本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于紫花苜蓿田的含氯酯磺草胺的除草组合物。
背景技术
紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)是豆科多年生草本植物,具有产量高、富含蛋白质、草质优良、生物固氮能力强和适口性好等优点,在畜牧业尤其是奶牛产业中发挥着不可替代的作用。紫花苜蓿田杂草发生严重,尤其是牛筋草、马唐、鳢肠和香附子等恶性杂草生长迅速,防控困难,严重影响紫花苜蓿产量和品质。目前,紫花苜蓿田杂草主要采用化学药剂进行防除,比如精喹禾灵、咪唑乙烟酸和氯酯磺草胺等,但随着杂草抗药性的逐渐增加,现有化学药剂对其的防除效果也在逐渐降低。加大农药喷施剂量虽然能够提高对杂草的防除效果,但容易对紫花苜蓿产生药害,影响其生长,因此开发新型除草剂很有必要。
氟酮磺草胺(CAS登录号874195-61-6)是由拜耳公司开发的磺酰苯胺类除草剂,为乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂,以根系和幼芽吸收为主,兼具茎叶吸收除草剂,可用于防除禾本科杂草、莎草和阔叶杂草。
目前还未见到氟酮磺草胺与氯酯磺草胺复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于紫花苜蓿田的含氯酯磺草胺的除草组合物,解决随着杂草抗药性的逐渐增加,现有化学药剂对杂草的防除效果也在逐渐降低;加大农药喷施剂量虽然能够提高对杂草的防除效果,但容易对紫花苜蓿产生药害,影响其生长的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种用于紫花苜蓿田的含氯酯磺草胺的除草组合物,其有效成分由氟酮磺草胺与氯酯磺草胺复配而成。
作为优选,所述氟酮磺草胺与氯酯磺草胺的质量比为1-30:15-1。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明除草组合物中氟酮磺草胺与氯酯磺草胺复配后在一定质量比范围内表现为增效,与单独使用任一有效成分相比,可提高对紫色苜蓿田内马唐等杂草的防除效果,基于此可以减少农药的施用量,减少药害的产生。

根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例1:紫花苜蓿田杂草防治药剂筛选
1.供试杂草:马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)种子收集于郑州市惠济区花园口镇河南何博草业有限公司苜蓿基地。
2.供试药剂:93.6%氟酮磺草胺原药、97%酰嘧磺隆原药、98%吲哚酮草酯原药、97.5%氯酯磺草胺原药,以上药剂均为市售;
将供试药剂用二甲基亚砜溶剂溶解,然后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂和配比混剂均按等比方法设置6个质量浓度梯度。
3.试验方法:参考《NY/T 1155.4-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第4部分:活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法》
将供试杂草种子浸泡催芽至露白后均匀播种于塑料钵(15cm×11cm×7cm,底部打孔)内,每钵25粒,播种后覆细土0.5-1cm,移入温室内常规培养,保持土壤湿润;杂草出苗整齐后定苗至每钵15株,待杂草幼苗长至3叶期时,用行走式喷雾塔对杂草幼苗茎叶喷雾供试药液,每个处理设置5次重复,并设0.1%吐温-80水溶液处理作为空白对照,处理后将移入温室内继续培养。
于施药后14d称取杂草地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效。
4.数据分析:采用DPS软件对药液浓度对数值与防效几率值进行数据统计分析,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标的ED50值,并根据孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
5.测定结果
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1-3。

从表1可以看出,在1-40:5-1的质量比范围内,氟酮磺草胺与酰嘧磺隆复配后对鳢肠的共毒系数在124.95-422.78之间,均大于120,说明氟酮磺草胺与酰嘧磺隆复配后对防除马唐表现出增效作用。

从表2可以看出,在1-20:20-1的质量比范围内,氟酮磺草胺与吲哚酮草酯复配后对马唐的共毒系数在122.15-327.13之间,均大于120,说明氟酮磺草胺与吲哚酮草酯复配后对防除马唐表现出增效作用。

从表3可以看出,在1-30:15-1的质量比范围内,氟酮磺草胺与氯酯磺草胺复配后对马唐的共毒系数在128.61-680.78之间,均大于120,说明氟酮磺草胺与氯酯磺草胺复配后对防除马唐表现出增效作用。
综上所述,本发明氟酮磺草胺与酰嘧磺隆、吲哚酮草酯或氯酯磺草胺复配后在一定质量比范围内对防除马唐表现为增效,与单一成分相比,可提高对紫色苜蓿田内马唐的防除效果,基于此可以减少农药的施用量,减少药害的产生。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。
