Detailed Description
As used herein, an "electronic device" (or simply "terminal") includes, but is not limited to, an apparatus that is configured to receive/transmit communication signals via a wireline connection, such as via a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), a digital cable, a direct cable connection, and/or another data connection/network, and/or via a wireless interface (e.g., for a cellular network, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), a digital television network such as a DVB-H network, a satellite network, an AM-FM broadcast transmitter, and/or another communication terminal). A communication terminal arranged to communicate over a wireless interface may be referred to as a "wireless communication terminal", "wireless terminal" or "mobile terminal". Examples of mobile terminals include, but are not limited to, satellite or cellular telephones; a Personal Communications System (PCS) terminal that may combine a cellular radiotelephone with data processing, facsimile and data communications capabilities; PDAs that may include radiotelephones, pagers, internet/intranet access, Web browsers, notepads, calendars, and/or Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers; and conventional laptop and/or palmtop receivers or other electronic devices that include a radiotelephone transceiver. A cellular phone is an electronic device equipped with a cellular communication module.
The inventor finds that, in some technical schemes, in order to waterproof the horn, an O-ring is generally arranged between the horn and a middle frame of the smart watch to waterproof, but the waterproof scheme has low reliability and relatively complex assembly process. During assembly, corresponding O-shaped rings need to be arranged on the middle frame of the horn bracket or the intelligent watch separately, and then the horn bracket and the middle frame of the intelligent watch are assembled. Dispose the material cost that O type circle can improve alone, and O type circle receives the scratch easily during the assembly to take place the damage and influence the gas tightness, what more directly drops, leads to waterproof function inefficacy. Meanwhile, before the horn support is arranged in the middle frame, the waterproof performance of the horn support cannot be tested at the front end, and the product yield is reduced. In addition, because the barometer and the loudspeaker in the smart watch generally share the same FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit board), when assembling, the barometer needs to be installed first and then the loudspeaker needs to be installed, so that the original assembly of the loudspeaker becomes more difficult.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a waterproof module, a sound output assembly and an electronic device having the waterproof module. Referring to fig. 4 to 10, fig. 4 is an exploded structural schematic view of a waterproof module 400, fig. 5 is a structural schematic view of a bracket 410 in fig. 4, fig. 6 is an assembly structural schematic view of the bracket 410, a first sealing member 420 and a second sealing member 430 in fig. 4, fig. 7 is an assembly structural schematic view of a functional element 300 and the bracket 410 in fig. 4, fig. 8 is an assembly structural schematic view of the functional element 300 and the bracket 410 in fig. 7 from another view angle, fig. 9 is an assembly structural schematic view of the bracket 410, the functional element 300 and a frame 220 in fig. 2, and fig. 10 is a partial sectional structural schematic view of the bracket 410, the functional element 300 and the frame 220 in fig. 9 along v-v.
