– ein mittels einer Laserdiode (2) erzeugter Laserstrahl in die Achse (1) des Rotationswerkzeuges an wenigstens einer Stelle exzentrisch der Rotationsachse in zumindest eine in dem Rotationswerkzeug untergebrachte Glasfaser (4) eingeleitet wird,
– der Laserstrahl über die Glasfaser (4) zu einer Austrittslinse (3) geführt wird, und
– der aus der Austrittslinse (3) austretende Laserstrahl an einer abzutragenden Stelle annähernd tangential oder senkrecht zum Wirkumfang des Rotationswerkzeuges auf das Werkstück (5) auftrifft, wodurch die Duktilität der Abtragsschicht erhöht wird.
