Abstract

A weft thread clamp for a weft thread presenting lever is positively actuated to selectively open or close the clamp and thereby release or hold the weft thread respectively. Wichtig ist dabei, dass die Positionen 7, 8 und 9 innerhalb des in einer Bezugsebene liegenden Drehwinkelbereiches 12 liegen, und zwar für jeden Zubringerhebel 4a mit Fadenklemme 1 der Vorrichtung 4.

Nachfolgend wird der betreffende Zubringerhebel 4a mit der Fadenklemme 1 in die Ruheposition 7 zurückbewegt.
In der Position 7 wird der dem Greifer vorzulegende Schussfaden 11 solange von der betreffenden Fadenklemme 1 gehalten, bis gemäß eines in der Einheit 10 abgelegten Steuerprogramms dieser Schussfaden dem Greifer vorzulegen ist.

Claims (13)

Steuerbare Schussfadenzubringer- und -klemmvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Zubringen eines Schussfadens (11) zu dem Greifer einer Greiferwebmaschine, mit mehreren Schussfadenzubringerhebeln (4a), wobei jeder Schussfadenzubringerhebel in eine Bezugsebene bewegbar ist, wobei das freie Ende jedes Schussfadenzubringerhebels eine Fadenklemme (1) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Klemmelement (1a, 1b) besitzt, wovon wenigstens ein Klemmelement Arbeitsfunktionen zum Zwecke des Klemmens und Freigebens des in ein Webfach einzutragenden Schussfadens (11) ausführt, wobei ferner der jeweilige Schussfadenzubringerhebel (4a) mit der Fadenklemme (1) in der Bezugsebene nach einem in einer Programm-, Speicher- und Steuereinheit (10) abgelegten Steuerprogramm aus einer Ruhestellung (7) in wenigstens eine erste Arbeitsstellung (8) und in eine zweite Arbeitsstellung (9) schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Klemmelement der Fadenklemme (1) ein mit dem jeweiligen Schussfadenzubringerhebel (4a) in Verbindung stehender auf dem Schussfadenzubringerhebel angeordneter Aktuator (2) ist.Controllable weft feed and clamping device, in particular for feeding a weft (11) to the rapier of a rapier weaving machine, with a plurality of weft feed levers (4a), each weft feed lever being movable into a reference plane, the free end of each weft feed lever having a thread clamp (1) with a thread clamp (1) has first and a second clamping element (1a, 1b), of which at least one clamping element performs work functions for the purpose of clamping and releasing the weft thread (11) to be inserted into a shed, the respective weft feeder lever (4a) with the thread clamp (1) in the Reference plane according to a control program stored in a program, storage and control unit (10) can be pivoted from a rest position (7) into at least one first working position (8) and into a second working position (9), characterized in that the at least one clamping element the thread clamp (1) with the respective weft thread accessories nger lever (4a) is connected to the actuator arranged on the weft feed lever (2).
