Abstract

The invention relates to a hatch, especially as a cover for flue gas vents in roofs, with an adjustable-height hatch cover, and proposes, in order to obtain a particularly efficient system, that the height adjustment is obtained by the longitudinal movement in oblique slide slots (8, 35) of lifting members (12, 32) on the underside of the hatch cover (6, 7 and 26, 27). The device comprises in particular two hatch covers (6, 7 and 26, 27) which can be moved up and down synchronously and in opposite directions and are allocated to the upper and lower edge of the roof vent (2 and 23) for the purpose of closing.

Description

US-A- 3 728 956).The invention relates to a hatch, in particular as a closure of flue gas openings on roofs or the like, with a hatch cover which can be displaced in height by means of a central adjusting device for opening and closing (see, for example, US-A-3 728 956).

It is also known to design the hatch covers as right-angled window sash in plan, which are articulated on the fixed frame about an axis assigned to a wing leg. The window sash can be designed as a folding, rotating or tilting sash. The opening and closing of these window sashes is effected via the central adjustment device.

The object of the invention is based on the task of designing a hatch of the type in question in a technically simple manner so that the area of use is enlarged.

The object of the invention is achieved in a hatch of the generic type in that the height shift is derived from the longitudinal displacement in oblique link slots for lifting members on the underside of the hatch cover.

As a result of such an embodiment, a generic hatch with an increased area of use is specified. No pivot axis is provided on the hatch cover itself. Therefore, the hatch cover can also have any other desired plan shape. When the opening of the hatch cover is displaced, the lifting members which can be displaced in the sloping guide slots cause a parallel adjustment of the hatch cover to the hatch cover floor plan level. It is therefore also possible to provide circular hatch covers on dome-shaped roofs etc. in the floor plan. The hatch covers can be adapted to the curvature of the dome-shaped roof while achieving a good seal of the roof opening. Of course, flat hatch covers can also be used, especially if the roof surface itself is flat.

An advantageous further development consists in providing two hatch covers which can be moved synchronously and in opposite directions for closure, assigned to the upper and lower edge of the roof opening. The control of one hatch cover is transferred to the other, so that both step equally open to the roof opening.

Furthermore, it has proven to be advantageous for the slot slots to be arranged in a uniform circumferential distribution in the region of a jacket wall lying in the opening. This provides the hatch cover (s) with optimal support and ensures that the hatch cover adjusts itself to itself.

In one variant it is possible that the height shift of the hatch cover is overlaid by a screw turn of the hatch cover. This version is particularly useful for dome-shaped roof areas.

A simple way to bring the hatch cover in the open position to the roof opening is that the lifting members of the hatch cover are formed by vertically extending coupling rods, which are fixed at one end to the hatch cover and at the other end equipped with shoes running in the slot slots and in the area are coupled in between with control links which can be displaced by a motor-driven lifting rod of the adjusting device. Along with a displacement of the lifting rod, the shoes move in the slot slots. This movement is transmitted to the hatch cover via the coupling rods, whereby the screw opening of the hatch cover mentioned above occurs.

Furthermore, it proves advantageous in terms of construction and ventilation that the lifting rod and motor drive lie approximately on the longitudinal center plane through the jacket wall. This also accommodates a synchronous opening and closing of two hatch covers that can be moved in opposite directions.

A cost-saving firing is achieved in that the articulation point between the lifting rod and control links is located on a ring-guided ring on the jacket wall for central synchronous control of all control links. Accordingly, only one pair of control arms needs to be actuated by the adjusting device. Their displacement is transferred to the other control arms via the rotating ring.

If you want to do without a screw turn of the hatch cover when it is shifted in height, it is advisable that the slotted slots on the peripheral edge are provided with correspondingly broad cantilevers, which are arranged on the hatch covers which are linearly guided in the height direction, and that the lifting members leading therein are motor-driven Sliders are designed. A displacement of these slides accordingly leads exclusively to a movement of the hatch cover or hatches without self-rotation perpendicular to the roof opening plane. Such a design can be interesting if the hatch cover to be assigned to a cylindrically curved roof surface.

Finally, an advantageous feature of the invention is that the slides are connected to one another by a rotating ring running along the jacket wall. Accordingly, only one adjustment device needs to be provided in this version, which acts on a slide. Its displacement is transferred via the ring to the other slides, achieving synchronous control.

The number 1 denotes a dome-shaped roof surface. At its zenith it has a roof opening 2 which is circular in cross section. The latter is lined by a jacket ring 3. The opening formed by this accommodates an annular jacket wall 4, the supports of an adjusting device 5 and as a whole can be inserted into the jacket ring 3 and fastened there.

By means of the adjusting device 5, two hatch covers 6, 7, which can be moved synchronously and in opposite directions, can be brought into their open and closed positions. With regard to the hatch cover 6, it is the upper, outer hatch cover which is adapted to the curvature of the roof surface 1. The lower hatch cover 7, however, is flat. It also has a circular layout.

