Abstract
The invention provides a storage device and a refrigerator, wherein the storage device comprises a rack and a box body arranged below the rack. The rack comprises a rear plate body and a front plate body, wherein the front plate body is positioned at the front side of the rear plate body and can pivot around the rear end of the front plate body. Through the cooperation of box body and rack, the article can normally be deposited to the rack and box body when the front plate body of rack is in the expansion state. When the front plate body of the rack is in a closed state, the box body and the rack are matched to form a sealed box, so that articles needing to be sealed can be stored. The user can freely combine the storage device according to own needs, so that the utilization efficiency of the storage space in the refrigerator is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of refrigerators, in particular to a storage device for a refrigerator and the refrigerator.
Background
At present, the requirements of users on the refrigerator are higher and higher, and the design of the refrigerator is more and more humanized and diversified. Many users have a stronger and stronger demand for sealing independent spaces in the refrigerator, such as noble weight medicinal materials, unobtrusive food materials, precious skin care products, cosmetics and the like, and the independent sealing space is required.

Further, in the storage device of the present invention, the rear plate body of the rack is provided with a supporting member, and when the front plate body is in the unfolded state, the supporting member extends forward to stabilize the rack to maintain the unfolded state. A storage device for a refrigerator and a refrigerator according to embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a storage device 10 for a refrigerator, which is installed in a case 20 of the refrigerator, and the storage device 10 includes a rack 110 and a case 120.
The rack 110 includes a rear plate 112 and a front plate 111, the front plate 111 being located at the front side of the rear plate 112 and being pivotable about its rear end. The box 120 with the front side open, the box 120 is arranged below the rear plate 112 of the rack 110.
The rack 110 in the storage device 10 is configured such that the front plate 111 can be pivoted to meet the rear plate 112 so as to rest an unfolded state of the article or rotated to a closed state of the front side opening of the cover case 120.
The box body 120 is arranged below the rack 110, the box body 120 is matched with the rack 110, and when the front plate 111 of the rack 110 is in an unfolding state, the rack 110 and the box body 120 can normally store articles. In this embodiment, by adding the box 120 under the rack 110, the efficiency of utilizing the internal space of the storage device 10 is improved. When the front plate 111 of the rack 110 is in a closed state, the box 120 and the rack 110 cooperate to form a sealed box, which can store important articles to be stored in a sealed manner. The user can freely combine the storage device 10 according to own needs, so that the utilization efficiency of the storage space in the refrigerator is greatly improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a rack according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the rack 110 includes a support member 113, where the support member 113 is disposed on the rear plate 112, and is used to support the front plate 111 when the front plate 111 is in the unfolded state, so as to ensure that the front plate 111 is more stable when in the unfolded state.
When the front plate 111 of the rack 110 is in the unfolded state for a long time, a special support 113 is required to secure the front plate 111 in the unfolded state. When the storage device 10 is in the closed state, the supporting member 113 is located on the rear plate 112, so that the normal storage of the box 120 and the rack 110 is not affected. When the storage device 10 is in the unfolded state, a part of the supporting member 113 extends forward from the rear plate 112 to the front plate 111 for stabilizing the front plate 111. The support 113 is of various kinds, such as a fan-shaped, bar-shaped, etc., support 113.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rack 110 is made of a transparent material, such as glass, plastic, or the like. Facilitating the user to observe the storage of the interior articles while the storage device 10 is in the closed state.
In some embodiments of the present invention, particularly as shown in fig. 4, the support 113 includes at least one telescopic rod 1131, and the telescopic rod 1131 is disposed below the rear plate 112 and is configured to protrude forward from the bottom of the rear plate 112 to the bottom of the front plate 111 to support the front plate 111 when the front plate 111 is in the unfolded state.
In this embodiment, at least one telescoping rod 1131 is provided to ensure that the front panel 111 remains stable in the deployed state for a long period of time. Ensuring that the front end of the telescoping rod 1131 is located at the bottom end of the front plate 111 and the rear end of the telescoping rod 1131 is located at the bottom end of the rear plate 112 when the front plate 111 is in the extended state. In some embodiments of the present invention, two mounting holes 114 are provided on the bottom surface of the rear plate 112, and the mounting holes 114 are used for fixing the telescopic rods 1131. In this embodiment, the front and rear mounting holes 114 are provided on the bottom surface of the rear plate 112, so that the telescopic rod 1131 is more stable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cross-sectional area of the end-to-end ends of telescoping rod 1131 is slightly larger than the cross-sectional area of mounting throughbore 114 to avoid a user pulling telescoping rod 1131 out of mounting throughbore 114 too hard.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-5, the case 120 is slidably mounted between the rear plates 112. In this embodiment, the back plate 112 of the rack 110 can slide back and forth on the box 120, and the box 120 and the rack 110 can be quickly detached by sliding connection, so that a user can store larger articles in the storage space of the refrigerator.