As shown in fig. 4, the waterproof module 400 may include: a bracket 410, a first seal 420, a second seal 430, and a mount 440. Wherein the bracket 410 may be used to mount the function 300. The first and second seals 420 and 430 are disposed on the bracket 410. The first seal 420 may be used to cooperate with the functional element 300 to improve the waterproof property of the bracket 410 and the functional element 300. The second sealing member 430 may be used to cooperate with the bezel 220 to improve the waterproof property of the bracket 410 and the case 200. The fixing bracket 440 may be coupled to the bracket 410 and the bezel 220, respectively, to fix the bracket 410 to the bezel 220. In this embodiment, the first sealing member 420 and the second sealing member 430 may be an integrated structure, so that when the waterproof module 400 is assembled with the functional member 300 and the housing 200, a separate O-ring does not need to be configured, thereby reducing the process and material costs required for assembly. The terms "first", "second" and "third" in this application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any indication of the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first," "second," or "third" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the feature.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a bracket 410 may be connected to the bezel 220 to facilitate the waterproof module 400 to be mated with the housing 200 for waterproofing. The feature 300 may be mounted within the cradle 410 such that the cradle 410 cooperates with the feature 300 to provide water resistance. The bracket 410 may include a main body portion 411 and an extension portion 412 of an integrated structure. The main body 411 may be disposed on one side of the frame 220 close to the accommodating space 201, and is disposed adjacent to the through groove 222. The body portion 411 may be used to mount the function 300. The extension portion 412 may be disposed between the main body portion 411 and the bezel 220, and extend in a direction away from the main body portion 411. And at least partial area of the extension 412 may be disposed in the through slot 222, so that the extension 412 and the through slot 222 of the bezel 220 cooperate to perform the function of the functional element 300. For example, the main body 411 may be provided with a mounting groove 4111, and the functional member 300 may be mounted in the mounting groove 4111, so as to connect the functional member 300 and the waterproof module 400. The extending portion 412 may be formed with a channel 4121 communicating with the mounting groove 4111, and the channel 4121 is further communicated with the through groove 222 of the frame 220, so that the functional component 300 can communicate with the outside of the accommodating space 201 through the channel 4121, thereby implementing a functional application thereof. In addition, two sides of the main body 411 disposed adjacent to and opposite to the extension part 412 may be formed with a stopper 4113. The stopper 4113 may be coupled to the fixing frame 440, such that the fixing frame 440 may be connected to the bracket 410 via the stopper 4113, so as to fix the bracket 410 to the frame 220.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the first sealing member 420 may be disposed in the mounting groove 4111 between the functional member 300 and the inner wall of the mounting groove 4111. In this embodiment, the first sealing member 420 may also be designed in an annular shape, so that the functional member 300 installed in the installation groove 4111 may be surrounded by the first sealing member 420 in the middle, thereby achieving waterproof performance in all aspects, and preventing water or sweat from entering the accommodating space 201 from the gap where the functional member 300 is assembled with the installation groove 4111, so as to improve the waterproof performance between the functional member 300 and the bracket 410. The second seal 430 may be disposed around an outer sidewall of the extension 412 and between the outer sidewall of the extension 412 and an inner wall of the channel 222. In this embodiment, the second sealing element 430 may also be designed in an annular shape, an inner annular surface of the second sealing element may contact with an outer sidewall of the extension portion 412, and an outer annular surface of the second sealing element may contact with an inner wall of the through groove 222, so as to achieve waterproof in all aspects, and prevent water or sweat from entering the accommodating space 201 from a gap between the extension portion 412 and the through groove 222, so as to improve waterproof performance of the extension portion 412 and the frame 220.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first and second seals 420 and 430 may be a unitary structure. For example, the first and second seals 420 and 430 may be over-molded on the bracket 410. An opening 4112 may be formed in a surface of the main body 411 close to the frame 220, and the opening 4112 may communicate with the mounting groove 4111, so that a partial area of the first sealing member 420 disposed in the mounting groove 4111 may extend toward the extension part 412 through the opening 4112, and is connected to the second sealing member 430 disposed around an outer side wall of the extension part 412. Thus, the first and second seals 420 and 430 may be formed on the bracket 410 as a single body by two-shot molding. Compared with the independent arrangement of the O-shaped ring, the first sealing element 420 and the second sealing element 430 which are integrally formed can be mutually limited, so that the first sealing element 420 and the second sealing element 430 are prevented from falling off from the support 410 in the assembling process, and the assembling yield is improved. Meanwhile, because the first sealing element 420 and the second sealing element 430 are integrally formed, compared with the case that a plurality of O-shaped rings are separately arranged, the material cost of the waterproof module 400 is lower, and the production cost of the waterproof module is reduced.
