator, when the second sliding sash not in the closed position, include. The switching locks used are preferably identical or mutually mirror-symmetrical. Preferably, a shift lock is provided on both closures.
The first shift lock may comprise a first locking pin coupled to the first actuating means, which is at least partially inserted into a, in particular fixed frame or trained, locking pin receptacle, wherein a movable first locking pin stop the first shift lock the closing movement of the first locking pin in an open position the first sliding sash limited (Blockadestellung) and in a closed position of the first sliding sash releases (release position). Alternatively, or preferably in addition thereto, the second shift lock may comprise a second locking bolt coupled to the second actuating device, which at least partially, in particular, in a fixed frame arranged or trained, locking pin receptacle is inserted, wherein a movable second locking pin stop of the second shift lock limits the closing movement of the second locking pin in an open position of the second sliding leaf and releases in a closed position of the second sliding wing. The first shift lock is preferably designed mirror-symmetrically to the second shift lock.
The first locking pin stop may be movable against the resistance of a first return element to release the first locking pin and / or the second locking pin stop to be movable against the resistance of a second return element to release the second locking pin. The first locking pin stop and / or the second locking pin stop can serve as sprung stops for the respective sliding sash. Preferably, both locking pin stops are movable against the resistance of each return element, so that both sliding leaves have a sprung end stop when pushed together.
In a further preferred embodiment of the shift lock, a spike of the shift lock may be movable against the resistance of a return element to release a locking pin coupled to the actuating device. Preferably, such a shift lock is provided on both closing wings. The mandrel can be actuated by a casserole. The casserole can be arranged or formed on the fixed frame. The shift lock can be structurally particularly simple design.
The closure arrangement preferably comprises a first actuating device of the first sliding leaf, which is connected to the first Closure is coupled and a second actuator of the second sliding wing, which is coupled to the second closure. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the closure arrangement, this comprises two actuating devices, which are connected in each case via associated drive rods movable with at least one closure.
The invention further comprises a sliding door, a sliding window or the like with a previously described closure arrangement.

In the illustrated locking position of the sliding leaves 12, 14, the end faces of the sliding leaves 12, 14 can be locked or connected by a

As an alternative to the

If the

In summary, the invention relates to a closure assembly for sliding sash of a sliding window, a sliding door or the like. The closure arrangement has a first rear grip element with a first projection and a second rear grip element with a second projection. The rear grip elements are each movable via actuating means of the sliding sash in an unlocked position and a locking position. However, the projections engage behind when closed, ie collapsed sliding sashes only when both rear engagement elements are in the locked position. In order to avoid incorrect operation and to avoid a collision of the rear grip elements when closing, ie when pushing the sliding sashes, shift locks are preferably provided, which are the Block actuators in their unlocked position when the sashes are not closed. As an alternative or in addition to the shift locks, at least one rear grip element can be deflectable or displaceable by the other rear grip element against the resistance of a restoring element.
