Description
Claims (11)
- Saugmaschine mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (2) verfahrbaren, einen Unterdruckerzeuger (3) sowie einen Schotterspeicher (17,18) aufweisenden Maschinenrahmen (4), einer endseitig auf diesem angeordneten Fahrkabine (5) und einer höhenverstellbaren Saugdüse (10), die über das die Fahrkabine (5) aufweisende Maschinenende (9) vorkragend angeordnet und durch ein über der Fahrkabine (5) befindliches Absaugrohr (16) mit dem Schotterspeicher (17,18) verbunden ist, wobei die auf einer mit dem Maschinenrahmen (4) verbundenen Tragkonstruktion (11) abgestützte Saugdüse (10) jeweils mittels eigener, unabhängig voneinander beaufschlagbarer Antriebe (32,34,40) der Tragkonstruktion (11) gemäß einem XYZ-Koordinatensystem in einer in Maschinenlängsrichtung sowie in einer normal dazu verlaufenden Richtung verstellbar ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (11) einen in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden, durch den Antrieb (32) teleskopisch verlängerbaren Hauptträger (33) aufweist, der in seinem von der Saugdüse (10) weiter entfernten Endbereich durch den Antrieb (34) auf quer zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden horizontalen Querführungen (35) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (11) aus zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten und unter Bildung einer Gelenkstelle mit einer vertikalen Schwenkachse (12) und einem Schwenkantrieb (13) gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Teilen (14,15) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Hauptträger (33) über der Fahrkabine (5) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugdüse (10) einerseits durch eine Parallelogramm anlenkung (37) mit einem Höhenverstellantrieb (41) und andererseits durch eine an der Parallelogrammanlenkung (37) fixierte Höhenführung (38) mit einem weiteren Höhenverstellantrieb (40) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugdüse (10) in ihrem an das Absaugrohr (16) anschließenden Bereich mit Hilfe eines Rotators (42) um eine vertikale Drehachse (44) verschwenkbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotator (42) an einer mit der Tragkonstruktion (11) verbundenen Tragplatte (43) befestigt ist, an der die Saugdüse (10) um eine horizontal bzw. senkrecht zur Düsenlängsrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse (45) mit Hilfe eines Düsenschwenkantriebes (46) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei in einer senkrecht zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Richtung nebeneinander angeordnete Schotterspeicher (17,18) vorgesehen sind, wobei ein von der Saugdüse (10) abgewandtes Ende (49) des Absaugrohres (16) durch einen Antrieb (50) von einer dem ersten Schotterspeicher (17) zugeordneten Ansaugöffnung (47) zu einer davon distanzierten, dem zweiten Schotterspeicher (18) zugeordneten zweiten Ansaugöffnung (48) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine die beiden Ansaugöffnungen (47,48) miteinander verbindende Kulissenführung (52), in der ein mit dem Ende (49) des Absaugrohres (16) und mit dem Antrieb (50) verbundener Flansch (51) quer zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb von Entladeöffnungen (19) der Schotterspeicher (17,18) und unterhalb des Maschinenrahmens (4) ein in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufendes Förderband (22) angeordnet ist, dessen von der Saugdüse (10) weiter distanziertes Ende (24) oberhalb des endseitig am Maschinenrahmen (4) befestigten Schienenfahrwerkes (2) und unterhalb einer weiteren Fahrkabine (5) positioniert ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ende (24) des Förderbandes (22) ein mit seinem Aufnahmeende (25) unterhalb des Förderbandes (22) angeordnetes Übergabeförderband (26) zugeordnet ist, das auf einer durch einen Drehantrieb (27) um eine vertikale Drehachse (28) rotierbar am Maschinenrahmen (4) befestigten Abstützung (29) gelagert und in bezug auf diese durch einen Antrieb (30) in Maschinenlängsrichtung verschiebbar ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein dem Übergabeförderband (26) zugeordneter Förderantrieb (31) wahlweise in beiden Drehrichtungen beaufschlagbar ist.
