Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for laying and locking of square tabular panels, in particular Floor panels on opposite long narrow sides as well as on opposite short narrow sides over the Have length of the narrow sides extending retaining profiles, from which the opposite holding profiles essentially complementary are formed to each other, with panels first a first row connected to each other on the short narrow sides either by using the complementary holding profiles one installed and one new panel in the longitudinal direction of the short narrow sides are pushed together or by the Holding profile of a new panel first by tilting it relative to the installed panel with the complementary holding profile of the installed panel and subsequently by pivoting into the plane of the installed panel with it both in the direction perpendicular to the interlocked Narrow sides as well as in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the installed panels is locked, next a new panel is laid in the second row by the holding profile of its long narrow side first by inclination relative to the long narrow side of a front row panel with its Holding profile merged and then into the plane the installed panels is pivoted and a new panel, its short side with the short
- the invention also relates to a method for laying a new square panels in a second Row of panels.
- German utility model G 79 28 703 U1 is a generic Procedure for laying and locking floor panels or panels with positive holding profiles known. This holding profile can be through a Connect the rotating joining movement. Unfortunately, but must be used to lay a second row of panels connected to a first installed row of panels is to be installed, initially complete be pre-assembled.
- the utility model G 79 28 703 U1 is the technical teaching to infer that first a row of plates is laid out horizontally and then in second Row is started with a second slab, which is at an angle Position in a groove formation of the first row of plates is. The second plate must be held in this inclined position so that a third plate is connected to the second plate can be. The same applies to the following Plates that are connected to each other in the second row have to.
- EP 0 855 482 A2 Another method of laying and locking panels is known from EP 0 855 482 A2.
- panels which are to be installed in the second row, also in oblique position attached to the panels of a first row. Adjacent panels of the second row are initially in one small lateral distance from each other with the panels of the locked first row. In this state, the panels are the second row slidable along the first row.
- Retaining profiles provided on the short narrow sides of the panels are pressed into each other.
- the disadvantage is that Holding profiles expanded and stretched very much. The holding profiles experience pre-damage during assembly, which affects the durability of the support profiles.
- For one Multiple laying is suitable according to the teaching of EP 0 855 482 A2 not constructed and laid holding profiles.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, the known Simplify laying and locking procedures and to improve the durability of the fastening system.
- the object is achieved in that the new method in the method of the type mentioned Panel along the long narrow side of one in the first Row of installed panels from the level of the installed panels is pivoted upwards, which was previously on the short Narrow side with the new panel locked panel of the second Row at this end together with the new panel into one Inclination is pivoted upwards, the inclination towards the locked short narrow side of the panel decreases, and the long holding profile of the new panel in this inclined position with the complementary holding profile of the in the first row of laid panels and after the new sloping panel as well as the a short narrow side in the second row with the new panel locked panel pivoted into the level of the installed panels become.
- Another solution is a method of laying a new square, panel-shaped panel in a second row of panels, in which the second Row to be installed new panel holding profiles, which position the new panel, both with panels a first row as well as with an already installed panel second row to be locked, especially for floor panels, the new panel to be installed in the second row both with a long side on a first row of Panels as well as locked with a short side on a panel that is already laid in the second row, whereby the panels on opposite long narrow sides as well opposite short narrow sides over the length of the Have narrow sides extending retaining profiles, of which the opposite holding profiles essentially complementary are trained to each other, and the new one in the second row panel to be installed first on one of its short sides locked with the panel already installed in the second row by placing the free end around the locked long narrow side from the installation level by a swivel angle ⁇ upwards pivoted and twisted the panel already laid in the second row is that the measure of the pivot angle ⁇ from the free End towards the locked end decreases in this position
- a new Panel can be used with panels of a first row as well also lock with an already installed second row panel. For this it is not necessary to use the short narrow sides two panels lying in one plane with expansion and deformation of the holding profiles to lock.
- the last panel laid in the second row can be on his free short narrow side can be gripped and can be around the locked long narrow side as swivel axis in an inclined position swivel upwards.
- the panel is a little over twisted its longitudinal axis. This leads to the free short narrow side of the panel is in an inclined position and the slant to the locked short narrow side of the panel decreases.
- the slant In the case of stiffer panels, several of the previous ones can cause Continue panels from the second row.
- the process works particularly well with thin and light perform twistable panels.
- the one in the installation level not twisted rest of a panel respectively a row of panels, is securely locked. Only with the short one slanted piece of the last panel of the second row can the holding profiles of the long narrow sides during the Laying work disengaged. But you can together with the new one attached to the short narrow side Slightly reassemble the panel.
- Rectangular tabular ones are particularly flexible and durable Panels that overlap on parallel narrow sides complementary holding profiles extending the length of the narrow sides have, wherein a holding profile as a joint projection with a convex curvature and the complementary holding profile is provided with a concave curvature as a pan recess, whereby each hinge projection of a new panel is less than Widening the pan recess of a laid panel in these inserted and finally the new panel by swiveling is locked in the level of the installed panel.
