Description

The present invention relates to a box whose layout in matrix makes it possible to constitute a false wall, and more particularly a false ceiling allowing to admit in a room a luminous flux uniform. It also concerns the means by which to join together the caissons forming the false wall.

A false ceiling with boxes is described in FR-A-2 712 008.

We know that in some institutions, such as especially museums, it is important to be able to have rooms whose ceilings satisfy certain requirements.

A first requirement relates to the quality of the light delivered by these ceilings that must be distributed as evenly as possible over their entire surface without forming shadows inside the rooms they cover. We usually make transparent roofs made of glass roofs cover a false ceiling translucent / transparent.

A second requirement is that in the rooms concerned, one must be able, if one wish to suspend heavy elements, such as large frames or partitions whose provision makes it possible to modulate the surface of the rooms in function of the various exposures made. Now these heavy elements can only be supported by the structure of the roof, which requires cross the false ceiling by their fasteners.

A third requirement is that for reasons of of aesthetic order, the means for fixing the elements heavy duty vehicles must be masked in the eyes of users of these rooms. In addition, their elements of fixation must be able to be implemented easily and quickly.

A fourth requirement is that the ceiling must be easily removable at least in part, especially for reasons of maintenance, but also for allow easy access to the upper structure so to ensure on it the fixation of the various elements to support such as tables or even partitions.

It has been proposed in the prior art, false ceilings that consist of a matrix support, maintained by tie rods linked to the structure of the ceiling, and which is formed by shaped elements to straight section T-shaped overturned, on branches of which are supported slabs formed frames rigids ensuring the maintenance of a stretched canvas.

Such false ceilings do not meet the requirements previously mentioned since on the one hand the braces formed by the matrix of shaped profiles overturned T forms important shadows and that, on the other hand, even if they are easily removable, they do not allow access to the structure of the roof in order to ensure the maintenance of heavy objects or partition walls without interventions, such as cutouts, on the slabs.

The present invention aims to remedy these disadvantages by proposing boxes whose the association makes it possible to constitute a false wall, such as a false ceiling, satisfying the requirements of various requirements previously mentioned.

The subject of the present invention is thus a false wall, and in particular a false ceiling, of the type formed by a matrix of caissons each consisting of a frame on which a fabric is stretched, characterized in that:
  • each of the sides of the frame is constituted by a rigid element of the "hidden smooth" type, that is to say that it comprises an opening open towards the bottom delimited by two parallel wings of different heights, namely a short wing. and a long wing, the short wing ending in a shoulder extending in the direction of the long wing a short distance, so as to allow passage to a harpoon disposed on the periphery of the web and whose end free comes to rest in simple support on the shoulder, the fabric being deflected by the long wing substantially parallel to the wall,
  • the short wing is located on the outer wall of the frame on which the fabric is stretched,
  • it comprises means able to associate in parallel, with a given spacing, two adjacent sides of two adjacent boxes.

This spacing may preferentially be obtained by means of at least one spacer element which will take place between these two sides and on which these will be in support.

Means of association of two adjacent sides of two neighboring caissons may include an element assembler intended to keep both sides adjacent to a given spacing and in opposition of which acts the spacer element. This assembler element can be consisting of a rigid part whose cross section will be U-shaped overturned that will come to style the party upper two adjacent sides.

The spacer element may consist of a rod cylindrical on which will support the faces external sides of adjacent sides of two adjacent boxes, and which will comprise fixing means with respect to the assembler element or at the sides. He will be able to understand control means in rotation about its axis longitudinal axis, and a nipple perpendicular to it, the outer face of each side of the box having a longitudinal groove to admit this nipple when the spacer element is rotated using the rotation control means for applying the nipple against the bottom of the groove, so as to maintain spaced apart from each other on both sides and apply them against the assembly element.

In one embodiment of the invention, the inner end of the branches of the assembler element have a longitudinal stop and the part corresponding sides of the frame will be dug out of a corresponding groove so that the assembler element can be fixed by clipping on the two adjacent sides.

Maintaining the false wall, especially when constitutes a false ceiling, will be provided by means support that can be secured elements assemblers, in particular via a slider which is movably mounted in a slide element.

Assembler elements can be positioned at using wires stretched parallel to the plane of the false wall that will be arranged for example according to each of its longitudinal and transverse axes. For this purpose each of sides of the casing will include fastening means on said wire.

  • One embodiment of the present invention will be described hereinafter by way of nonlimiting example, with reference to which:
  • Fig 1 is a schematic top view of a room of rectangular shape in which there are arranged boxes to form a sub-ceiling.
  • Figure 2 is a perspective view of a smooth member constituting a caisson side constituting a sub-ceiling.
  • Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of two adjacent sides of two adjacent boxes and their securing means and holding.
  • Figure 4 is a perspective view of a box according to the invention and adjacent boxes partially shown.
  • Figure 5 is a cross-sectional perspective view of two adjacent sides of two adjacent boxes and their securing means and holding.
  • Figure 6 is a top view of a box and a partial view of neighboring boxes.
  • There is shown in the figures a false ceiling consisting of an association of thirty boxes. It will be noted in FIG. 1, which is a diagrammatic view from above of the matrix representing these boxes, that they consist on the one hand of standard boxes 20 which are arranged in the center of the room, and of boxes of specific dimensions. , 22 'which are arranged on the periphery thereof and whose association allows to implement the present invention, in the case of premises of any size.
As shown in FIGS. 2-5 each box 20 consists of a frame, supporting a canvas 12, of which each of the four sides is formed of an element type called "invisible smooth" (when used in the prior art to ensure the maintenance a canvas stretched between the walls of a room). So each side 23 has a recess 4 which is open downward and which is delimited towards the outside of the frame by a first wing 6 of small height and towards the interior by a second wing 8 of greater height whose outer face 9 is at a level below that of the first wing 6 so that its outer face is substantially in the same plane as the face external of the latter. The first wing 6 ends at its lower part by a shoulder 10, of weak length, which extends horizontally towards the second wing 8. As known in the previous state of the technique the tablecloth 12 intended to constitute the false ceiling is provided on its periphery with an element 14, called harpoon, whose free end comes in simple support on the shoulder 10, the tension T of the fabric 12 ensuring the maintenance in place of all.

