Description

The invention relates to a folding box with a pouring device, in particular for dry, pourable products, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Folding boxes with pouring devices on the market generally have disadvantages. If the pouring devices are attached to the side wall of the folding box, a complete pouring out of the product is very tedious. Most of the time, the pouring devices are difficult to open and cannot be closed at all or only with difficulty. In addition, they are associated with an undesirably high amount of material.

A folding box of the type mentioned is known from the Danish patent document 158 146 B. With her, the pouring device has a front bulkhead flap connected to an end wall, which is connected to the side walls on both sides via side bulkhead flaps. The first and second flap sections of the side bulk flaps are folded inwards under the forehead bulk flap when the latter closes the opening of the box. Then an end flap of the forehead bulk flap is glued to the top wall of the folding box. To open the box, the adhesive of the end flap is broken open, whereupon the forehead bulk flap can be opened until the side bulk flaps lie in the side wall levels. It is disadvantageous that the gluing of the end flap on the cover wall is difficult to release on the one hand by hand, but on the other hand can be opened unintentionally. In addition, the folding box is not resealable, so that the contained product can get out in an uncontrolled manner. A special packaging system is required for the Danish packaging construction.

From US-A-2 349 362 a folding box with pouring device according to the preamble of claim 1 is known. The second flap section of the side bulk flap is connected to the second sidewall flap via an arcuate tear line connected. The second side wall flap widens with increasing distance from the bulk flap until it reaches the width of the first side wall flap. This construction is not particularly stable in the corner area when the pouring flap is closed and open.

From CH-A-618 932 a folding box with a pouring device is known which has a diagonal fold line in both the front and the side pouring flap. These fold lines delimit first flap sections which are connected to one another via a corner fold line. The side bulk flap is not connected to the second side wall flap, so that this construction is also not particularly stable in the bulk flap area.

Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to make the folding box mentioned in the introduction in the pouring flap area more stable without increasing the cost of materials.

The solution to this problem is specified in claim 1. Advantageous refinements can be found in the subclaims.

In a folding box according to the invention, the forehead pouring tab is connected to only one side pouring tab and the pouring device is covered by a detachable section of the first side wall flap. The detachable section thus secures the pouring device in the closed position and is in turn secured in its closed position via the first side wall tab. The folding box can practically not be opened unintentionally. In addition, the first side wall tab can cover the entire top wall, so that it can be used well for stacking purposes and as an advertising medium. After opening, the pouring device facilitates targeted pouring, which can be done conveniently via the connecting line between the front and side pouring flaps.

In particular, if the detachable section is connected via a perforation line to the rest of the first side wall flap, in the vicinity of which there can be a finger intervention, the chute can be opened very easily after the detachable section has been removed. In any case, this is at least always possible if the side wall tab closes the cover wall firmly only outside the detachable section, for example by gluing. The perforation line can follow approximately the contour of the forehead pouring flap, so that the section to be released for opening only makes up a small proportion of the first side wall flap.

The resealability of the pouring device is preferably promoted in that the perforation line somewhat overlaps the forehead pouring flap at the edge with a securing projection. After removing the detachable section, the forehead pouring tab can be pulled out from under the securing projection and the pouring device can be opened. For reclosing, the pouring tabs are folded back into the opening level and the forehead pouring tab is locked under the locking projection.

In a first alternative solution, the front flap has a front flap section in addition to the forehead pouring flap, which serves to support and optionally fix a projection of the second side wall flap. This improves the stability of the box in the edge region of the pouring device. The extension of the forehead pouring flap can decrease from its folding line towards the forehead flap section, which in particular makes it easier to fold the second side wall flap with its projection past the forehead pouring flap onto the side flap section during assembly. For this, the forehead pouring flap can have a radius at the free end.

A further development of the invention is particularly for reasons of the rational use of materials the first flap section is separated from the second side wall flap along an approximately diagonal dividing line connecting the first folding line and the second flap section is detachably connected to the second side wall flap along a first scoring line connecting the second folding line. The tab sections are then made from the material of the second side wall tab. The first scoring line brings about a second closure of the pouring device, which has to be broken open with or after the detachable section has been removed. If the dividing line ends in a punched-out edge of the second side wall flap, the folding in of the second side wall flap is further facilitated during assembly.

A second scoring line can be provided parallel to the first and on the opposite side of the flat material for connecting the second flap section to the side wall flap, thereby breaking the scoring lines a layer split and a straight opening edge along the side wall flap are effected. At the same time, the protruding remnants serve as a support for the second flap section, which prevents it from penetrating into the box when it is reclosed and thereby prevents any leaks.

Die Seitenwand 3 weist eine angelenkte Verbindungslasche 5 zum Befestigen an der Stirnwand vorzugsweise durch Kleben auf.1 is provided with end walls 1, 2 and side walls 3, 4, which are connected to one another along their longitudinal edges via fold lines. The side wall 3 has a hinged connecting tab 5 for attachment to the end wall, preferably by gluing.

