- ski boot and its sole have high rigidity and mechanical strength need to give the skier adequate grip in the shoe as well to allow good power transmission to the ski.
- the ski boot is attached to the ski so that the Longitudinal axis of the foot part on the shoe with the longitudinal axis of the concerned sole and with the longitudinal axis of the ski.
- the foot of the skier is when skiing forced to align with the axis of the ski, namely regardless of how the anatomy of the joints, the ankle and knee of the skier are Accordingly arise with so-called X-legs or so-called Skier's legs are sometimes heavy for the joints, especially for the joints of the knee, which are painful, possibly also in inflammation of the tendons and Tapes impact, and in any case from a feeling of increasing Fatigue are accompanied.
- the angular position of the whole Ski boots to change the ski by more or less adjustable the position of the front binding is changed.
- these measures were not sufficient to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages. They bring rather, there are other technical disadvantages, such as the occurrence of undesirable centrifugal components even slight turns.
- the ski boot has an adjustable positioning in relation to the ski, so that always the morphologically most favorable location in relation to the foot characteristics of the Is given to the user.
- the sole includes one of the remaining sole independent sole part, namely toe and / or Heel part, which runs in a transverse to the sole, essentially attached prismatic guide adjustable is.
- this prismatic guide must be free of play his. Accordingly, it is relatively stiff. A sticking the independent sole part can be at strong Avoid safely avoiding fluctuating temperatures. Furthermore it is possible with the known construction, the independent Sole part in a position to move in the sole heel and Sole tip no longer within the usual sole / binding norm lie.
- the present invention is based on the object from the last-mentioned prior art, one To create ski boots that stand out through lasting Characteristics of smoothness of the adjustable sole part, while ensuring that the sole overall in each relative position of the adjustable sole part remains within the norm for sole heel and sole tip.
- the essence of the present invention lies in that the independent or adjustable sole part around an approximately perpendicular to the sole tread Axis is pivotally mounted.
- Binding can be an independent one Act tip, middle and / or heel part of the sole.
- the least technical problems are with one pivotally mounted heel part connected.
- the independent sole part is preferably adjusted through a transverse to the longitudinal direction of the sole and about Threaded spindle extending parallel to the sole tread with a threaded element arranged in the pivotable sole part communicates.
- Threaded spindle extending parallel to the sole tread with a threaded element arranged in the pivotable sole part communicates.
- An alternative construction is characterized in that the pivotable sole part circumferentially one has worm gear-like teeth that cross with one another to the longitudinal direction of the sole and extending parallel to the sole tread Spindle, namely worm spindle interacts.
- Spindle and toothing are therefore preferably in the manner of a Worm gear trained.
- it works either with a pinion rotatably mounted in the sole or a rack that can be moved transversely within the sole together.
- the axis of rotation of the mentioned pinion extends then approximately perpendicular to the sole tread.
- the rack is parallel to the tread of the sole and transverse to the longitudinal direction of the sole can be moved back and forth.
- drive pinion it is also preferably from the bottom of the sole accessible from here.
- the rack is preferably accessible of the page. The same applies to the mentioned Threaded spindle.
- pivotally mounted sole part is assigned latching elements are with complementary locking elements on the sole cooperate for the discrete setting of a predetermined swivel position, the locking elements either the sole or of the pivotable sole part by an actuating element can be unlocked and / or locked.
- the ent and / or are preferably lockable locking elements in locking position elastic biased so that it is basically pushed into the locked position are. To swivel the sole part, they must then Latching elements against the effect of the elastic preload be moved out of the rest position by from the outside accessible actuators.
- the complementary Locking elements can on the one hand by a spring elastic biased locking pin and on the other hand by the locking pin assigned locking holes are formed in predetermined Angular distances are arranged along an arc.
- the Latch pin can either be part of the pivotable sole part or be part of the firm sole. The reverse order is also conceivable.
- Claims 10 to 12 relate to constructive designs for the pivoting of the independent sole part.
- Claims 13 and 14 relate to the arrangement or storage of actuators for pivoting the pivotally mounted Sole part.
- reference numeral 10 is part of a ski boot referred to, which comprises a foot part 11 and a sole 12.
- Corresponding Fig. 2 in turn has the sole 12 three sections or parts, namely a front or tip part 13, Middle part 14 and a rear or heel part 15.
- the sole 12 is conventional Way integrally connected to the foot part 11 of the ski boot 10, namely made of plastic by injection molding.
- the Heel part 15 is independent of the sole 12 and the Foot part 11.
- the heel part 15 is specific for the purpose of adjustment transverse to the longitudinal direction 16 of the sole and approximately parallel to the sole tread 17 by a perpendicular to the sole tread 17 extending axis 18 pivotally mounted.
- the ski boot fulfills despite being pivotable Heel part the norm. Of course it is Heel part 15 can only be pivoted within predetermined limits, preferably at most by an angle of ⁇ 10 ° to 15 °.
