Die erfindungsgemässe Lösung weist auch den Vorteil auf, dass eine einfache Montage des neuen Wasser/Luft-Kühlers möglich ist, für die keine Schraub-und auch keine Lötverbindungen notwendig sind. As can be seen in FIG. 7, the push-through bolts 18 are secured by a spring clip 20, which is known and is essentially U-shaped and is pressed into the groove 18b with two spring legs and in the pressed-in position according to FIG. 7 is secured by the front securing tab 20a, which snaps over the front end of the plug pin 18. This type of spring clip attachment is known. In the cooler according to the invention, it permits particularly simple and screwless installation.

Claims (7)

1. Water/air radiator for water cooled internal combustion engines, particularly of utility vehicles, consisting of a finned tube block, water tanks with tube ends and side parts which serve for attachment of the radiator, the side parts being provided at both ends with, projecting laterally into the region of the water tanks, fixing lugs having apertures through which it is possible to pass fixing bolts which engage corresponding bores in parts rigidly connected to the water tanks, characterized in that the bores are provided outside of the tube ends directly in the water tanks (1, 2) which consist of synthetic plastics material and are constructed as cylindrical throughways (17) which are integrally formed in and which traverse the water tanks and in that provided as the fixing bolts are plain linchpins (18) which are pushed through the apertures (15, 16) in the fixing lugs (12, 13) and through the throughways (17) in the water tanks (1, 2).
2. Radiator according to claim 1, characterized in that each fixing lug (12, 13) consists of, extending parallel with each other, two lug parts (12a, 12b, 13a, 13b) which engage around both sides of the associated water tank (1, 2).
3. Radiator according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the fixing lugs (12, 13) are constructed as corner reinforcements and are provided with two each of the bores (15, 16).
4. Radiator according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the bores are in each case constructed at one end of the side parts (5, 6) as elongated holes extending in the direction of the tube axes (3) of the finned tube block.
5. Radiator according to claim 4, characterized in that the elongated holes (16) are provided on the upper fixing lugs (12) of the side parts (5, 6).
6. Radiator according to claim 1, characterized in that the linchpins (18) are secured by spring clips (20) which fit with a snap-action into a groove (18b) on the linchpins (18).
7. Radiator according to claim 1, characterized in that bracing sleeves (19) which consist of metal are inserted into the throughways (17) in the water tanks (1, 2).