For a bottom wall, lower end wall brackets 6, 7 and lower side wall brackets 8, 9 are articulated in a conventional manner on the end walls 1, 2 and the side walls 3, 4. These are folded over one another in the floor wall level and glued together.

For a top wall, the end walls 1, 2 and side walls 3, 4 have end wall brackets 10, 11 and side wall brackets 12, 13 at the top, which, however, are specially designed for a pouring device. For example, the end wall bracket 10 has a radius 14 at its free end and is connected or partially separated from an end bracket section 16 to an end bracket section 16 of the end wall bracket 10. The end wall bracket 10 forms a forehead pouring bracket 18 between the radius 14, counter scoring line 15 and a lateral crease line 17. In contrast, the end wall bracket 11 is conventional educated.

The side wall bracket 12 is laterally connected to the front wall bracket 10 via the crease line 17 and has an approximately triangular first bracket section 19 adjacent to the crease line. The crease line 17 is also referred to as the first fold line. The first flap section 19 is connected via a second folding line in the form of a counter scribe line 20 to a second triangular-shaped flap section 21 of the side wall flap 12, the second folding line 20 intersecting an interface of the folding line between the front wall flap 10 and front wall 1 and side wall flap 12 and side wall 3. The second tab section 21 is connected to the side wall 3 via a third folding line 22, which at the same time articulates the side wall tab 12.

Between the first fold line 17 and the second fold line 12 there is a dividing line 23 in the form of a cutting line, which widens into a punched-out portion 24 in the edge region and separates one side of the first tab section 19 from the side wall tab 12.

The second flap section 21 is connected to the side wall flap 12 via a scoring line 25 and a scoring line 26 between the second and third folding lines 20, 22. In contrast to the scoring lines or scoring lines, all of the scoring lines are arranged on the underside of the blank and are indicated by arrows drawn in bold on the end wall tab 10 and side wall tab 12. The side wall bracket 12 is also referred to as a second side wall bracket.

In contrast, the side wall flap 13 is also referred to as the first side wall flap and is provided with a punch 27 as a finger engagement and a perforation 28 which roughly follows the outer contour of the forehead bulk flap after the upper flaps 10, 11, 12, 13 have been folded inwards in the case of a tubular pre-assembled cut this is covered at the edge with a projection 29. The perforation line 28 delimits a detachable section 30 on the side wall flap 13.

According to FIG. 2, the end wall flap 10 and the side wall flap 13 are first folded in in the direction of the arrow during assembly in the upper region, a projection 31 of the side wall flap formed next to the recess 24 engaging between the radius 14 and the end flap section 16 until it comes to rest on the latter. The end wall bracket 10 and the side wall bracket 13 are interlocked and the first and second bracket sections 19, 21 folded under the end wall bracket 10.

The end wall bracket 11 is already folded under the second side wall bracket 13. The first side wall tab 13 does not take part in these processes.

According to FIG. 3, the folding box is closed by folding the first side wall flap 13 into the top wall level and its adhesive connection, in particular with the side wall flap 12, outside the front bulkhead flap 18 of the front wall flap 10. The finger engagement 27 in the area of the perforation line 28 is then visible from the outside. A pressure area for reclosing the package is designated by position 32.

Zum Öffnen der Packung wird gemäß Fig. 4 ein Finger in den Fingereingriff 27 gesteckt und der lösbare Abschnitt 30 entlang der Perforationslinie 28 getrennt, wobei zugleich die den zweiten Laschenabschnitt 21 mit der Seitenwandlasche 12 verbindende Ritzlinien 25, 26 aufgebrochen und die Stirn-Schüttlasche 18 angehoben wird.4, a finger is inserted into the finger engagement 27 and the detachable section 30 is separated along the perforation line 28, the scoring lines 25, 26 connecting the second tab section 21 with the side wall tab 12 being broken open and the forehead pouring tab 18 is raised.

In ausgeklappter Stellung bilden sie eine Schüttvorrichtung 34, die gezielt entlang der Faltlinie 17 entleert werden kann.5, the forehead pouring flap 18 can then be folded into the level of the front wall 1 and the two tab sections 19, 21 into the level of the side wall 3, opening an opening 33 in the top wall. In the unfolded position, they form a pouring device 34 which can be emptied specifically along the fold line 17.

For reclosing, the forehead pouring flap 18 is folded back into the plane of the opening 33, wherein it is supported on the edge side on exposed areas of the second side wall flap 12. At the same time, the first and second tab sections 19, 21 are moved under the forehead bulk tab 18, the second tab section 21 and the second side wall tab 12 with remaining edge regions 35, 36 being supported against one another between the scoring line. Finally, the radius 14 of the forehead pouring flap 18 is pressed by thumb pressure in the area 32 (cf. FIG. 3) under the projection 29 of the first side wall flap 13 and secured there.
