Abstract
The invention relates to an harmonia axyridis attractant, a preparation thereof, a preparation method and application, belonging to the field of biological control of pests. The attractant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of sclareol, 5-8 parts of terpineol, 5-8 parts of eucalyptol and 75-85 parts of nonanal. The preparation method of the attractant comprises the step of mixing and stirring the raw materials uniformly to obtain the attractant. The attractant preparation consists of an attractant and a diluent, wherein the mass ratio of the attractant to the diluent is 1: (1-10). The attractant preparation is prepared by directly adding the above attractant raw materials into diluent, and stirring to obtain attractant preparation. The attractant and the attractant preparation are applied to the preparation of the drug for attracting the harmonia axyridis. The invention has the following advantages: the attractant and the preparation thereof have good attraction effect on the harmonia axyridis, are harmless to other natural enemies, and are an environment-friendly prevention and control technology.

Background
Insect pest induced volatile HIPVs are used as special chemical signals to mediate interaction between plant-insect communities and influence the behaviors of insects. The HIPVs are mainly divided into terpene compounds and green leaf volatile compounds, GLV, and substances containing nitrogen, sulfur and the like. Terpene compounds are the most abundant of plant volatiles, and are the most common compounds induced by pests, wherein volatile substances such as monoterpene and diterpene are released after the pests are damaged and directly participate in plant defense, such as attraction of natural enemy insects.
The harmonia axyridis belongs to the Coleoptera and the ladybug families, is widely distributed in China, can effectively control pests such as psylla, aphid and the like, and is also a main predatory natural enemy in an agriculture and forestry ecosystem.
In the past research on natural enemy attractant formula, the mutual hormone is the main effective component of the natural enemy attractant, the mutual hormone is plant volatile matter induced by insect pests, and the effect of the mutual hormone is limited by the variety of the substances and the concentration ratio. Therefore, further improvement is required.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
insect pest induced volatiles are generally volatile odoriferous substances which are additionally released by plants in response to external stress after being infected by pests, and some of the volatile substances can show an attractive effect on natural enemy insects, which is a common system studied at present. In the research process of the scheme of the invention, a common native plant, namely the vitex negundo, in northern areas of China is selected, and volatile matters of the vitex negundo harming cotton aphids are extracted, so that the attractant has a good attraction effect on the harmonia axyridis, is harmless to other natural enemies, and is an environment-friendly prevention and control technology.

The advantageous effects of the present invention will be described below by specific test examples.
Test example 1:an olfactory method:

A Y-type insect olfactometer is selected for the test, the length of a main arm of the Y-type insect olfactometer is 15 cm, the length of 2 tube arms is 10 cm, a 250 mL conical flask is connected, an air sampler conveys air into an active carbon tube, the air passes through a long-neck distillation flask filled with distilled water, the air enters the olfactometer through a rubber tube, and the airflow rate is set to be 400 mL/min. 10 μ L of the solution was dropped onto a rectangular filter paper (2 cm. Times.1 cm) and placed in a odor bottle, and 10 μ L of paraffin oil solution was dropped onto the filter paper in another odor bottle, and the filter paper was changed every hour. The adult harmonia axyridis is subjected to starvation treatment for 24 hours before the test, the single-end harmonia axyridis adult is placed into a Y-shaped tube main arm, and the behavior reaction of the harmonia axyridis is observed. When the ladybug starts to time at the center of the main arm pipe, recording as a selection response when the ladybug crosses 1/2 of the two arms of the Y-shaped pipe and the residence time in the area is more than 5 s; when the ladybug is put in the container, no obvious selection trend exists within 5 min, and no reaction is marked. In the test, each ladybug is tested for 1 time, the positions of two arms are required to be changed for 1 ladybug in each test, Y-shaped pipes are replaced for 5 ladybugs in each test, and each group of adult female and male ladybugs is tested for 60 times.
The harmonia axyridis adopts chi-square test to the olfactory selection results of different test examples, firstly, weighting is carried out on the original data of the quantity of the harmonia axyridis selected from two arms, and then chi-square test in non-parameter test is selected for comparative analysis.
The results of olfaction tests are shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 1 shows the olfaction attraction effect of examples 5-9 on harmonia axyridis, wherein the horizontal axis represents the selection rate of the axyridis and the ratio of the left example and the control paraffin oil is selected.
The results of olfaction tests show that the examples 5, 6, 7 and 8 are about harmonia axyridis: (x 2 =4.282,P=0.039;x 2 =9.309,P=0.002;x 2 =6.813,P=0.009;x 2 =4.654,P= 0.031) all had significant attractant effect, whereas example 9 had no significant effect on harmonia axyridis: (x 2 =0.835,P=0.361)。
