Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Fahrzeuges (3), wobei zumindest ein in Fahrtrichtung (F) vor dem Fahrzeug befindliches Objekt (1, 2) erfasst wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Überfahrbarkeit des erfassten Objektes (1, 2) ermittelt und eine Auslösung zumindest eines Insassenschutzmittels wird bei Überfahren eines erfassten überfahrbaren Objektes (1) unterdrückt, wobei das Insassenschutzmittel erst bei einem Aufprall an ein in Fahrtrichtung (F) hinter diesem befindlichen erfassten nichtüberfahrbaren Objekt (2) ausgelöst wird.The invention relates to a method for operating a vehicle (3), at least one object (1, 2) located in front of the vehicle in the direction of travel (F) being detected. Ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Fahrzeuges sieht vor, dass zumindest ein in Fahrtrichtung vor dem Fahrzeug befindliches Objekt erfasst wird.
