Description

The invention relates to a cable storage device for automatic wire processing machines for simultaneous separate storage of two individual cut and stretched cables or two at one end connected to a double cable cut and stretched cables on at least one receiving conveyor belt and for separating these cables after processing, and an extension part for this The cable placement device.

It is known to produce by means of automatic cable processing double crimp cable in which two cables of possibly different cross-section and different lengths are connected at one end by means of a single crimp contact, and at their other ends have also been connected to a respective crimp contact. However, especially with larger cable lengths, the risk of mutual entanglement of the two interconnected cable sections increases abruptly and requires an immediate removal, especially for large cable lengths and spatial separation of the two free cable sections by hand, and a corresponding tray.

A simultaneous parallel processing of two different cables of greater length in a single wire processing machine has not become known because of the risk of mutual entanglement of such different cables.

In den US-A-3 81018 und der US-A-3 742 564 werden Vorrichtungen zum Bearbeiten von Kabelenden offenbart, die ebenfalls Einrichtungen zum Speichern der Kabel aufweisen.US-A-4 156 961 proposes a cable depositing device for a wire processing machine comprising a first cable storage device positioned directly below the path of reciprocal movement of a clamping device associated with the cable processing device and a second cable storage device located immediately below the first cable storage device and one immediately below the cable storage device The second cable storage device arranged cable collection device comprises. In US-A-4 777 711 a cable store is disclosed. US-A-3 810 188 and US-A-3 742 564 disclose devices for processing cable ends which also include means for storing the cables.

The object of the present invention is to provide a cable depositing device of the type mentioned above, which does not have the above-mentioned disadvantages of the previous devices, i. by means of which two parallel processed cables, even if they are connected at their one end via a Doppelcrimp contact with each other, at least approximately over their entire length spatially separated and stretched stored in two parallel cable tray trays, and can be tied separately.

This object is achieved by means of a cable depositing device according to claim 1 according to the invention.

Zweckmäßige Weiterausgestaltungen der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2 bis 18.Advantageous further developments of the inventive device are the subject of claims 2 to 18.

In all figures, mutually analogous parts are provided with the same reference numerals, so that a repeated description of the mutually analogous parts is unnecessary.

As can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, the cable depositing device 1 according to the invention is connected to a conventional, previously known automatic cable processing machine 2 to form a common working unit, and serves for the separated storage of cables 3 and 4 processed by the cable processing machine 2 for the production of so-called double crimp cables.

The two cables 3 and 4 are fed in a known manner by means of the two tape drive units 5 and 6 a swivel head 7, which feeds the front ends of the cable 3,4 to their stripping and subsequent pressing of a crimp contact one or more of the processing stations 8 to 11.

After this processing of the front ends of the two cables 3,4 they are ejected at high speed along the two Ausstoßbewegungsachsen 12,13 (see FIGS. 1 and 4) in the cable storage device 1.

Between the two Ausstoßbewegungsachsen 12,13 out of the cable processing machine 2 carried out cables 3, 4 is provided to form two sides of each other, separated from each other receiving and drawing areas 14 and 15 along the latter two and extending between these vertical partition 16. The two receiving and stretching regions 14 and 15 are thereby formed by an upper Mitnahmetrum an endlessly rotating receiving conveyor belt 17 extending below the partition wall 16 in the horizontal direction on both sides of the partition wall 16. The latter is guided over the two deflection rollers 18 and 19 and driven by means of a drive roller 20 connected to the guide roller 20 such that the rotational speed of the receiving conveyor belt 17 is greater than the discharge speed of the two from the wire processing machine 2 exiting cables 3 and 4 in order to achieve a stretched recording of the latter two on the two longitudinally separate receiving and extension regions 14 and 15.

In the cable entry area of the receiving conveyor belt 17, a rear end of the two cables 3, 4 intended for gripping the rear cables of the two cables 3, 4 is provided with a double gripper 21 for feeding the two cables 3, 4 to an intermediate unit 23 located in the swiveling area of the swivel arm 22 Where the two stripped cable ends are combined, and then to a double crimping unit 24, where the two ends are connected to a common crimp contact 25 is provided. The swivel arm 22 provided with the double gripper 21 can represent a part of the cable processing machine 2 or a part of the cable depositing device 1.

The servomotor 26 is used for precisely controlled pivoting of the pivot arm 22 and the servomotor 27 for longitudinal displacement of the latter.