- the for Laying and locking necessary deformation of the holding profiles is much lower than with holding profiles that compressed perpendicular to their narrow sides in the installation plane Need to become.
- the joint projection is advantageous no further from the narrow side than the thickness of the Panel. In this way, another advantage is that the holding profile with very little waste on the narrow side of a panel can be milled.
- the construction allows an articulated movement of two together connected panels.
- two can work together connected panels at the connection point upwards be buckled.
- a panel is on top of one Underground with an elevation so that a narrow side of the panel is pressed onto the surface when loaded and - the opposite narrow side bounces upwards, so one second panel attached to the upward rocking narrow side moved up with. Damage the bending forces that arise the narrow cross-sections of the form-fitting profiles, however Not. Instead, a joint movement takes place.
- a floor laid with the proposed fastening system shows irregular rough or wavy surfaces adjusted compliance.
- the fastening system is suitable therefore particularly good for panels for renovation irregular Floors in old buildings.
- it is also for one Laying panels on a soft intermediate layer is better suitable as the known fastening system.
- the construction is based on the principle of "adapted deformability" Bill. This principle is based on the knowledge that very stiff and therefore supposedly stable connection points cause high notch stresses and therefore easily fail. Around To avoid this, components should be designed so that they a compliance or "adapted to the intended use Have deformability "and in this way notch stresses can be reduced.
- the positive locking profiles are designed so that a load on the top of the floor panels in the installed Condition of the top wall of the pan recess one first panel in the hinge projection of the second panel and from the hinge projection of the second panel to the underside Wall of the first panel is transferred.
- the walls of the pan recess of the first panel are in contact when laid with the top and bottom of the hinge projection of the second panel.
- the top wall of the pan recess has only in a short area at the free end of the top Wall of the socket recess contact with the joint projection of the second panel.
- the construction allows under less elastic deformation of the pan recess walls an articulated movement between the panel with the pan recess and the panel with the joint projection.
- the rigidity of the connection is well adapted to an irregular document, which inevitably leads to a Buckling movement between panels fastened together.
- the convex curvature of the joint projection and advantageously form the concave curvature of the pan recess essentially each a circular section, with the center of the circle in the installed state the circular sections on the top of the joint projection or below the top of the hinge projection is arranged. In the latter case, the center of the circle lies within the cross section of the joint projection.
- the concave curvature of the pan recess also offers a sufficiently large undercut for the convex curvature of the joint projection, so that this by in the tensile forces acting on the installation level can hardly be moved apart are.
- the joint properties of two interconnected panels can be further improved if the one facing the underground Wall of the pan recess of a panel on the inside has an oblique material removal that extends up to extends to the free end of the wall and the wall thickness of this Wall towards the free end is increasingly thinner. It is through the Removal of material when two panels are installed provides freedom of movement created for the common joint. With this The proportion of elastic deformation of the walls will improve the pan recess during the deflection of the installed Panels further reduced upwards.
- pan recess of a panel for connection to the joint projection of another panel by a resilient deformation of its lower wall is expandable and that the spring elastic occurring during joining Deformation of the bottom wall in the finished joint State of two panels is withdrawn.
- the Form-fit profiles are therefore only for the joining process and deformed and subject to elastic movement during a joint, if they are not loaded, no elastic Strain.
- the form-fitting profiles are preferably in one piece on the narrow sides molded on the panels.
- the panels can be very easily and produce with little waste.
- the installation method is particularly suitable when the panels essentially from an MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), HDF (High Density Fiberboard) or a chipboard material. These materials are easy to edit and maintain, for example by machining, a sufficient Surface quality. These materials also exhibit a high dimensional stability of the milled profiles.
- MDF Medium Density Fiberboard
- HDF High Density Fiberboard
- FIG. 1 this is for the procedure for laying and Locking of rectangular panels required fastening system 1 using the example of elongated rectangular panels 2 and 3 explained, a section of which is shown in FIG. 1 is.
- the fastening system 1 has on the narrow sides of the panels arranged holding profiles, which as complementary Form-fitting profiles 4 and 5 are formed.
- the opposite Form-fitting profiles of a panel are complementary educated. This way, everyone can already installed panel 2 another panel 3 can be attached.
- the positive locking profiles 4 and 5 are based on the prior art of the German utility model G 79 28 703 U1. In particular on the form-fitting profiles of the embodiment that in the Figures 14, 15 and 16 and in the associated description G 79 28 703 U1 is disclosed.
- Form-locking profiles are developed in such a way that they are articulated and allow flexible connection of panels.
- One of the positive locking profiles 4 of the present invention is with a hinge projection 6 protruding from the narrow side Mistake.
- the underside of the hinge projection 6, which was relocated Condition of the document is facing, for the purpose of hinged connection a cross section with a convex curvature 7 on.
- the convex curvature 7 is in the complementary Positive locking profile 5 rotatably.
- the convex curvature 7 is circular educated.
