Definitions
- the invention relates to a faceplate fastening according to the Preamble of claim 1 and a method for manufacturing of a grand piano with one Forend rail fastening, and a window or a door fastening with such a faceplate.
- a faceplate fastening according to the generic term of claim 1 has already become known through the AT-A-2021/78.
- a support body is located below the faceplate arranged, which in a covered by the faceplate Folding groove of a window or door leaf engages.
- a also longitudinally displaceable below the faceplate Guided drive rod of a drive rod fitting is in the Area of the support body with an elongated hole, see above that the support body through the drive rod through to Groove bottom of the rebate groove is sufficient. Fixing screws can through axially aligned holes in the faceplate and Support body are introduced and the entire Espagnolette fitting to be attached to the bottom of the groove.
- the support body has another through hole provided with an additional hole in the faceplate as well as a blind bore on the groove base runs coaxially. In these holes can be inserted a pin that all three Passes through holes.
- the attachment by the pin serves mainly for the safe absorption of longitudinal forces.
- the pin is therefore only after assembly of the Espagnolette fitting used, the Through hole in the support body as a drilling template for the Blind hole in the groove base serves.
- DE 31 01 393 C2 discloses a Forend rail fitting in the rebate groove by a holder fasten, which is U-shaped in cross section and on the side legs resilient tongues lateral webs of Reach behind the groove. On the free longitudinal edges of the Side legs are additional anchoring projections arranged, which interact with the bottom of the groove and a Prevent longitudinal fitting of the faceplate fitting.
- a Fastening, for example with a fastening screw is not provided here.
- the aforementioned fixtures are mainly used for final force-absorbing faceplate fastening. A Detachable fixation is not possible. At the same time it is necessary to profil the groove and the holder to coordinate exactly with each other.
- the object of the invention is to create a as simple as possible fixation of an espagnolette fitting in the rebate groove of a window or door wing, in which the Hardware components after manual or mechanical arrangement are already fixed on the wing so that the wing for Fastening of other fittings can be rotated or moved can without the already assembled or fixed Fitting parts can fall out of the groove. In doing so if necessary, moving the fitting part to Coupling with adjacent drive rod components may be possible.
- a method for producing a wing is said to be a faceplate fastening on / in a groove Wing of a door, a window or the like. Be specified.
- the object is achieved in that the pin as normal to the faceplate level acting friction or Form-locking element is formed.
- the hardware components can still be removed from the Disconnect if this appears necessary (e.g. to Exchange).
- the pin can be pushed into the hole fasten and causes a safe and reliable Fixing or fastening the component.
- the necessary longitudinal displacement of the Espagnolette fitting causes that the bore as elongated hole is formed along the groove.
- the wing is made of wood or another Solid material, it is due to the lack of an undercut expedient that the pin is designed as a frictional engagement element is.
- the z Currently usual fitting parts on the sash Windows, doors or the like are mostly automated or at least partially automated.
- the wings are like described for example in DE 195 47 854 A1 special machine attached to the wing.
- the wing will placed on a work table of the assembly machine and the respective wing corner in the assembly position positioned.
- the structural unit, the to be mounted on the wing, from a magazine taken and due to the from the optical Detection unit formed signals to the required Position in the wing corner. It is therefore for assembly necessary, a corresponding on each corner of the wing Assembly machines to arrange or the wing for each Turn the corner component by 90 °.

- the final assembly is carried out by insertion from fastening screws, not shown here corresponding holes in the faceplate 14.
- a screw guide may also be provided.
- Fig. 4 shows a schematic representation of the Production of a wing 3 from hollow plastic profiles.
- the bars 5, 6, 7 and 8 of a profile bar cut to length according to the desired size of the wing 3 are controlled by means of the already mentioned NC Profile machining center, which is not here is shown in the areas 11, 12 with the holes 26, 36 as well as with holes for further fittings such as hinge components, gears, hand levers or the like and with Holes for water outlet on the lower spar 7.
- the spars 5, 6, 7 and 8 are in a welding machine 50 together connected to wing 3.
- the welding machine is 50 shown as a four-head welding machine. From here the wing 3 reaches a production line 51. In a The first station 52 is operated by a cleaning machine Welding process resulting welding bead along the Miter cuts removed. The wing 3 is between the four movable heads 53 of the cleaning machine, which relative to each other for editing different Wing sizes are shiftable.
- the third Station 55 By means of an automatic assembly machine 54, the third Station 55 the components 13 stored in a magazine 56 in the wing corners pre-assembled and using the already Friction or form-locking elements described fixed.
- the assembly takes place on two adjacent corners of the wing 3 by parallel arranged automatic assembly machines 54 or magazines 56. Of course, the assembly can also be done individually be performed.
- a subsequent third station 57 the remaining wing corners by means of also parallel Automatic assembly machines 58 with fittings from magazines 59 stocked. Magazines 56 and 59 may contain different fittings. Even those parallel to each other arranged assembly machines 54 and 58 can be designed differently and also different Attach fittings to the sash. It is also possible, that from the magazines 56, 59 each several different Parts can be fed so that depending on the wing 3 different parts from the Magazines 56, 59 are taken from the same Automatic assembly machines 54 and 58 mounted or fixed on wing 3 become.
- the between the corner components lying fitting parts, the so-called Long components cut to length using a cutting device and coupled with the already fixed corner components.
- the Wing 3 each rotated by 90 ° when the operator Fitting parts arranged on one side of the wing 3.
- the wing 3 becomes more while the operator Long components inserted, on a second, in Embodiment running at right angles to it Boundary edge by a longitudinally movable Automatic screwdriver 62 fixed with fastening screws.
- the Positions of the screw holes can be visual Detection system can be approached or by itself from the Size of the wing result in 3 calculated distances.
- Through the Arrangement of the automatic screwdriver 62 on only one side of the Wing 3 makes it possible to mount the fittings on the adjacent spar that is perpendicular to it already to make so that on two spars (e.g. 5 and 6) in parallel can be worked. It goes without saying here possible a second, transverse to the first sliding screw machine to apply around on two sides to be able to screw at the same time.
- plastic hollow profiles without further also on hollow profiles made of metal or on Solid profiles, e.g. made of wood or the like is transferable.
- the pin 24 is formed round pin 24 and on it Shell surface 70 provided with projecting ribs 71.
- a particular advantage of the design of the pin 24 as Rein gleichelement lies in the problem-free and damage-free removal of the connection. Can too the pins 24 in this way from both profiles Solid materials as well as hollow profile components Find. At the same time, a longitudinal movement of the Component 13 already due to the elastic properties of the Pin 24 take place so that the design of the bore 26th as a cylindrical bore also a limited one Permits longitudinal displacement.
- the design of the pin 24 from an elastic Material increases the achievable friction effect and allows it, the bore 26 or the elongated hole 36 with higher Tolerances.
- the components 13 in the corner area of the wing 3 are essentially independent of the size of the wing 3, the long components must be adapted to the wing size.
- the necessary length results from a simple one Calculation from the length of the faceplate 14 and the Sash rebate dimension and, like the hardware version, is still to be determined before the start of production.
- These manufacturing parameters are usually EDP-supported on the individual Manufacturing stations available so that after identification of the Wing 3 (e.g. by a corresponding clear Marking) the fitting design, sash size and thus the necessary long and corner components selected and assembled become.
