Claims (14)
- Fitting (1) for a window (2), in particular a side-hung window, comprising a gear (3), a first locking device (4) which can be actuated by means of the gear (3), and a second locking device (5) which can be actuated by means of the gear (3), wherein the first locking device (4) has at least one pin (7) which can be brought into engagement with a pin receptacle (6) and the second locking device (5) has at least one spring latch (9) which can be brought into engagement with a latch receptacle (8), further comprising a handle element (10), which, for actuation of the gear (3), is operatively connected to a gear rod (11) of the gear (3) and is movable into at least three grip positions (A, B, C), wherein, in the grip position (A), both locking devices (4, 5) are activated, in the handle position (B) only the second locking device (5) is activated, and in the handle position (C) both locking devices (4, 5) are deactivated, and wherein the gear (3) comprises at least one return spring (12) for automatically returning the handle element (10) from the handle position (C) into the handle position (B),
characterized in that the return spring (12) is directly or indirectly operatively connected to the gear rod (11), so that the return force of the return spring (12) can be transmitted to the handle element (10) via the gear rod (11). - Fitting (1) according to claim 1,
characterized in that the return spring (12) is arranged in extension of the gear rod (11) or parallel to the direction of movement of the gear rod (12). - Fitting (1) according to one of the preceding claims,

characterized in that the second locking device (5) comprises at least two spring latches (9), which are operatively connected to different gear rod extensions (13), each connected to the gear rod (11) via a deflection device (14). - Fitting (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that at least one pin (7) of the first locking device (4) is arranged at a distance (a) from the spring latch (9) and the distance (a) can be varied by actuating the gear rod (3). - Fitting (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that the spring latch (9) comprises a locking element (15) which is reciprocally moveable mounted and biased by means of the spring force of a spring and can be brought into engagement with a locking receptacle (16) which is preferably formed within the latch receptacle (8). - Fitting (1) according to claim 7,
characterized in that the spring latch (9) comprises a housing (17) in which the spring-biased locking element (15) is reciprocally moveable mounted and supported on the housing (17) via the spring. - Fitting (1) according to claim 8,
characterized in that the spring latch (9) is connected via the housing (17) to a fore-end track (18) of the gear (3). - Fitting (1) according to one of the claims 7 to 9,
characterized in that the spring-biased locking element (15) of the spring latch (9) has a guide pin (19) which extends perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the locking element (15) and engages in a guide (20) of the gear (3), the guide pin (19) preferably passing through the housing (17) and/or the fore-end track (18). - Window (2), in particular a side-hung window, comprising a window frame (21) and a sash (22), which is rotatable relative to the window frame (21), for opening and closing the window (2), and a fitting (1), which is arranged between the window frame (21) and the sash (22), according to one of the preceding claims.