Further, the first sealing member 420 and the second sealing member 430 may be made of a flexible material having a good air tightness, such as rubber or silicon. When the function piece 300 assembles in mounting groove 4111, deformation and function piece 300 and support 410 looks butt can take place for first sealing member 420 to realize interference fit, not only can promote the waterproof performance between function piece 300 and the support 410, can also play limiting displacement, avoid function piece 300 to deviate from in mounting groove 4111. From this, the functional part 300 need not the point and can install in mounting groove 4111, has saved the process of point and has glued required dwell time, has promoted assembly efficiency. When the bracket 410 is assembled to the frame 220, the second sealing member 430 may also deform to abut against the outer sidewall of the extension portion 412 and the inner wall of the through slot 222, so as to achieve an interference fit, and improve the waterproof performance between the bracket 410 and the frame 220. In addition, the first sealing ring 420 and the second sealing ring 430 of the integrated structure can also be convenient to assemble, and in the assembling process, the functional member 300 only needs to be installed in the installation groove 4111 to be matched with the first sealing member 420, so that the functional member 300 is fixed in the installation groove 4111, and then the waterproof module 400 with the functional member 300 is loaded onto the frame 220. The whole assembly process is simple, the corresponding O-shaped ring does not need to be pasted and configured in the assembly process, and the assembly efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, since the first sealing member 420 is already arranged between the bracket 410 and the functional element 300 for sealing, before the waterproof module 400 of the functional element 300 is installed in the frame 220, a real water test and an air tightness test can be performed on the waterproof module 400 and the functional element 300, so as to improve the product yield.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, in the present embodiment, the functional element 300 may specifically be a speaker 301, which may be assembled with the waterproof module 400 to form the sound emitting component 50 of the electronic device 10, so as to implement audio functions of the electronic device 10, such as video call, music playing, voice reminding, and the like. Because the speaker 301 generally needs to communicate with the outside of the accommodating space 201 for sound transmission, the speaker 301 is assembled in the mounting groove 4111 of the bracket 410, so that the speaker 301 can be matched with the first sealing member 420 to achieve high-grade waterproof, and meet the waterproof requirement required by the speaker 301, and can also communicate with the outside of the accommodating space 201 through the channel 4121 to achieve functional application. As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the sound emitting surface 3011 of the speaker 301 may be communicated with the channel 4121, so that the sound signal emitted from the speaker 301 may be conducted to the outside of the accommodating space 201 through the channel 4121 of the extending portion 412 and the through groove 222 of the frame 220, thereby improving the sound emitting effect of the speaker 301. In some embodiments, the functional component 300 may also be a microphone or other component that needs to communicate with the outside of the accommodating space 201 to implement functional application, and by mounting such component on the waterproof module 400, not only can the assembly efficiency be improved, but also the waterproof requirement of such component can be satisfied.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, since the speaker 301 and the barometer 302 in the smart watch generally share a flexible circuit board, the smart watch is integrally assembled to reduce the number of assembling processes. In this embodiment, the sound emitting component 50 may be installed with two functional components 300, one may be the speaker 301 described above, and the other may be the barometer 302, so that the electronic device 10 may not only realize an audio function through the speaker 301 of the sound emitting component 50, but also sense the ambient air pressure data through the barometer 302, so as to display the air pressure data on the display screen 100, which is convenient for the user to know the air pressure change in real time. For example, the main body 411 of the bracket 410 may be provided with two mounting grooves 4111. Which are a first mounting groove 4111a and a second mounting groove 4111b, respectively. The main body 411 may be formed with a first mounting groove 4111a for mounting the speaker 301. Because the volume of the barometer 302 is small, the side wall of the main body 411 adjacent to the extending portion 412 may extend in a direction away from the main body 411 to form a mounting portion 413, and a second mounting groove 4111b adapted to the barometer 302 is formed in the mounting portion 413, so as to mount the barometer 302. Therefore, the material of the bracket 410 can be saved, and the cost is reduced. In this embodiment, the opening directions of the first mounting groove 4111a and the second mounting groove 4111b may be identical to facilitate the assembly of the speaker 301 and the barometer 302.
