- rollers 18 and 19 are rotatably arranged on the mouthpiece part 3 in the corner regions thereof.
- the rollers 18 arranged on one long side of the suction channel 13 are evenly offset in the direction of the longitudinal central axis 20 of the mouthpiece part 3 compared to the rollers 19 arranged on the other long side.
- the rollers 18 and 19 support the mouthpiece part 3 on the surface to be suctioned off, so that the front and rear working edges 21 and 22 delimiting the suction channel 13 lie at a small distance 23 above the surface to be suctioned off.
- rollers 18 and 19 are arranged in a height-adjustable manner in the mouthpiece part 3, they can be moved upwards with a corresponding negative pressure acting on the mouthpiece part 3 so that the working edges 21 and 22 rest on the surface to be suctioned off. Since a significantly higher vacuum occurs when vacuuming carpets on the mouthpiece part 3 than when vacuuming smooth floors, the engagement of the working edges 21 and 22 in the carpet pile is thus automatically achieved when cleaning a carpet.
- thread lifters 24 and 25 are arranged on both sides of its suction channel.
- at least the front thread lifter 24 is of spherical design and is arranged on the mouthpiece 3 so as to rise obliquely outwards.
- an elastic apron 26 is arranged after the rear working edge 22 on both sides of the rear thread lifter 25, the free end of which is to be suctioned off Surface grinds and thus seals the space under the mouthpiece part 3 to the rear.
- the tilt axis 6 of the mouthpiece part 3 is located below the axis of rotation 10 of the support rollers 9 and is furthermore arranged in a horizontal direction in front of the rollers 19 forming the rear support supports towards the longitudinal central axis 20.
- the position of the tilt axis 6 is chosen so that the extension 28 of the connecting line 27 drawn between the pivot axis 7 and the tilt axis 6 intersects the support plane 29 of the mouthpiece part 3 in the area between the longitudinal central axis 20 and the support point 30 of the rear rollers 19.

Description
The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner mouthpiece according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a vacuum cleaner mouthpiece is known from DE-PS 30 09 648. In the case of this mouthpiece, the mouthpiece part which is pivotably arranged on the intermediate channel part is completely decoupled from the vertical component of the force exerted on the mouthpiece via the handling handle. The mouthpiece part is therefore slightly inclined when sucking in accordance with the respective direction of movement of the mouthpiece, in such a way that the front boundary edge of the suction channel in relation to the direction of movement is tilted toward the surface to be cleaned. This edge penetrates more strongly into the carpet pile when cleaning carpets, which increases the pushing force. As a result of the inclination of the mouthpiece part, so-called rattling of the mouthpiece part can easily occur.
The invention has for its object to develop a vacuum cleaner mouthpiece of the generic type so that the mouthpiece part can be moved over the surface to be cleaned without tilting during cleaning.
The problem is solved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. In such a configuration of the vacuum cleaner mouthpiece, a tilting moment acting on the intermediate channel part is generated because of the center distance between the pivot axis of the suction nozzle and the axis of rotation of the support roller due to the force exerted on the handle. This tilting moment in turn has a corresponding pressing force of the mouthpiece part against the surface to be cleaned Episode. As a result of the position of the tilt axis, this pressing force essentially acts on the rear support supports of the mouthpiece part, so that one counteracts after the mouthpiece part tilts forward. A stable sliding behavior of the mouthpiece part on different floor coverings is thus achieved.
The mouthpiece part is articulated on an attachment molded onto the underside of the housing of the intermediate channel part. This is the easiest way to achieve the necessary deep position of the tilt axis.
To reduce the pushing force, it is advantageous that two rollers are provided as support pads on each long side of the mouthpiece part.
In order to avoid simultaneous immersion of all rollers of the mouthpiece part in the joints in the case of floors provided with a uniform joint structure (tile floors), the rollers arranged on one long side of the mouthpiece part are axially offset in the longitudinal direction of the mouthpiece part compared to the rollers arranged on the other long side. Through a height-adjustable arrangement of the rollers of the mouthpiece part, an automatic adjustment of the distance between the underside of the mouthpiece part and the surface to be cleaned is achieved as a function of the negative pressure acting on the mouthpiece part and the pressing force exerted on the handle.
The inclusion of threads and fluff is significantly improved in that thread-shaped thread lifters are arranged on the mouthpiece part in front of and behind the suction channel in an inclination angle that increases towards the outer longitudinal sides of the mouthpiece part relative to the support plane of the mouthpiece part.
Characterized in that the working edges delimiting the suction channel are pulled through at the same height in the area of the thread lifter, he mechanical processing of the carpet pile also improves the dirt pick-up in the area of the thread lifter.
An increase in the negative pressure in the suction channel of the mouthpiece part can be achieved in that an elastic apron extending at least over a partial length of the mouthpiece part is arranged after the rear working edge of the suction channel.
- FIG 1 ein Staubsaugermundstück im Schnitt,
- FIG 2 eine Unteransicht des Staubsaugermundstückes.
- 1 shows a vacuum cleaner mouthpiece in section,
- 2 shows a bottom view of the vacuum cleaner mouthpiece.
A vacuum cleaner mouthpiece designated 1 has an intermediate channel wedge 2, a mouthpiece part 3 and a connecting piece 4. The mouthpiece part 3 is articulated on a projection 5 integrally formed on one end of the intermediate channel part 2 on the underside of its housing, about a tilt axis 6. At the other end of the intermediate duct part 2, the connecting piece 4 is connected to the intermediate duct part 2 such that it can be pivoted in height about a pivot axis 7. At this end of the intermediate channel part 2, outwardly projecting bearing
The mouthpiece part 3 has a
In the central area of the mouthpiece part 3 13
As the sectional view according to FIG. 1 shows, the tilt axis 6 of the mouthpiece part 3 is located below the axis of