Une fois les côtés 23 du cadre assemblés on met en place sur celui-ci la toile 12.Each side 23 of the boxes 20 has, in its part upper and lower part, a housing intended to to receive an element at right angle to associate the sides 23 at right angles so as to constitute the frame of the box. The upper part of each side 23 thus comprises a longitudinal housing of square section 26 and its lower part has a longitudinal groove 28 open on the inside of the 20. The side 23 also has on its face internal longitudinal groove 30. Once the sides 23 of the assembled frame we put in place on it the canvas 12.

In an interesting embodiment of the invention, when the false wall is used in false ceiling under a canopy, shadows will be avoided on the periphery of each box, giving the face inside the second wing 8, a profile inclined by vertical ratio of an angle α.

There is shown in cross section in the figure 3, two adjacent sides 23 and 23 'of two boxes neighbors. These sides 23, 23 'are provided with means of solidarisation which also ensures their easy disconnection when desired from the below this false ceiling.

L'élément assembleur 32 comporte, à sa partie supérieure, une glissière 37 à l'intérieur de laquelle est monté à glissement un coulisseau 39.The securing means consist of two elements, namely a first element, or connecting element 32, intended to bring the two adjacent sides 23,23 'together and a second element or spacer element 33 which has the effect of holding them together. spaced apart from each other by a determined distance e . The assembler element 32 consists of a profile whose cross section is inverted U-shaped and which caps the upper part of the two adjacent sides 23,23 '. The assembler element 32 comprises, at its upper part, a slideway 37 inside which is slidably mounted a slide 39.

The spacer element 33 consists of an axis cylindrical which is sandwiched between the two faces adjacent sides 23, 23 'and whose part upper crosses the assembler element 32 and takes placed in an orifice 38 of the slider 39. The element spacer 33 has a transverse nipple 41 which is intended to be received in a longitudinal groove 43 of 23. The lower end of the spacer element 33 has a radial slot 45 which allows the user, by introducing a screwdriver into the latter, from the rotate to apply the end of the nipple 41 against the bottom of the groove 43, thus two adjacent sides 23, 23 'of each other and the solidarisant in this way of the assembler element 32. The embedding of the latter with the sides 23 is favored by the realization of longitudinal stops 47 arranged at the end of its branches that come take place in the groove 30 of the sides 23.

The sliders 39 comprise at their part upper means for receiving tie rods 51 connected to the ceiling of the room which thus ensures maintaining the different boxes. We can predict, as shown in FIG. 6, several elements assemblers 32 per box side depending on the dimension of the sides of these.

We understand that once assembled, the different boxes constituting the false ceiling will form a single element of solidarity.

The false ceiling thus obtained is particularly interesting in that it allows to introduce between each of the adjacent sides 23, 23 'a thick plate e whose upper part can be joined to the structure of the roof and which can constitute a support element for heavy objects that can be placed under the false ceiling.

This false wall is also interesting, especially when used as fake transparent / translucent ceiling for transmitting in a room the light provided by a roof consisting of a glass roof. Indeed the different sides 23 have a shape such that there is almost no shadow projected on the periphery of each of the caissons, and this in because of the angle α formed by the internal vertical wall on each side 23.

Another particularly interesting advantage of the present invention is that each of the boxes is removable easily and independently of the casings that are adjacent to it.

Indeed to proceed with the dismantling of a box is enough for the user to insert a screwdriver into the space between the bottom of two sides adjacent 23,23 'and with this one to control the rotation of the spacer element 33 to extract the nipple 41 of the groove 43. When the different spacer elements will have been unlocked on corresponding box will be released and the user will have then access through the opening thus practiced to the party upper part of the room between the false ceiling and the roof.

Ces moyens de solidarisation qui seront préférentiellement disposés en partie supérieure de la glissière 37, comprendront une plaque 56 qui, au moyen de deux vis de serrage 58, assurera la solidarisation de l'élément assembleur 37 du fil 53 ou 54.Tracking and keeping items in place assemblers 32 can be made using wires stretched respectively according to the length and the width of the room as shown in Figure 6. These longitudinal 53 and transverse son 54 will ensure immobilization of the assembler elements. will thus dispose, for each of the caissons (20,22,22 '), at least one wire (53,54) stretched parallel to its plane, following each of its longitudinal and transverse axes, and each of the sides of the box (20,22,22 ') will include securing means (56,58) of the wire (53,54). These means of solidarity which will be preferentially arranged in the upper part of the slideway 37, include a plate 56 which, by means of two screws of tightening 58, will ensure the joining of the element assembler 37 of the wire 53 or 54.
