Description
The present invention relates to a device for tensioning a flexible fabric intended to be used for coating a removable panel with a false wall such as, for example, a false ceiling and a false wall. The present disclosure also relates to the method of coating such a panel employing said device.
It has long been known false walls arranged parallel to a wall of the room so as to leave a residual space between the wall of said room and said fabric. This residual space, also called velum, can accommodate all unsightly equipment such as electrical cables, pipes, etc. These false walls, including suspended suspended ceilings, comprise either removable panels suspended to a grid of profiles advantageously light alloy, or a flexible sheet, generally opaque, deformed by tension so that its edges, provided with attachment means, can to fix themselves to hanging rails fixed on the walls of the premises for example.
Regarding the removable panels, these are degraded with the losing time in particular their original aesthetic appearance. To remedy this problem, it is possible to change the (or) panel (s) gradient (s) and redo, if necessary, the cuts and holes present on the (or) panel (s) of origin. This method is long especially when it is necessary to remake in the new panel cuts and holes, but also expensive because you have to buy a new panel. In addition, the (or) original panel (s) degraded are discarded or partially recycled, which goes against the current trend that tends to limit the volume of waste for obvious ecological reasons.
The present invention aims to remedy the various disadvantages described above by providing a rehabilitation device for rehabilitating simply, quickly and particularly aesthetically removable panels of a false wall that at least partially degraded.

Moreover, to reinforce the appearance of the
Thus, it is understood that the

For this fourth variant, the
Said peripheral fastening means 31 is preferably a harpoon having a hook shape capable of cooperating with the
These two previous variants make it possible to tension two

As described above, the invention will find an application for any type of fake degraded walls of industrial buildings, but also special homes, which one wishes to rehabilitate easily while retaining the existing removable panels.
Furthermore, the invention is not limited to the coating of parallelepiped
Finally, it is clear that the present invention is not limited to the sole embodiment of this installation; it embraces, on the contrary, all variants of implementation and application respecting the same principle.