Further, the top of the two lateral side walls of the box 120 is provided with a chute 121, and the two lateral edges of the back plate 112 are respectively disposed in one chute 121. In this embodiment, the rear plate 112 is slidably mounted to the case 120 through a chute 121 above the case 120.
When the storage device 10 is in the closed state, the rear plate 112 slides forward on the chute 121 until the front edge wall of the rear plate 112 is flush with the front open opening of the box 120, so as to ensure that the sealing state is maintained when the storage device 10 is in the closed state. When the storage device 10 is in the unfolded state, the front plate 111 rotates anticlockwise until rotating to be connected with the rear plate 112, and the rear plate 112 slides backwards on the chute 121 for a certain distance, so that the front plate 111 is connected with the rear side wall and the front side wall of the rear plate 112, and the front plate 111 is ensured to be more stable in the unfolded state.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, a shock pad 122 is disposed at a front end of the case 120, and abuts against the front plate 111 when the front plate 111 is in a closed state. In this embodiment, a shock pad 122 is disposed at the front opening of the case 120, and when the storage device 10 is converted from the unfolded state to the closed state, the front plate 111 contacts the case 120, which is prone to generate noise. Noise generated when the storage device 10 changes the form is reduced by providing the shock pad 122.
Further, a magnetic device may be additionally installed on the rear side of the shock pad 122 and the front plate 111 at a position corresponding to the shock pad 122, thereby improving sealability of the storage device 10 while not affecting the user to open/close the storage device 10. By providing the magnetic means, the storage device 10 is not affected by the back plate 112 when in the closed state. That is, the user may still continue to place articles on the rear panel 112 while the storage device 10 is in the closed state, and the front panel 111 may be sealed loose due to the air pressure change when placing slightly heavier articles, resulting in air leakage of the storage device 10.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a front plate 111 of a rack 110 is provided with a molding 115, and the molding 115 is mounted on the front plate 111 by a clamping manner. The front sidewall of the front plate 111 can be protected from the long-time opening/closing of the case 120.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the molding 115 is made of rubber, and since the temperature inside the refrigerator case 20 is generally low, the user's hand directly contacts the front plate 111 when opening/closing the storage device 10, resulting in the user freezing the hand while using the storage device 10, in this embodiment, the front wall of the front plate 111 is wrapped by the molding 115. When the storage device 10 is opened/closed, the user can open/close the storage device 10 by touching the decorative strip 115, and the user's hand does not directly touch the front plate 111, so that the user does not freeze his or her hand.
Further, the molding 115 may be disposed such that the height of the molding 115 is set to be higher than the bottom surface of the case 120 when the storage device 10 is in the closed state. When the box body 120 is in the closed state, the decorative strip 115 on the front plate body 111 completely covers the front opening of the box body 120, so that the sealing performance of the storage device 10 is improved, and the storage device 10 is prevented from leaking air, so that the damage to articles in the storage device 10 is prevented. Also, since the height of the molding 115 is higher than the bottom surface of the case 120, it is easier for the user to open/close the storage device 10.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the front plate 111 is rotatably mounted to the case 120. In this embodiment, the rack 110 is divided into two parts, a rear plate 112 provided at the top end of the case 120 and a front plate 111 mounted at the front opening of the case 120. Since the front plate 111 can be rotated on the case 120 by means of a rotation shaft or the like, the user can detach the front plate 111 from the case 120 to use it as an independent rack 110. The user can be according to the arbitrary combination of own demand/split storing space, can increase the utilization efficiency of refrigerator storing space.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a stopper may be provided on the front plate 111. The front plate 111 is prevented from continuing to turn backwards when in the unfolded state by the limiting piece when the front plate 111 is in the unfolded state, so that the influence on the storage of articles in the rack 110 is avoided.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the front plate 111 is mounted on the case 120 through a rotation shaft. The rotation shaft may be a damping rotation shaft such that the front plate body 111 may hover at any position between the unfolded state and the closed state.
