Description

The invention relates to a device for opening and closing gates, the door leaf of which can be moved between two substantially perpendicular positions, in particular between a substantially vertical and a substantially horizontal position, the door leaf forming the connecting rod of a sliding crank mechanism, the crosshead guide of which in the substantially vertically and its main crank bearing is arranged stationary in the region of the upper edge of the gate hole, a particularly straight, preferably substantially parallel to the position of the gate leaf located in the open position, coupled to the gate leaf is provided for actuating the gate leaf, which is provided via a pivotally articulated lever and an intermediate articulated lever arrangement is connected to the door leaf. For so-called non-projecting tilting gates, the drive creates a certain weak point, because a vertical drive does not give a horizontal force component when opening and therefore does not exert a moment that acts on the door leaf in the opening direction in order to move it out of the vertical position. The same applies to a horizontal drive, but here for moving out of the essentially horizontal open position. In a previously known version (FR-A-2 375 419), the articulated lever arrangement was designed as a so-called Nuremberg scissors. This configuration is complex in its construction and requires a particularly exact execution and assembly in order to ensure a perfect function.

The invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a simplified articulated lever arrangement in order to simplify the manufacture and also the assembly and thus to increase the functional reliability.

A solution to the above-mentioned problem is achieved in a device of the type mentioned at the outset in that, according to the invention, for coupling the lever which is pivotably articulated on the carriage to the door leaf, a four-bar linkage with two cranks is provided which is articulated on the one hand on the door leaf and on the other hand on the lever are.

The four-bar linkage provided according to the invention represents an extremely simple means of introducing forces on the door leaf via the cranks in the open position, which have force components directed perpendicularly to the door leaf and upwards, and in the closed position likewise applying forces via the cranks which are perpendicular to the door leaf Have door leaf and inward facing components. In this way, the movement of the gate from the respective end positions is mastered perfectly.

In a further development of the invention, it is provided that the two cranks of the quadrilateral joint have approximately the same length. This embodiment of the subject matter of the invention allows simplified storage because only cranks of one type have to be kept in stock.

Particularly favorable kinematic conditions result if, according to a preferred embodiment of the subject of the invention, the distance between the pivot bearings of the cranks of the articulated quadrilateral located on the door leaf is less than the distance between the pivot bearings of the cranks located on the lever.

The invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown schematically in the drawing. Show it:
  • 1 is a side view of a device according to the invention for opening and closing gates, the door leaf being in the closed position,
  • Fig. 2 is an illustration analogous to Fig. 1, wherein the door leaf is in an intermediate position between the closed and the open position, and
  • Fig. 3 is an illustration analogous to Fig. 1 with the door leaf in the open position.

In the drawing, 1 denotes the door leaf. The door leaf 1 can be moved between a substantially vertical position (FIG. 1) in a substantially horizontal position (FIG. 3). It is a so-called non-projecting tilt gate, i.e. a tilting gate in which the bottom edge of the door leaf does not emerge significantly beyond the level in which the door leaf lies in the closed position when the door is tilted out of the closed position. The door leaf 1 forms the connecting rod of a lifting crank mechanism. The crosshead guide 2 of this transmission is arranged essentially vertically and the main bearing 3 for the crank 14 is arranged in a fixed manner in the region of the upper edge of the gate hole 4. A carriage 5 is provided for actuating the door leaf 1 and can be displaced in a straight line along a guide 15. For coupling the carriage 5 to the door leaf 1, a four-bar linkage 7 is provided, the coupling of which forms the door leaf 1 and the frame of which forms a lever 6 which is pivotably arranged on the carriage 5. The lever 6 is designed as an angle lever. The two legs of the angle lever preferably enclose an obtuse angle. The two cranks 8, 9 of the four-bar linkage have approximately the same length. The distance between the pivot position 10, 11 of the cranks 8, 9 of the four-bar linkage 7 located on the door leaf 1 is less than the distance between the pivot bearings 12, 13 of the cranks 8, 9 arranged on one leg of the lever 6. The distance between those on the lever 6 Pivot bearings 12, 13 of the cranks 8, 9 of the four-bar linkage 7 is approximately equal to the crank radius of the cranks 8, 9 of the four-bar linkage 7. The guidance of the carriage 5 can also be slightly inclined with respect to the horizontal, specifically falling towards the interior of the room.
