B. durch Verkehrssignalanlagen oder sonstwie verkehrsbedingt entstehen, nicht als eigenständiges Ereignis ausgewiesen, sondern der vorangegangenen Fahrzeit hinzugezählt werden, aber andererseits jedes Parken des Fahrzeugs selbsttätig und ereignisrichtig zur Speicherung gelangt. Ein allzu rascher Wechsel in der Ereignisart, der einerseits viel Speicherkapazität kostet, aber andererseits für die Auswertung kaum Aussagen von praktischer Bedeutung liefert, wird vermieden. Im Ergebnis wurde eine Lösung gefunden, die zu einer Vorrichtung für ein ereignisselektives und damit praxisgerechtes Aufzeichnungsverfahren führt, ohne den Bedarf an Speicherkapazität nennenswert zu erhöhen. Die Fig. 1 verdeutlicht das Prinzip der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung. Nach der Inbetriebnahme des Datenerfassungsgerätes, z. B. durch Einschalten der Zündung des Fahrzeugs, wird zunächst geprüft, in welchem Betriebszustand sich das Fahrzeug befindet. Die Feststellung, ob die nun fortlaufend erfaßten Daten unter der Ereignisart "Haltezustand" oder "Fahrbetrieb" aufgezeichnet werden sollen, erfolgt vorzugsweise selbsttätig durch die fortlaufende, geräteinterne Abfrage, ob von dem mit dem Datenerfassungsgerät in Verbindung stehenden Weg-, Geschwindigkeits-, Beschleunigungs- oder sonstigen Fahrzeugbewegungsgeber Fahrimpulse an das Datenerfassungsgerät geliefert werden.