Die Anlenkung geschieht dabei mittels eines mantelwandseitig befestigten Lagerteiles 19, vergl. insbesondere Fig. 8.For shifting the hatch covers 6, 7 in height, fixed guide rails 9 are provided on the inside of the jacket wall 4, forming oblique link slots 8. In the exemplary embodiment, four pairs of link slots are provided on the jacket wall 4 in a uniform circumferential distribution. Each pair of slotted slots is composed of two slotted slots 8 which are in a roof-like configuration. The guide rails 9 forming the link slots are designed in a C-shaped cross section and serve to accommodate running shoes 11 equipped with rollers 10, from which vertically aligned coupling rods 12 extend. Two coupling rods 12 each of a pair of link slots extend in alignment with one another. The upper coupling rods 12 are fixed at the end to the upper hatch cover 6 and the lower coupling rods 12 to the lower hatch cover 7. In the area between the running shoes 11 and the fixing points the coupling rods 12 articulate control handlebars 13. The corresponding joint point is designated with the number 14. The two control arms 13 of a pair, starting from their articulation points 14, diverge and meet at a pivot point 15, on which a spindle-like lifting rod 16 engages. This is part of a motor drive 17, which is provided between two paired slot slots 8. Both the lifting rod 16 and the motor drive 17 extend approximately on the longitudinal center plane of the casing wall 4. The motor drive 17 is pivotally assigned to the casing wall 4, specifically the articulation point is designated by the number 18. The articulation takes place by means of a bearing part 19 fastened on the jacket wall side, cf. in particular FIG. 8.

The articulation point 15 between the lifting rod 16 and a pair of control arms 13 is seated on a ring 20 which is rotatably guided on the jacket wall side.

Es stellt sich folgende Wirkungsweise ein:
Bei geschlossenen Lukendeckeln 6, 7, vergl. Fig. 1, ist die spindelartige Hubstange 16 ausgefahren.
The following mode of action occurs:
When the hatch covers 6, 7 are closed, see FIG. 1, the spindle-like lifting rod 16 is extended. At the same time, the control rods 13 have shifted the coupling rods 12 with the running shoes 13 attached to them so that the running shoes 13 are at the smallest possible distance from one another. Accordingly, the upper and lower hatch covers 6, 7 come in a closed position to the upper and lower edges of the roof opening 2.

If the hatch covers 6, 7 are to assume their open position, then the motor drive 17 is switched on Lifting rod 16 in the inward direction of the motor drive 17 displaced while simultaneously taking the associated control link 13 and the ring 20 guided on the jacket wall side. B. In the position shown in FIG. 3. This means that the two hatch covers 6,7 move in opposite directions. The height shift of the hatch cover 6.7 is superimposed by a screw turn. The closing of the hatch cover 6, 7 requires an oppositely directed movement of the lifting rod 16 by means of the motor drive 17. The upper lifting cover 6 also supports the closing movement by its weight, so that this benefits the closing movement of the lower hatch cover 7. The situation is similar with respect to the opening displacement, the opening of the upper hatch cover 7 being supported by the weight of the lower hatch cover 7.

According to the second embodiment, shown in FIGS. 9-16, there is a cylindrically curved roof surface 22. The roof opening 23 also receives a casing ring 24, in which an annular casing wall 25 is inserted and fastened.

The roof opening 23 can be closed by an upper and a lower hatch cover 26, 27, the latter, in contrast to the first embodiment, only carrying out a height shift when opening and closing.

The hatch covers 26, 27 are opened and closed by means of an adjusting device 28. This comprises a motor drive 30 articulated on a bearing part 29 of the casing wall 25, by means of which a lifting rod 31 is moved back and forth is relocated. The free end of the lifting rod 31 engages on a wedge-shaped slide 32. In this version, too, the lifting rod 31 and the motor drive 30 extend approximately on the longitudinal center plane of the casing wall 26. The wedge-shaped edges 33 of the slide 32, which are arranged symmetrically to the longitudinal center plane, engage correspondingly wide arms 34 of the upper and lower hatch covers 26, 27. Two of these brackets 34 are fixed in pairs on the hatch covers 26, 27 and arranged one above the other. The arms 34 are provided on their marginal edge facing away from the hatch covers 26, 27 with sloping link slots 35, into which the edges 33 of the slides 32 engage in a form-fitting manner. In this version too, a plurality of slides 32 are provided in a circumferentially distributed manner, with only one slider 32 being driven directly by a motor, specifically via the lifting rod 31. A synchronized control of the other sliders 32 is provided by a rotating ring 36 running along the lateral wall 25, which is connected to the other slides 32 is coupled in a corresponding manner.

The hatch covers 26, 27 are secured against rotation by vertical guide rods 37 which are attached in pairs to the hatch covers 26, 27 and which in turn run in C-profiled rails 38 of the jacket wall 25.

Die Führungsstangen 37 gewährleisten in Verbindung mit den Schienen 38 eine Undrehbarkeit der Lukendeckel 26, 27.The opening of the hatch covers 26, 27 requires the motor drive 30 to be switched on, along with an inward displacement of the lifting rod 31. The slider 32 coupled to it is taken along, which spreads the arms 34 apart and the hatch covers 26, 27 into their open position according to FIG. 11 brings. The displacement of the slide 32, which is driven via the lifting rod 31, is effected via the ring 36 to the others Slide 32 transmit synchronous control of all the slides, combined with a uniform opening of the hatch covers 26, 27. Closing them requires an oppositely directed drive of the lifting rod 31. The guide rods 37, in conjunction with the rails 38, ensure that the hatch covers 26, 27 cannot be rotated .
