Während der weiteren Drehbewegung des Segmentes 8 in Pfeilrichtung A werden die einzelnen Zettel 14 jeweils auf einen Windelbeutel 16 im Zusammenwirken mit den Gegenwalzen 7 aufgepreßt. Da die Walzen 7 und die parallel mit Abstand zueinander angeordneten Segmente 8 in dem Moment, in dem die Segmente 8 in Berührung mit der Bahn 3 kommen, schneller laufen als die Bahn selbst, wird von der Bahn durch die Segmente 8 jeweils ein Windelbeutel 16 abgerissen. Die Segmente 8 dienen folglich zum einen dem Abreißen einzelner Windelbeutel 16 von der Windelbeutelkettenbahn 3 und zum anderen dem Anpressen von beispielsweise Verstärkungszetteln auf einzelne Windelbeutel. Die mit dem Zettel 14 beklebten Windelbeutel 16 werden dann von der Bänderführung 5 über ein oberes Saugband 17 abgenommen und durch einen Niederdrücker 18 auf die Stifte 19 eines Stapelbandes 20 in an sich bekannter Weise abgelegt.A winding roll 2 is rotatably mounted in an unwinding device 1. This knife edge 10 cooperates with a rotating counter knife 11 in such a way that individual slips 14 are separated from a glued endless web 13 fed via a suction belt 12 and held by the suction channel 9 will. As can be seen from the figure, not only the rotating knife, but also a rotating punching device 15 is also assigned to the segment 8, through which holes are punched into individual pieces of paper 14. During the further rotation of the segment 8 in the direction of arrow A, the individual pieces of paper 14 are pressed onto a diaper bag 16 in cooperation with the counter-rollers 7. Since the rollers 7 and the segments 8, which are arranged parallel and at a distance from one another, run faster than the web itself at the moment in which the segments 8 come into contact with one another, a diaper bag 16 is torn off from the web through the segments 8 . The segments 8 consequently serve, on the one hand, to tear off individual diaper bags 16 from the diaper bag chain track 3 and, on the other hand, to press reinforcement sheets onto individual diaper bags, for example. The diaper bags 16 stuck with the note 14 are then removed from the tape guide 5 via an upper suction tape 17 and deposited by a depressor 18 onto the pins 19 of a stacking tape 20 in a manner known per se.

Claims (6)

  1. An apparatus for applying reinforcement patches provided with a glue deposit to a web provided with transverse perforations, preferably to a web of bags connected to each other via the transverse perforations, with a device for tearing off the sections or bags connected to each other via the transverse perforation lines from the web,
    characterized in that
    above the guide roller (4) on the entry side of a conveyor line consisting of endless conveyor belts (5) interspaced from each other, there are arranged pressing rollers (6) pressing the entering web (3) against the guide rollers (4);
    that between the conveyor belts (5) of the upper side, rollers (7) are mounted behind the guide rollers (4) on the entry side, at a distance which is smaller than the interspacing of the transverse perforation lines of the web from each other; that the rollers (7) form the counter pressure rollers for a rotating segment (8) with a cylindrical peripheral surface which is holding and carrying the reinforcement patches (14); that the radius and the peripheral velocity of the peripheral surface of the segment (8) is adjusted to the sectional length of the web (3) in such a way that this surface rolls off between two conveyor belts respectively on a portion of each section, while the web (3) is pressed against the counter pressure rollers (7); and
    that the peripheral velocity of the segment (8) and of the counter pressure rollers (7) is greater than the conveyance speed of the conveyor belt, so that while the patch (14) is being stuck onto a section (16), the latter is torn off from the web (3).
  2. An apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that, for holding the patch (14) provided with glue, the segment (8) is provided with suction openings or at least one suction duct in its peripheral surface.
  3. An apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the zone of the trailing edge of the peripheral surface of the rotating segment (8), a cutter blade is arranged which cooperates with a rotating counter cutter (11) for severing the patches (14) from a fed patch web (13).
  4. An apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the peripheral surface of the segment (8) co-operates with a punch of a stamping device (15) rotating at the same speed.
  5. An apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the patches (14) are pressed on in the zone of the trailing end of each section, in such a way that they overlap the edge formed by the separation.
  6. An apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the conveyor belt is followed by a suction belt conveyor (17) which is in its conveying mode with its bottom side, beneath which a stacking conveyor belt (20) is arranged, onto whose intermittently moved stacking pins (9) a plunger (18), that can be raised and lowered, is threading the sections (16) in such a way that the stacking pins (19) pass through the patches in the stacking holes stamped into them.