- the one arranged below the joint projection 6 Part 8 of the narrow side of the panel 3, which was installed in the The condition of the document is facing the free one End of the hinge projection 6 further back than that above the Joint projection 6 arranged part 9 of the narrow side.
- the embodiment shown occurs below the joint projection 6 arranged part 8 of the narrow side about twice as much far from the free end of the hinge projection 6 as the Part 9 of the narrow side arranged above the joint projection 6. This is because the circular section of the convex curvature 7 is relatively wide. This is the most protruding point of the convex curvature 7 of the joint projection 6 arranged so that it is approximately below the Upper edge 10 of the panel 3 is located.
- part 9 which is arranged above the joint projection 6 Narrow side occurs at the top of the panel 3 from the Narrow side emerges and forms a joint joint surface 9a. Between this joint joint surface 9a and the joint projection 6 of the panel 3, part 9 of the narrow side is reset. This ensures that part 9 of the narrow side is always a closed one joint on the top with the complementary narrow side of a forms further panels 2.
- the opposite of the convex curvature 7 of the joint projection 6 Top of the hinge projection 6 has a short straight section 11, which also in the installed state is arranged parallel to the underground U. From this short Section 11 toward the free end faces the top of the hinge projection 6 an inclined material removal 12, the extends to the free end of the joint projection 6.
- the form-fitting profile complementary to the form-fitting profile 4 discussed 5 of a narrow side has a pan recess 20 on. This is essentially laid from a lower one Condition of the underground U facing wall 21 and an upper one Wall 22 limited. On the inside of the pan recess 20, the lower wall 21 is provided with a concave curvature 23. This has the function of a bearing shell.
- the concave Curvature 23 is also designed in the form of a circular segment. So that the relatively wide concave curvature 23 on the lower wall 21 of the pan recess 20, the bottom wall is 21 further from the narrow side of the panel 2 than the upper one Wall 22.
- the concave curvature 23 forms at the free end the lower wall 21 an undercut.
- the inside of the top wall 22 of the pan recess 20 of the Panel 2 is in the installed state according to the embodiment arranged parallel to the underground U.
- the hinge projection 6 of the panel 3 and the socket recess 20 of the panel 2 form, as can be seen in FIG. 2, a common one Joint G.
- the material removal discussed above 12 at the top of the hinge projection 6 of the panel 3 and the Material removal 24 of the lower wall 21 of the pan recess 20 of the panel 2 create in the installed state of the panels 2 and 3 freedom of movement 13 and 25, respectively, that the joint G allow rotation within a small angular range.
- the short straight section 11 is the Top of the hinge projection 6 of the panel 3 with the inside the top wall 22 of the pan recess 20 of the panel 2 in contact.
- the side joint joint surfaces 9a facing the upper side and 26 of two connected panels 2 and 3 are always unique to each other.
- the form-fitting profiles therefore designed so that the joint faces 9a and 26 always lie exactly against each other and joint projection 6 / recess 20 not moved far enough into each other for an exact system can be.
- the manufacturing tolerances are of the order of magnitude of hundredths of a millimeter nestle also joint projection 6 / recess 20 almost exactly to each other on.
- Panels 2 and 3 with the complementary positive locking profiles described 4 and 5 can be combined in different ways Fasten.
- 3 is a panel 2 with a Pan recess 20 already moved while a second panel 3 with a complementary joint projection 6 in the direction of the arrow P sloping into the pan recess 20 of the first Panel 2 is inserted. Then the second panel 3 around the common circle center K of the circular sections of the convex curvature 7 of the joint projection 6 and the concave curvature 23 of the pan recess 20 rotated until the second panel 3 rests on the underground U.
- FIG. 4 Another type of joining of the panels 2 and 3 discussed is in Fig. 4 shown, after which the first panel 2 with a pan recess 20 is laid and a second panel 3 with a Joint projection 6 in the installation plane and perpendicular to the Form-fitting profiles 4 and 5 are moved in the direction of arrow P, until the walls 21 and 22 of the pan recess 20 a little expand elastically and the convex curvature 7 of the joint projection 6 the undercut at the front end of the concave Curvature 23 has overcome the lower wall and the final Installation position is reached.
- Panels 2 and 3 are on an irregular surface U.
- the first panel 2 with the form-fitting profile 5 is on it Top has been charged. This is the narrow side of the panel 2 has been raised with the positive locking profile 5. That with the positive locking profile 5 connected positive locking profile 4 of the panel 3 has also been raised.
- Through the joint G results there is a kink between the two panels 2 and 3.
- the freedom of movement 13 and 25 create space for the rotary movement of the joint.
- the joint G formed from both panels 2 and 3 has been moved up a bit from the installation level.
- the freedom of movement 13 is fully utilized for the rotation so that the top of the hinge projection 6 of the panel 3 in the area of material removal 12 on the inside the wall 22 of the panel 2 rests.
- the liaison office is flexible in itself and forces the positive locking profiles involved 4 and 4 no unnecessary and material tiring Bending load on.
- FIG. 6 shows an articulated movement of two installed panels 2 and 3 shown in the opposite direction of rotation.