4' vorgesehen.Below the two Kabelabwurflängsseiten 28 and 29 of the two separated by the partition 16 receiving and stretching areas 14 and 15 and extending over the entire length is ever a cable tray 30 respectively 31 for storing the finished cable 3 'and 4' is provided.

To after production of the desired lot size without interrupting the system, the two separated, split strands 3 'and 4' separated from each other in the respective cable storage trays 30 respectively 31 and then set the entire cable harness so tied off from the two storage trays 30 and 31, are, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 4, four cable tray trough pairs 30,31 Schaufelradartig about a parallel to the two receiving and stretching areas 14,15 extending axis of rotation 32 each arranged incrementally rotatable about the detected by a pair of troughs 30,31 angle range of 90 °.

In this case, a pair of troughs 30,31 respectively three in radial planes and along the axis of rotation 32 extending boundary walls 33, 33 'and 34, wherein the respective central boundary wall 34 forms a partition wall between two adjacent cable storage trays 30,31 of a pair of troughs, the inlet side leading edge 35th is set back relative to the two entry-side leading edges 36,36 'of the two outer boundary walls 33,33' of the tub pair 30,31.

In order to remove a set double crimp cable harness 3 ', 4' unhindered from a pair of cable trays 30,31, the inlet-side leading edges 35 of the partitions 34 are additionally bevelled radially outwardly tapered towards the rear.

In order to accommodate the finished double crimping cable 3 ', 4' over their entire length in the double trays 30,31 thus formed, the entry-side leading edges 36,36 'are the two outer boundary walls in the plan view of the device and in the direction of movement seen from the cable machine 2 out cable 3.4 seen in front of the delivery point of the pivot arm 22 provided on the double gripper 21st

In order to prevent the finished cables 3 ', 4' from falling out of the double trays 30, 31 when rotating the blade-wheel-like arrangement of the twin trays 30, 31 from the receiving position to the removal position by a rotation angle of 90 °, the boundary walls 33, 33 'are and 34 of the cable trays 30,31 along its parallel to its axis of rotation 32 extending outside 37 in the direction of rotation A same seen opposite to the latter bent backwards.

As a result of this arrangement of the two cable storage trays 30 and 31 below the discharge longitudinal sides 29 and 28, respectively, the cable section of the cable 4 deflected thereby is laterally moved beyond the discharge longitudinal side 28 of the receiving conveyor belt 17 in the swiveling out movement of the swiveling arm 22 towards the double crimping unit 24 whereby, together with the orbital movement of the latter, a discharge of the cable 4 is effected in the storage tray 31 located underneath.

The ejection of the second cable 3 on the ejection longitudinal side 29 out into the underlying tray 30 can either by analog swinging out of the swing arm 22 in the opposite Ausschwenkrichtung B (see Figure 2) or by means of a drive motor 38 each rotatably driven by 180 ° pivot lever 39th be effected.

To be able to extend this cable storage device as shown in Figure 6 with the aid of an analogously constructed additional extension unit 1 'for the processing of extremely long cables, the rear end of the double tub rotor 40 must be free for coupling an analog extension rotor, ie the rotor drive motor 42 must, for example Can be seen from Figure 5, arranged, and not to hinder a lateral dropping of the cable 3 on the thus extended Abwurflängsseite 29. In this case, the inlet-side leading edges 35,36 and 36 'in the extension part 1' are all in a single radial plane, since the boundary walls 33,33 'and 34 of the extension part respectively. the double trough rotor 40 'only serve to extend the corresponding boundary walls of the front double trough rotor 40 in its axial direction.

Of course, it is also possible with the cable laying device shown, when using corresponding processing units parallel to each other to provide two completely separate single cable on both sides with crimp contacts and separated from each other in the associated storage trays 30 and 31.

It has now been found that it would often be desirable if the removal of the processed cables or double cables further away from moving parts of the cable depositing device and more for clarity could be done from above.

The subject of the present invention is therefore also a further development of the cable laying device described above, which allows a removal of the processed cables or double cables farther away from moving parts of the cable laying device described there and more from above.

