Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения полиэтиленового или полипропиленового полимеров или их сополимера, включающему контактирование среды, содержащей мономер, с частицами катализатора полимеризации по крайней мере в одном смешивающем устройстве высокой скорости сдвига с образованием нанодисперсии, в которой частицы обладают средним диаметром менее 1 мкм. Мономер выбирают из группы, включающей этилен, пропилен и их комбинации. Способ дополнительно включает обработку нанодисперсии в условиях полимеризации, включающих давление в диапазоне от примерно 203 до примерно 6080 кПа (от примерно 2 до примерно 60 атм) и температуру в диапазоне от примерно 20 до примерно 230°C, при которых по крайней мере часть мономера полимеризуется.
