Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vlieses (15) vorgebbarer Breite und Dicke aus streufähigem Material (3) für Holzwerkstoff- oder ähnliche Platten, wobei das streufähige Material aus einem Vorrat (2) in einer der vorgebbaren Breite entsprechenden Breite ausgetragen wird und auf eine darunter befindliche, durch eine Fördervorrichtung orthogonal zur vorgebbaren Breite kontinuierlich bewegte Unterlage (7) aufgebracht wird und wobei das streufähige Material (3) zwischen Vorrat und Unterlage einer mechanischen Auflösung (4), einer darunter folgenden pneumatischen Auflösung (6) und anschließend einer weiteren mechanischen Auflösung welche sich über die gesamte Streubreite erstreckt, unterworfen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit einer gewünschten Materialverteilung, insbesondere einer Größenverteilung über die Vliesdicke (14), die weitere mechanische Auflösung (9 bzw. 22) geregelt wird, wobei diese mechanische Auflösung eine Walze oder mindestens eine Rollenanordnung mit mindestens zwei Rollen umfaßt und wobei die Walze bzw. die Rollen in ihrer Drehzahl und/oder Drehrichtung geändert wird und die Walze bzw. Rollenanordnung in ihrer Lage zwischen den stromab und stromauf angeordneten Begrenzungswänden der Streustation bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die mindestens eine mechanische (4) und die pneumatische (6) Auflösung bewirkte Separierung des Materials (3) durch die regelbare weitere mechanische Auflösung (9 bzw 22) von einer positiv beeinflußten, über eine nicht weiter beeinflußten, bis zu einer negativ beeinflußten separierten Ablage des Materials im Vlies (15) führt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit einer Messung (13, 17) der Materialverteilung über die Vliesdicke (14) die weitere mechanische Auflösung (9 bzw 22) geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, insbesondere nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Messung der Materialverteilung (13) über einen Vliesdickenbereich (14) aus der weiteren mechanischen Auflösung 9 bzw 22) ein lediglich diesen Bereich betreffender Teilabschnitt nachgeregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Herstellung eines für eine Verpressung zu einer Holzwerkstoff- oder ähnlichen Platte erforderlichen Vlieses (15) neben einer Messung der Materialverteilung (17) über die gesamte Vliesdicke zusätzlich die Materialverteilungen (13) in den einzelnen Vliesdickenbereichen vermessen werden und daß entsprechend dieser Ergebnisse in der weiteren mechanischen Auflösung die jeweils entsprechenden Teilabschnitte nachregelbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit einer unter einer Streustation (11, 11') entsprechender Breite und Länge kontinuierlich hindurchbewegten Unterlage (7) entsprechender Breite zur Aufnahme eines Vlieses (15) vorgegebener Breite und Dicke, wobei die Streustation (11, 11') über ihre Breite aus einem Vorrat mit streufähigem Material zur Herstellung von Holzwerkstoff- oder ähnlichen Platten beschickt wird, wobei das streufähige Material (3) über mindestens eine quer zur Fortschrittsrichtung der Unterlage verlaufende Vorauflösewalze (4) geführt, anschließend durch ein von einem darunter angeordneten Gebläse erzeugten Luftstrom (6) während des weiteren Streuvorgang weiter beeinflußt wird und anschließend eine weitere Einrichtung zur mechanischen Auflösung des Streugutes vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in seiner Saug- oder Druck-Leistung regelbares Gebläse (6) materialstromauf oder materialstromab in einer die Streustation (11, 11') begrenzenden Wand angeordnet ist und daß die weitere Einrichtung (9 bzw. 22) zur mechanischen Auflösung regelbar ist, und diese eine Walze oder eine Rollenanordnung mit mindestens zwei Rollen umfaßt, die in der von der kontinuierlich bewegten Unterlage (7) abgeschlossenen Streustation vorgesehen ist, wobei die Walze bzw. die Rollen in ihrer Drehzahl und/oder Drehrichtung änderbar und die Walze bzw. die Rollenanordnung in ihrer Lage zwischen den stromab und stromauf angeordneten Begrenzungswänden der Streustation bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Hindurchsaugen des Luftstroms durch das streufähige Material in der dem Gebläse gegenüberliegenden Wand (12, 12') der Streustation ein in seinem Luftdurchtritt steuerbares Gitter (25) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und/oder Anspruch 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine in ihrer Drehzahl und/oder Drehrichtung änderbare, sich quer zur Fortschrittsrichtung der Unterlage erstreckende, den Luftstrombereich (9) nach unten begrenzende Walze vorgesehen ist, und daß die Walze zwischen den stromab und stromauf angeordneten Begrenzungswänden (11, 11' bzw 12, 12') der Streustation bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und/oder Anspruch 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Rollenstuhl (21) mindestens zwei in ihrem gegenseitigen Abstand und/oder ihrer Drehzahl und/oder ihrer Drehrichtung veränderbare, sich quer zur Fortschrittsrichtung der Unterlage erstreckende, den Luftstrombereich nach unten begrenzende Rollen (22) vorgesehen sind und daß die Rollen (22) zwischen den stromab und stromauf angeordneten Begrenzungswänden (11, 11' bzw 12, 12') der Streustation bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Anordnung mehrerer Rollen in einem Rollenstuhl jeweils die zwischen zwei Rollen (22) angeordnete dritte Rolle (22) heb- und senkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein weiterer Rollenstuhl mit weiteren Rollen im wesentlichen unter dem Rollenstuhl angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Luftstrom nach unten begrenzende Einrichtung gegenüber der Horizontalen neigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem der Streustation angeordneten Meßgerät die Materialverteilung über die Vliesdicke bestimmt wird und daß in Abhändigkeit einer Differenz zwischen dem gemessenen Ist-Wert und dem vorgegebenen Soll-Wert die den Luftstrombereich nach unten begrenzende zusätzliche mechanische Auflösung geregelt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Vorauflösung und/oder an mindestens einem Ende der regelbaren Einrichtung eine sich quer zur Fortschrittsrichtung der Unterlage erstreckende Auffangeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine eine Drehachse beinhaltende sich in Lagern links, rechts und oberhalb der Unterlage abstützende, innerhalb der Streustation hin- und herbewegliche Welle vorgesehen ist, daß die Welle von einem Motor angetrieben wird, daß die Welle zwei voneinander beabstandete Endscheiben trägt, daß die Endscheiben im Bereich der seitlichen Begrenzung der Unterlage angeordnet sind, daß die Endscheiben von ihrem Mittelpunkt strahlenförmig ausgehend, halbkreisförmig gekrümmt sind, sich bis zum Endscheibenrand erstreckende Lochreihen besetzen, und daß die Endscheiben über Stäbe, die sich zwischen den entsprechenden Löchern der strahlenförmig verlaufenden Lochreihen der Endscheiben erstrecken, verbunden sind.
