In einer Abwickelvorrichtung 1 ist eine Wickelrolle 2 drehbar gelagert. Im Bereich der Zwischenräume zwischen den Endlosbändern 5 sind Gegenwalzen 7 vorgesehen, die mit einem Segment 8 zusammen­wirken. Letzteres weist zum einen einen Saugkanal 9 und zum anderen eine Messerschneide 10 auf. Diese Messerschneide 10 wirkt mit einem rotierenden Gegenmesser 11 derart zusammen, daß von einer über ein Saugband 12 zugeführten beleimten Endlosbahn 13 einzelne Zettel 14 abgetrennt und vom Saugkanal 9 gehalten werden. Wie aus der Figur zu ersehen, ist dem Segment 8 nicht nur das rotierende Messer, sondern ebenfalls noch eine rotierende Stanzeinrichtung 15 zugeordnet, durch in die einzelnen Zettel 14 jeweils Löcher eingestanzt werden. Während der weiteren Drehbewegung des Segmentes 8 in Pfeilrichtung A werden die einzelnen Zettel 14 jeweils auf einen Windelbeutel 16 im Zusammenwirken mit den Gegenwalzen 7 aufgepreßt. Da die Walzen 7 und die parallel mit abstand zueinander angeordneten Segmente 8 in dem Moment, in dem die Segmente 8 in Berührung mit der Bahn 3 kommen, schneller laufen als die Bahn selbst, wird von der Bahn durch die Segmente 8 jeweils ein Windelbeutel 16 abgerissen. Die Segmente 8 dienen folglich zum einen dem Abreißen einzelner Windelbeutel 16 von der Windelbeutelketten­bahn 3 und zum anderen dem Anpressen von beispielsweise Verstärkungszetteln auf einzelne Windelbeutel. Die mit dem Zettel 14 beklebten Windelbeutel 16 werden dann von der Bänder­führung 5 über ein oberes Saugband 17 abgenommen und durch einen Niederdrücker 18 auf die Stifte 19 eines Stapelbandes 20 in an sich bekannter Weise abgelegt.In a unwinding device 1, a winding roll 2 is rotatably mounted. Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von mit einem Leimauftrag versehenen Verstärkungszetteln auf eine mit Querper­forationen versehene Bahn, vorzugsweise auf eine Bahn aus über die Querperforationen miteinander verbundenen Beuteln, mit einer Einrichtung zum Abreißen der durch die Querperforationslinien miteinander verbundenen Abschnitte oder Beutel von der Bahn,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß oberhalb der einlaufseitigen Umlenkrolle (4) eines aus im Abstand voneinander angeordneten endlosen Förderriemen bestehenden Förderbandes eine die einlaufende Bahn (3) gegen die Umlenkrollen (4) andrückende Förderwalze (6) ange­ordnet ist,
daß eine die Förderriemen (5) des Obertrums stützende Walze (7) in einem Abstand hinter den einlaufseitigen Umlenkrollen (4) gelagert ist, der kleiner ist als der Abstand der Querperforationslinien der Bahn voneinander, daß die stützende Walze (7) die Gegendruckwalze für ein die Verstärkungszettel (14) halterndes und transportierendes, rotierendes Segment (8) mit zylindrischer Umfangfläche bildet, daß der Radius und die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Umfangsfläche des Segments (8) derart auf die Abschnitt­längen der Bahn (3) abgestimmt sind, daß diese unter Andruck der Bahn (3) gegen die Gegendruckwalze (7) zwischen jeweils zwei Förderriemen auf einem Teil eines jeden Abschnitts abrollt, und
daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Segments (8) und der Gegendruckwalze (7) größer ist als die Fördergeschwindig­keit des Förderbandes, so daß unter Aufkleben des Zettels (14) auf einen Abschnitt (16) dieser von der Bahn (3) abgerissen wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Segment (8) zur Halterung der beleimten Zettel (14) in seiner Umfangsfläche mit Saugluftöffnungen oder mindestens einem Saugluftkanal versehen ist.2.