- the on panels 2 and 3 laid on an irregular underground are buckled down.
- the construction is designed that if the connection point bends out of the Laying level towards the underground U is a much stronger elastic Deformation of the lower wall 21 of the pan recess 20 occurs than when bending from the installation level above.
- the point of this measure is that the panels 2 and 3 buckled downwards after relief do not return to the installation level due to their own weight can.
- the form-fitting profiles 4 and 5 described are present molded in one piece on the narrow sides of panels 2 and 3. This is preferably done by a so-called formatting process, in which the positive locking profiles 4 and 5 with several milling tools connected in series Mill the shape of the narrow sides of panels 2 and 3.
- the panels 2 and 3 of the described embodiment essentially exist from an MDF board with a thickness of 8 mm.
- the MDF board is wear-resistant and decorative on the top coated.
- At the bottom is a so-called counter-pull layer attached that the from the top coating caused residual stresses.
- FIG. 7 shows two panels 2 and 3 in the installed state, a fastening system 1 with a soft elastic curing filler 30 is used.
- the filler 30 is form-fitting between all adjacent parts connected narrow sides provided. Especially the top one Groove 31 is closed with the filler, so none Moisture and no dirt can penetrate. It also causes the one in the bent state of two panels 2 and 3 deformed filler 30 due to its elasticity a provision panels 2 and 3 in the installation level.
- FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the laying to see a floor in which the inventive method is used for laying and locking panels.
- the details of the holding profiles are been left out. But these correspond to the Form-locking profiles of Figures 1 to 7 and have profiled Joint projections and complementary socket recesses on, which extend over the entire length of the narrow sides.
- first laid row R1 with rectangular tabular Panels 40, 41, 42 and 43 can be seen.
- the panels 40, 41, 42 and 43 of the first row R1 are preferably laid in such a way that pan recesses are always installed on the free sides of a Panels lie and new panels with the joint projections to the pan recesses of the installed panels be added.
- Panels 40, 41, 42 and 43 of the first row R1 are on yours short sides have been locked together. This can either on the installation level by pushing each other in Longitudinal direction of the holding profiles of the short narrow sides happen or alternatively by merging the retaining profiles under Inclination of a new panel relative to an installed one Panel and subsequent swiveling of the new panel into the Laying plane.
- the laying level is shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 the dashed line V indicated. In both cases they are Holding profiles locked together without any significant deformation Service.
- the panels are in the perpendicular to the installation plane Locked direction. They are also in the direction locked perpendicular to the plane of the narrow sides.
- the panels 44, 45 and are located in a second row R2 46.
- the panel 44 is through with its long side Inserting its hinge projection relative to the slant to the panels of the first row R1 and subsequent swiveling of the panel 44 has been locked in the installation plane.
- the free end 45a is locked around the long Narrow side 45b from the installation plane by a swivel angle ⁇ pivoted upwards.
- the panel 45 twists in such a way that the measure of the pivot angle ⁇ from the free end 45a to that locked end 45c decreases. 8 remains locked End 45c in the installation level.
- the new panel 46 will be inclined relative to the panel 45 attached to the free end 45a.
- the panel 46 cannot initially along the entire length of the short side be applied because the panel 45 is already with the panels 41 and 42 of the first row is locked. Now the panel 46 pivoted in the direction of arrow A until it is as indicated by the dashed pivot position 46 'also at the pivot angle ⁇ is positioned to the installation level.
- the alternative of the laying method according to FIG. 9 shows examples for laying panels that are not the subject of claims are.
- the procedure also provides that the free end 45a around the locked long narrow side 45b from the Laying level swiveled upwards by a swivel angle ⁇ with the panel 45 twisted and at the free end 45a is inclined by a swivel angle ⁇ to the installation plane.
- the locked end 45c again remains in the installation plane lie.
- the panel 46 is now also inclined at the swivel angle ⁇ to the installation plane and on its short side 46a in the longitudinal direction on the holding profile the short side 45a of the panel 45 is pushed on.
- the holding profiles are the short ones Narrow sides 45a and 46a of the panels 45 and 46 in the longitudinal direction pushed into each other, while both panels 45 and 46 in the Lay the laying level.
- Another alternative lies the panel 45 in the installation plane and becomes the panel 46 inclined to panel 45 on its short narrow side 45a and then pivoted into the installation level.
- the panel 46 on its long side not yet with panels 42 and 43 the first row R1 locked is the panel 46 on its long side not yet with panels 42 and 43 the first row R1 locked.
- the panel 46 and panel 45 at one end 45a into that described above Inclination can be raised under the swivel angle ⁇ .
- the hinge projection of the long side 46b of the panel 46 in the pan recess of the panels 42 and 43 of the first row R1 inserted and the panels 45 and 46 finally through together Swivel into the installation level V with the panels 42 and 43 of the first row R1 locked.

