Description
Orthopedic shoe insoles or orthopedic footwear The invention Affects the use of rubber milk and cork powder or cork grist Kneading and subsequent drying with subsequent pressing at temperatures from 8o to 140 'under a minimum pressure of 2o Atü obtained molding as a filler for orthopedic shoe insoles and orthopedic footwear.
For the production of orthopedic shoe insoles or orthopedic Footwear are already known filling compounds made of cork flour and latex. These filling cups are either modeled on. or pressed into molds.
It is also known to use a mixture of rubber milk and crushed cork to be pressed immediately without pre-drying, which probably gives usable shoe soles However, orthopedic insoles that adhere to a certain shape cannot be used have to keep different parts of the insert and still have a certain softness must have. It has now been found that molded bodies made from molding compounds made from rubber milk and cork powder or crushed cork, which is kneaded and then dried under subsequent pressing at temperatures of 8o to 140 'under a minimum pressure can be obtained from 2o Atü, are particularly good as filling compounds for footwear or orthopedic shoe sales.
It was further found that the elasticity and durability the molded body produced using the filling compound depends on it, below what pressure the filling compound was formed. Taking advantage of this knowledge one goes to, the use according to the invention of such moldings for the production orthopedic shoe inserts or orthopedic footwear so that you can Mixture of latex and Korkniehl serving as a filling material is kneaded, dries and finally the dry mass at a higher temperature such Pressure pressed that the plasticity of the material at ordinary temperature is practical is destroyed. In this case, the filling compound is expediently given its final shape granted. The filling compound obtained in this way is made from rubber milk and cork powder or crushed cork by kneading and subsequent drying with subsequent pressing to temperatures from 8o to 100 'under a minimum pressure of: 2o atm. brought.
The filling compound is glued to the corresponding insert and that's it mangled. Such an insert permanently retains its shape without losing its softness is impaired. It does not break through and is highly elastic.
The crushed cork is preferably a material that contains some bark but no dust. The chewing - #; chu, l #: milk (latex) used has a dry content of 55 to 75% and is advantageously added in such an amount that there are 500 to 600 g of latex for every 400 cork grist.