As can be seen from FIGS. 7 to 13, the embodiment of a cable depositing device according to the present invention, described below, has a single pair of cable trays 30, 31 instead of the pair of trailing-arm cable tray pairs 30, 31 instead of the two pairs of trays. and extension portions 14,15 extending pivot axis 32 pivotally and downwardly into a parallel thereto extending lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaar 43,44 emptied, is arranged, wherein the upper Kabelablagewannenpaar 30,31 along the pivot axis 32 extending Contains boundary walls 33,33 'and 34. The lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaar 43,44 is about a parallel to the pivot axis 33 of the upper Kabelablagewannenpaares 30,31 extending and with respect to this pivot axis 32 seen in plan laterally offset further pivot axis 45, from a cable receiving position (Figure 7) in a laterally offset removal position (Fig. 11) pivotally, and has along the further pivot axis 45 extending boundary walls 46,46 'and 47.

The middle boundary wall 34 of the upper cable tray pair 30,31 forms a common partition between the two adjacent cable tray 30,31 of the cable tray pair 30,31 and the middle boundary wall 47 of the lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaares 43,44 forms a common partition wall between the two adjacent cable troughs 43rd , 44 of the lower cable tray pair 43,44.

The entry-side front edge 35 of the middle partition 34 of the upper cable tray pair 30,31 is set back analogously to the above-described embodiments with respect to the two entry-side leading edges 36,36 'of the two outer boundary walls 33, 33' of the upper cable tray pair 30,31. The entry-side leading edges 36,36 'of the two outer boundary walls 33, 33' of the upper cable tray pair 30,31 are located in the plan of the device and in the direction of movement A out of the cable machine 2 herausführt cables 3,4 before the delivery point of the pivot arm 22 provided Cable gripping parts 21 (see Fig. 6).

The boundary walls 33,33 'and 46,46' and the two partitions 34 and 47 and the pivot areas of the two Pipe pairs 30,31 and 43,44 are coordinated so that upon pivoting of the upper cable tray pair of tubs 30,31 by means of a pneumatic or hydraulic linear cylinder 51 in its apparent from Figure 9 emptying the partition wall 34 of the upper pair of tubs 30,31 into the interior the one associated lower cable trough 44 and in the emptying position of the upper pair of troughs 30,31 below the boundary wall 33 'of this pair of troughs 30,31 is moved into the interior of the other associated lower cable tray 43 into a trouble-free separated transfer of the processed cable. 3 ', 4' in the lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaar 43,44 into it. In this case, the outside of the trough 31 via one or more at the upper longitudinal edge of the boundary wall 46 'arranged rollers 52 (see FIGS. 8 and 9) into engagement with the lower pair of tubs 43,44 and pivots this against the action of a pneumatic spring 53 after left in his shooting position. The lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaar 43,44 is pivoting to its pivoting to the left against the upper Kabelablagewannenpaar 30,31 to a first further pivot axis 45.

After delivery of the processed Doppelcrimp cable 3 ', 4' from the upper pair of tubs 30,31 in the lower pair of tubs 43,44, the upper pair of tubs 30,31 is moved back by means of the linear cylinder 51 in the counterclockwise direction back to its original position, and there is the lower Tub pair 43,44 again free, which also returns under the influence of the pneumatic spring 53 in its apparent from Fig. 10 starting position.

As seen in Figure 13, the left end portion of the cable tray 1 as shown in FIG. 1, in the area the cable processing machine 2 is located and therefore there is the left end of the lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaares 43,44 for removing the processed cable pairs 3 ', 4' is usually not very accessible, now the lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaar 43,44 by means of a linear cylinder 54 along a parallel to Swivel axis 32 of the upper cable tray pair 30,31 extending and opposite this pivot axis 32 in plan (Fig. 13) seen laterally offset two-piece longitudinal guide 49,50 in the direction A to the right of a cable receiving position in a longitudinal direction in Fig. 13 to the right by an amount shifted from, for example, 500mm offset end position.

To now in this final position of the longitudinal displacement of the lower pair of tubs 43,44 as far as possible swinging out the latter (in Fig. 11 to the right) by means of a pneumatic or hydraulic linear cylinder 55 in a cable removal position with consistently good accessibility of the lower pair of tubs 43,44 or to achieve cable pairs 3 ', 4' located therein from above, the lower Kabelentnahmewannenpaar 43,44 to form a larger pivot radius about an opening provided below the first further pivot axis 45 second further pivot axis 48 to the outside pivotally.

After removal of the processed pairs of cables 3 ', 4' from the lower pair of tubs 43,44 this is pivoted back by means of the linear cylinder 54 in its apparent from Fig. 12 upright position and then in the longitudinal direction of the two-piece longitudinal guide 49,50 in his from Fig. Moved back 13 apparent starting position, after which the entire cycle repeated with reference to the figures 7 to 13 described above.