The invention relates to a method for laying and locking of square tabular panels, in particular Floor panels on opposite long narrow sides as well as on opposite short narrow sides over the Have length of the narrow sides extending retaining profiles, from which the opposite holding profiles essentially complementary are formed to each other, with panels first a first row connected to each other on the short narrow sides either by using the complementary holding profiles one installed and one new panel in the longitudinal direction of the short narrow sides are pushed together or by the Holding profile of a new panel first by tilting it relative to the installed panel with the complementary holding profile of the installed panel and subsequently by pivoting into the plane of the installed panel with it both in the direction perpendicular to the interlocked Narrow sides as well as in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the installed panels is locked, next a new panel is laid in the second row by the holding profile of its long narrow side first by inclination relative to the long narrow side of a front row panel with its Holding profile merged and then into the plane the installed panels is pivoted and a new panel, its short side with the short side of the panels laid in the second row and its long narrow side with the long narrow side of a panel laid in the first row must be locked, first on its short narrow side locked with the second row panel.
The invention also relates to a method for laying a new square panels in a second Row of panels.
From the German utility model G 79 28 703 U1 is a generic Procedure for laying and locking floor panels or panels with positive holding profiles known. This holding profile can be through a Connect the rotating joining movement. Unfortunately, but must be used to lay a second row of panels connected to a first installed row of panels is to be installed, initially complete be pre-assembled. The utility model G 79 28 703 U1 is the technical teaching to infer that first a row of plates is laid out horizontally and then in second Row is started with a second slab, which is at an angle Position in a groove formation of the first row of plates is. The second plate must be held in this inclined position so that a third plate is connected to the second plate can be. The same applies to the following Plates that are connected to each other in the second row have to. Only when all plates of the second row of plates in Can be pre-assembled, the complete second row of panels can be swiveled into the horizontal position, locking with the first row of panels. Unfavorable is required for this plate construction Laying process that multiple people are needed to all Panels of a second row of panels for pre-assembly in one hold oblique position and then the second row of panels lower together into the installation level.
Another method of laying and locking panels is known from EP 0 855 482 A2. Here panels, which are to be installed in the second row, also in oblique position attached to the panels of a first row. Adjacent panels of the second row are initially in one small lateral distance from each other with the panels of the locked first row. In this state, the panels are the second row slidable along the first row. By pushing against each other two panels of the second row Retaining profiles provided on the short narrow sides of the panels are pressed into each other. The disadvantage is that Holding profiles expanded and stretched very much. The holding profiles experience pre-damage during assembly, which affects the durability of the support profiles. For one Multiple laying is suitable according to the teaching of EP 0 855 482 A2 not constructed and laid holding profiles. From a HDF or MDF material shaped holding profiles, for example are due to the high degree of deformation that the holding profiles subject to the laying process according to EP 0 855 482 A2, soft. Internal cracks and shifts in the fiber structure of the HDF or MDF materials are responsible for this.
The invention is therefore based on the object, the known Simplify laying and locking procedures and to improve the durability of the fastening system.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the new method in the method of the type mentioned Panel along the long narrow side of one in the first Row of installed panels from the level of the installed panels is pivoted upwards, which was previously on the short Narrow side with the new panel locked panel of the second Row at this end together with the new panel into one Inclination is pivoted upwards, the inclination towards the locked short narrow side of the panel decreases, and the long holding profile of the new panel in this inclined position with the complementary holding profile of the in the first row of laid panels and after the new sloping panel as well as the a short narrow side in the second row with the new panel locked panel pivoted into the level of the installed panels become.
Another solution is a method of laying a new square, panel-shaped panel in a second row of panels, in which the second Row to be installed new panel holding profiles, which position the new panel, both with panels a first row as well as with an already installed panel second row to be locked, especially for floor panels, the new panel to be installed in the second row both with a long side on a first row of Panels as well as locked with a short side on a panel that is already laid in the second row, whereby the panels on opposite long narrow sides as well opposite short narrow sides over the length of the Have narrow sides extending retaining profiles, of which the opposite holding profiles essentially complementary are trained to each other, and the new one in the second row panel to be installed first on one of its short sides locked with the panel already installed in the second row by placing the free end around the locked long narrow side from the installation level by a swivel angle α upwards pivoted and twisted the panel already laid in the second row is that the measure of the pivot angle α from the free End towards the locked end decreases in this position the new panel to be laid in the second row with part of it short side and at an angle relative to that already panel laid in the second row at its free end the new panel to be installed in the second row a pivot position is pivoted until it is also under the swivel angle α is positioned to the installation plane, wherein the new panel to be installed in the second row from the swivel position moved and the holding profile of the new one in the second row panels to be laid in the retaining profiles of the panels of the first Row is inserted, the short narrow side of the new in second row of panels to be laid at the same time on the short Slid on the narrow side of the panel, which has already been laid in the second row and finally in the second row installed panel and the new panel to be installed in the second row swiveled together into the installation level and with the panels the first row can be locked.
According to the new procedure can be installed in the second row Panels can be installed by a single person. A new Panel can be used with panels of a first row as well also lock with an already installed second row panel. For this it is not necessary to use the short narrow sides two panels lying in one plane with expansion and deformation of the holding profiles to lock.
