Claims (23)
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) für an Putz angrenzende Bauteile (10), insbesondere für Fenster- oder Türstöcke, mit einem Dichtungsschenkel (2), welcher bauteilseitig Befestigungsmittel, beispielsweise ein Dichtungsband (3), aufweist und mit einem Außenschenkel (4) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Außenschenkel (4) einen im Wesentlichen senkrecht dazu abgewinkelten Einputzsteg (13) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenschenkel (4) über eine flexible Lasche (5; 5') oder ein faltbares Element (5") mit dem Dichtungsschenkel (2) verbunden ist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenschenkel (4) eine in Richtung Bauteil (10) ragende Deckleiste (6) aufweist, welche den Spalt (7) zwischen Dichtungsschenkel (2) und Außenschenkel (4), sowie gegebenenfalls die von der Laibung abgewandte Schmalseite (8) des Dichtungsschenkels (2) abdeckt.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckleiste (6) eine sich in Richtung Bauteil (10) erstreckende Dichtlippe (9) aus einem elastischen Material aufweist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsschenkel (2) an einer oder zu beiden Seiten des Dichtungsbandes (3) Dichtlippen (11, 12) aus einem elastischen Material aufweist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenschenkel (4), der Einputzsteg (13) und die Deckleiste (6) im Querschnitt ein im Wesentlichen T-förmiges Profil bilden.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckleiste (6) an der dem Bauteil (10) zugewandten Seite eine Putzabzugskante (14) oder Putzabzugsfläche aufweist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) einen abtrennbaren Schutzschenkel (15) zur Aufnahme einer Abdeckfolie aufweist, welcher vorzugsweise über eine Sollbruchstelle (17) im Bereich der Putzabzugskante (14) oder Putzabzugsfläche befestigt ist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenschenkel (4) auf der vom Dichtungsschenkel (2) abgewandten Seite eine Arretiervorrichtung (18), beispielsweise eine Klebelasche, für ein Putzarmierungsgewebe (19) aufweist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Lasche (5) jeweils von den von der Deckleiste (6) abgewandten Schmalseiten (8') des Außenschenkels (4) sowie des Dichtungsschenkels (2) ausgeht.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Lasche (5) von der in Richtung Bauteil (10) ragenden Deckleiste (6) ausgeht und an der der Deckleiste (6) zugewandten Schmalseite (8) des Dichtungsschenkels (2) befestigt ist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das faltbare Element (5") von den einander zugekehrten Oberflächen des Außenschenkels (4) sowie des Dichtungsschenkels (2) ausgeht.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsschenkel (2) und der Außenschenkel (4) vor dem Einbau des Laibungsanschlussprofils (1) aneinander fixiert sind.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsschenkel (2) und der Außenschenkel (4) mit einem Kleber, beispielsweise mit einem doppelseitigen Klebeband (20), miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Klebekraft des Klebers bzw. des Klebebands (20) geringer ist als die Klebekraft des Dichtungsbandes (3).
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Lasche (5') von der in Richtung Bauteil (10) ragenden Deckleiste (6) ausgeht und in einer Aufnahme (22) des Dichtungsschenkels (2) in Richtung der Profillängsachse verschiebbar befestigt ist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Lasche (5') S-förmig vorgespannt ist, und den Dichtungsschenkel (2), beispielsweise mit einer Positionierschulter (31), an den Außenschenkel (4) anpresst.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Lasche (5') einen im Querschnitt verstärkten Kopfbereich (23) mit Hinterschneidungen (24) aufweist, welcher in der Aufnahme (22) des Dichtungsschenkels (2) einrastet.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich in Richtung Bauteil (10) erstreckende Dichtlippe (9) vorzugsweise durch Co-Extrusion gemeinsam mit der flexiblen Lasche (5') an der Deckleiste (6) angeformt ist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsschenkel (2) und der Außenschenkel (4) an der von der Deckleiste (6) abgewandten Seite ineinander eingreifende Rastelemente (25, 26) aufweisen.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenschenkel (4) Durchgangsöffnungen (27) aufweist, durch welche den Dichtungsschenkel (2) am Bauteil (10) festlegende Befestigungsmittel (28), wie Klammern, Nägel oder Schrauben anbringbar sind.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsschenkel (2) den Durchgangsöffnungen (27) im Außenschenkel (4) zugeordnete Bohrungen bzw. Langlöcher (29) für die Befestigungsmittel (28) aufweist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsschenkel (2) eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nut (30) auf der dem Außenschenkel (4) zugewandten Seite aufweist.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenschenkel (4), der Dichtungsschenkel (2) und die flexible Lasche (5; 5') oder das faltbare Element (5") gemeinsam durch Co-Extrusion hergestellt sind.
- Laibungsanschlussprofil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Lasche (5; 5') oder das faltbare Element (5") durch eine Materialverdünnung hergestellt sind.
