本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于紫花苜蓿田的三元除草组合物。一种用于紫花苜蓿田的三元除草组合物,其有效成分由环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮复配而成,所述环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮的质量比为4‑9:1:25‑10。本发明除草组合物中环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮三者复配后在一定质量比范围内共毒系数大于120,表现为增效,可提高对紫色苜蓿田内鳢肠等杂草的防除效果,有助于减少农药的施用剂量,降低环境污染和农药残留,可以为开发新型除草剂提供支持。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于紫花苜蓿田的三元除草组 合物。
背景技术
紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)是豆科多年生草本植物,具有产量高、富含 蛋白质、草质优良、生物固氮能力强和适口性好等优点,在畜牧业尤其是奶 牛产业中发挥着不可替代的作用。紫花苜蓿田杂草发生严重,尤其是牛筋草、 马唐、鳢肠和香附子等恶性杂草生长迅速,防控困难,严重影响紫花苜蓿产量和品质。目前,紫花苜蓿田杂草主要采用化学药剂进行防除,比如精喹禾 灵、咪唑乙烟酸和烯草酮等,但随着杂草抗药性的逐渐增加,现有化学药剂 对其的防除效果也在逐渐降低。加大农药喷施剂量虽然能够提高对杂草的防 除效果,但容易对紫花苜蓿产生药害,影响其生长,因此开发新型除草剂很 有必要。
环酯草醚(pyriftalid)是由先正达公司开发的嘧啶水杨酸类除草剂,作用 机理为ALS抑制剂,其除草活性来源于开环形成的水杨酸。通过根和茎叶吸 收而起作用,对一年生禾本科杂草、莎草科及部分阔杂草有较高的防除效果。
苄嘧磺隆(bensulfuron-methyl)是杜邦公司开发的磺酰脲类除草剂。苄嘧 磺隆是选择性内吸传导型除草剂,其通过抑制必需氨基酸的合成起作用,比 如缬氨酸、异亮氨酸,从而停止细胞分裂和植物生长。
环磺酮(tembotrione)是由拜耳公司研制的三酮类玉米田除草剂,其通过 HPPD抑制剂表现出来,HPPD抑制剂是一种螯合物,能将Fe(II)包裹到HPPD离子团内表现活性。
将不同农药有效成分进行复配是开发和研制新农药的一种有效和快捷的 方式。不同农药有效成分复配后通常表现出三种作用类型:拮抗作用、相加 作用和增效作用,其中表现出增效作用的配方,能够明显提高防治效果,降 低农药的施用剂量。发明人通过室内试验发现将环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺 酮三者以一定质量比进行复配时,对鳢肠表现出增效作用,目前未见有环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮三者复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于紫花苜蓿田的三元除草组合物,其可以 提高紫花苜蓿田内杂草的防除效果,可以为开发新型除草剂提供支持。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种用于紫花苜蓿田的三元除草组合物,其有效成分由环酯草醚、苄嘧 磺隆和环磺酮复配而成,所述环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮的质量比为4-9: 1:25-10。
作为优选,所述环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮的质量比为质量比为4:1: 10。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明除草组合物中环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮三者复配后在一定质 量比范围内共毒系数大于120,表现为增效,可提高对紫色苜蓿田内鳢肠等杂 草的防除效果,有助于减少农药的施用剂量,降低环境污染和农药残留,可 以为开发新型除草剂提供支持。

根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容 易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利 要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例1:紫花苜蓿田杂草防治药剂筛选
1.供试杂草:鳢肠(Eclipta prostrata)种子收集于郑州市惠济区花园口 镇河南何博草业有限公司苜蓿基地。
2.供试药剂:96%环酯草醚原药、96%苄嘧磺隆原药、96%环磺酮原药, 以上药剂均为市售。
将供试药剂用二甲基亚砜溶剂溶解,然后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释, 配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂和配比混剂均按等比方法设置6个 质量浓度梯度,备用。
3.试验方法:参考《NY/T 1155.4-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草 剂第4部分:活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法》
将供试杂草种子浸泡催芽至露白后均匀播种于塑料钵(15cm×11cm×7cm, 底部打孔)内,每钵30粒,播种后覆细土0.5-1cm,移入温室内常规培养, 保持土壤湿润;杂草出苗整齐后定苗至每钵20株,待杂草幼苗长至3叶期时, 用行走式喷雾塔对杂草幼苗茎叶喷雾供试药液,每个处理设置5次重复,并设0.1%吐温-80水溶液处理作为空白对照,处理后将移入温室内继续培养。
于施药后14d称取杂草地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效。
4.数据分析:采用DPS软件对药液浓度对数值与防效几率值进行数据统 计分析,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标的ED50值,并根据孙云沛法计算共 毒系数(CTC)。
5.测定结果
根据计算的共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作 用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用,结果见表1。

从表1可以看出,在4-9:1:25-10的质量比范围内,环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆好 环磺酮三者复配对鳢肠的共毒系数在147.90-554.25之间,均大于120,说明环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆好环磺酮三者复配后对防除鳢肠表现出增效作用,尤其在质量比 为4:1:10时,共毒系数达到了554.25,增效作用尤其显著。
综上所述,环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮三者复配后在一定质量比范围 内表现为增效,可提高对紫色苜蓿田内鳢肠的防除效果,有助于减少农药的 施用剂量,降低环境污染和农药残留,可以为开发新型除草剂提供支持。

1.一种三元除草组合物在防除苜蓿田内鳢肠中的用途,其特征在于,所述三元除草组合物的有效成分由环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮复配而成,所述环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮的质量比为4-9:1:25-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述环酯草醚、苄嘧磺隆和环磺酮的质量比为质量比为4:1:10。