The last panel laid in the second row can be on his free short narrow side can be gripped and can be around the locked long narrow side as swivel axis in an inclined position swivel upwards. The panel is a little over twisted its longitudinal axis. This leads to the free short narrow side of the panel is in an inclined position and the slant to the locked short narrow side of the panel decreases. Depending on the rigidity of the panels a more or less strong torsion and thus a more or less decreasing skew. The slant In the case of stiffer panels, several of the previous ones can cause Continue panels from the second row.
When laying, it is of course not necessary that the first row must be completely laid before laying the second row is started. It is only when laying make sure that the number of elements of the first Row is larger than in the second row and so on.
The process works particularly well with thin and light perform twistable panels. The inclination of one in second row of thin panels arranged by strong Torsion from a very short distance. The one in the installation level not twisted rest of a panel respectively a row of panels, is securely locked. Only with the short one slanted piece of the last panel of the second row can the holding profiles of the long narrow sides during the Laying work disengaged. But you can together with the new one attached to the short narrow side Slightly reassemble the panel.
Rectangular tabular ones are particularly flexible and durable Panels that overlap on parallel narrow sides complementary holding profiles extending the length of the narrow sides have, wherein a holding profile as a joint projection with a convex curvature and the complementary holding profile is provided with a concave curvature as a pan recess, whereby each hinge projection of a new panel is less than Widening the pan recess of a laid panel in these inserted and finally the new panel by swiveling is locked in the level of the installed panel. The for Laying and locking necessary deformation of the holding profiles is much lower than with holding profiles that compressed perpendicular to their narrow sides in the installation plane Need to become. The joint projection is advantageous no further from the narrow side than the thickness of the Panel. In this way, another advantage is that the holding profile with very little waste on the narrow side of a panel can be milled.
The retaining profiles also referred to as positive locking profiles long narrow sides of two panels form when laid two panels have a joint, the sub-floor opposite top of the hinge projection of a panel preferably has an oblique material removal that extends up to extends to the free end of the hinge projection, and wherein the Thickness of the joint projection due to the removal of material free end is increasingly reduced, and due to material removal a freedom of movement for the joint is created is.
The construction allows an articulated movement of two together connected panels. In particular, two can work together connected panels at the connection point upwards be buckled. For example, if a panel is on top of one Underground with an elevation so that a narrow side of the panel is pressed onto the surface when loaded and - the opposite narrow side bounces upwards, so one second panel attached to the upward rocking narrow side moved up with. Damage the bending forces that arise the narrow cross-sections of the form-fitting profiles, however Not. Instead, a joint movement takes place.
A floor laid with the proposed fastening system shows irregular rough or wavy surfaces adjusted compliance. The fastening system is suitable therefore particularly good for panels for renovation irregular Floors in old buildings. Of course it is also for one Laying panels on a soft intermediate layer is better suitable as the known fastening system.
The construction is based on the principle of "adapted deformability" Bill. This principle is based on the knowledge that very stiff and therefore supposedly stable connection points cause high notch stresses and therefore easily fail. Around To avoid this, components should be designed so that they a compliance or "adapted to the intended use Have deformability "and in this way notch stresses can be reduced.
In addition, the positive locking profiles are designed so that a load on the top of the floor panels in the installed Condition of the top wall of the pan recess one first panel in the hinge projection of the second panel and from the hinge projection of the second panel to the underside Wall of the first panel is transferred. The walls of the pan recess of the first panel are in contact when laid with the top and bottom of the hinge projection of the second panel. However, the top wall of the pan recess has only in a short area at the free end of the top Wall of the socket recess contact with the joint projection of the second panel. In this way, the construction allows under less elastic deformation of the pan recess walls an articulated movement between the panel with the pan recess and the panel with the joint projection. To this The rigidity of the connection is well adapted to an irregular document, which inevitably leads to a Buckling movement between panels fastened together.
Another advantage is seen in the fact that the invention Laying and locking procedures better for one multiple laying is more suitable than the known methods because the panels after repeated installation and after long use an irregular subsurface does not damage the Have positive locking profiles. The form-fitting profiles are dimensionally stable and durable. You can use and much longer are relocated more often during their life cycle.
The convex curvature of the joint projection and advantageously form the concave curvature of the pan recess essentially each a circular section, with the center of the circle in the installed state the circular sections on the top of the joint projection or below the top of the hinge projection is arranged. In the latter case, the center of the circle lies within the cross section of the joint projection.
This simple construction results in a joint, the convex curvature of the joint projection similar to a joint ball and the concave curvature of the pan recess is similar to one Joint socket are formed, in contrast to one Of course, the socket joint only has a flat rotary movement but no spherical rotation is possible.
In a cheap version, the most prominent one Point of the convex curvature of the joint projection of a panel arranged so that it is approximately below the top edge of the Panels. This results in a ratio to the total thickness of the panel relatively strong cross-section for the joint projection. The concave curvature of the pan recess also offers a sufficiently large undercut for the convex curvature of the joint projection, so that this by in the tensile forces acting on the installation level can hardly be moved apart are.
The joint properties of two interconnected panels can be further improved if the one facing the underground Wall of the pan recess of a panel on the inside has an oblique material removal that extends up to extends to the free end of the wall and the wall thickness of this Wall towards the free end is increasingly thinner. It is through the Removal of material when two panels are installed provides freedom of movement created for the common joint. With this The proportion of elastic deformation of the walls will improve the pan recess during the deflection of the installed Panels further reduced upwards.
It is also useful if the pan recess of a panel for connection to the joint projection of another panel by a resilient deformation of its lower wall is expandable and that the spring elastic occurring during joining Deformation of the bottom wall in the finished joint State of two panels is withdrawn. The Form-fit profiles are therefore only for the joining process and deformed and subject to elastic movement during a joint, if they are not loaded, no elastic Strain.
The ability to have two panels on their short narrow sides connecting flexibly comes the resilience of a floor covering benefit.
The form-fitting profiles are preferably in one piece on the narrow sides molded on the panels. The panels can be very easily and produce with little waste.
The installation method is particularly suitable when the panels essentially from an MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), HDF (High Density Fiberboard) or a chipboard material. These materials are easy to edit and maintain, for example by machining, a sufficient Surface quality. These materials also exhibit a high dimensional stability of the milled profiles.

angeordnete Halteprofile auf, die als komplementäre
Formschlußprofile 4 und 5 ausgebildet sind. Die sich gegenüberliegenden
Formschlußprofile eines Paneels sind jeweils komplementär
ausgebildet. Auf diese Weise kann an jedes bereits
verlegte Paneel 2 ein weiteres Paneel 3 angebracht werden.According to the drawing, this is for the procedure for laying and

The
The provided for the laying method according to the invention Form-locking profiles are developed in such a way that they are articulated and allow flexible connection of panels.
Eines der Formschlußprofile 4 der vorliegenden Erfindung ist
mit einem von der Schmalseite abstehenden Gelenkvorsprung 6
versehen.
One of the
weiteren Paneels 2 bildet.The
The opposite of the
benachbarten Paneels 3 hintergriffen.
The form-fitting profile complementary to the form-fitting
The prior art fastening system according to the figures 14, 15 and 16 of the utility model G 79 28 703 U1 in contrast, a significantly larger degree of undercut on. This results in extremely stiff joints, caused by stress on an irregular Underground U cause high notch tensions.
The inside of the

eine Ende der konkaven Wölbung 23 an.On the
Gelenk G. Die oben besprochene Materialabtragung 12

in Kontakt. Außerdem liegt die konvexe Wölbung 7 des Gelenkvorsprungs
6 an der konkaven Wölbung 23 der unteren Wand 21 der
Pfannenaussparung 20 des Paneels 2 an.In the installed state, the short
Die der Oberseite zugewandten seitlichen Fugenstoßflächen 9a
und 26 zweier verbundener Paneele 2 und 3 liegen immer eindeutig
aneinander an.
an.The side joint joint surfaces 9a facing the upper side

Paneele 2 und 3 mit den beschriebenen komplementären Formschlußprofilen
4 und 5 lassen sich auf verschiedene Weisen aneinander
befestigen.
Another type of joining of the
The latter type of joining is preferred for the short narrow sides

Biegebelastung auf.5 shows the
That which occurs early in form-fitting profiles according to the prior art Damage due to breakage of the joint projection or the walls of the interlocking profiles is thus avoided.
Paneels 3 befindet.A further advantage arises in the case of a joint movement according to
5. This can be seen in the fact that the two panels
after being relieved by their own weight, back to their installation level
fall behind. A slight elastic deformation of the walls
the pan recess is also present in this case. This elastic
Deformation helps the panels to fall back
to the laying level. There is only a very small one
elastic deformation because of the pivot point of the joint, the

federelastisch in die Verlegeebene zurück bewegt.6 shows an articulated movement of two installed
beschichtet. An Ihrer Unterseite ist eine sogenannte Gegenzugschicht
angebracht, die die von der oberseitigen Beschichtung
verursachten Eigenspannungen kompensiert.The form-fitting
Diese entsprechen aber den Formschlußprofilen der Figuren 1 bis 7 und weisen profilierte Gelenkvorsprünge und dazu komplementäre Pfannenaussparungen auf, die sich über die gesamte Länge der Schmalseiten erstrecken.8 is a perspective view of the laying to see a floor in which the inventive method is used for laying and locking panels. For the simplicity of the drawing, the details of the holding profiles are been left out. But these correspond to the Form-locking profiles of Figures 1 to 7 and have profiled Joint projections and complementary socket recesses on, which extend over the entire length of the narrow sides.
It is a first laid row R1 with rectangular
Halteprofile ohne nennenswerte Verformung miteinander verriegelt
worden.
The
Several can be used to lay a new panel in the second row alternative process steps are carried out by those described with reference to Figures 8 and 9, two alternatives are. Another alternative is explained without illustration. The laying according to FIG. 9 and the one based on the illustration The alternatives for laying explained in FIG. 9 are not Subject of the claims.
When laying a
verriegelten Ende 45c hin abnimmt.
Reihe R1 verriegelt.8, the free end 45a is locked around the long
Narrow side 45b from the installation plane by a swivel angle α
pivoted upwards. The
Pre-damage to the holding profiles due to a high degree of deformation during installation and locking is avoided.
In
The alternative of the laying method according to FIG. 9 shows examples

The alternatives for laying and locking, not shown

According to one of the alternatives, the holding profiles are the short ones

ersten Reihe R1 verriegelt. Following the above alternative locking steps

Claims (3)
- Method for placing and blocking rectangular, platelike panels (40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46), especially floor panels, that display holding profiles, extending over the full length of the edges, on opposite long edges (45b, 46b) and on opposite short edges (45a, 45c, 46a), opposite holding profiles being designed in essentially complementary form, where panels (40, 41, 42, 43) of a first row (R1) are first joined together at the short edges, either by the complementary holding profiles of a placed panel and a new panel being inserted into each other in the longitudinal direction of the short edges, or by the holding profile of a new panel first being inclined relative to the placed panel and inserted into the complementary profile of the placed panel and then blocked with the placed panel, both in the direction perpendicular to the joined edges and in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the placed panels, by being pivoted into the plane of the placed panel, after which a new panel (44) is next placed in a second row (R2) by the holding profile of its long edge initially being inclined relative to the long edge of a panel (40, 41) of the first row (R1), inserted into the holding profile of the latter and subsequently pivoted into the plane of the placed panels, and where the short edge (46a) of a new panel (46), whose short edge (46a) is to be blocked with the short edge (45a) of the panel (45) placed in the second row and whose long edge (46b) is to be blocked with the long edge of a panel (42, 43) placed in the first row, is first blocked with the panel (45) in the second row (R2), characterised in that the new panel (46) is then pivoted upwards out of the plane of the placed panels along the long edge of a panel (42, 43) placed in the first row, where the panel (45) of the second row (R2), previously blocked with the new panel (46) at the short edge (46a), is also pivoted upwards into an inclined position at this end together with the new panel (46), where the inclination decreases towards the blocked short edge of the panel (45), and where the long holding profile of the new panel (46) can be inserted into the complementary holding profile of the panel (42, 43) placed in the first row (R1) in this inclined position and, following joining, the inclined new panel (46) and the panel (45) blocked with the new panel (46) on one short edge (45a) in the second row (R2) are pivoted into the plane of the placed panels.
- Method for placing a new, rectangular, platelike panel (46) in a second row (R2) of panels, where the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row displays holding profiles that enable the new panel (46) to be blocked both with panels (42, 43) of a first row (R1) and with a previously placed panel in the second row (R2), especially for floor panels (40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46), where the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is blocked both on one long edge with a first row (R1) of panels, and on one short edge with a panel (45) that has already been placed in the second row (R2), where the panels display holding profiles, extending over the full length of the edges, on opposite long edges (45b, 46b) and on opposite short edges (45a, 45c, 46a), opposite holding profiles being designed in essentially complementary form, and where one of the short edges of the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is first blocked with the panel (45) previously placed in the second row (R2) by the free end (45a) of the latter being pivoted upwards out of the placing plane through a pivoting angle (α) about the blocked long edge (45b), and the panel (45) previously placed in the second row (R2) is twisted in such a way that the amount of the pivoting angle (α) decreases from the free end (45a) to the blocked end (45c), part of the short edge of the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is placed, in this position and at an inclination relative to the panel (45) previously placed in the second row (R2), against the free end (45a) of the latter, the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is then pivoted into a pivoting position (46') (A) until it is likewise positioned at the pivoting angle (α) relative to the placing plane, where the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is displaced from the pivoting position (46') and the holding profile of the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is inserted into the holding profiles of the panels (42, 43) of the first row (R1), where the short edge of the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is simultaneously slid completely onto the short edge (45a) of the panel (45) previously placed in the second row (R2) (B) and, finally, the panel (45) previously placed in the second row (R2) and the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) are jointly pivoted into the placing plane and blocked with the panels (42, 43) of the first row (R1) (C).
- Method according to Claim 1 or 2 for placing and blocking rectangular, platelike panels (40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46) displaying complementary holding profiles (4, 5), extending over the full length of the edges (45a, 45c), on parallel edges, where one holding profile (4) is designed as an articulated projection with a convex curvature (7) and the complementary holding profile (5) is designed as a socket recess with a concave curvature (23), where each articulated projection of a new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) can, by slightly expanding the socket recess of a panel (45) previously placed in the second row (R2), be inserted into the latter, and the new panel (46) to be placed in the second row (R2) is, finally, blocked by being pivoted into the plane of the panel (45) previously placed in the second row (R2).
