3. A continuous cleaning device for dust on the surface of a green belt according to claim 1, wherein: the rotating opening is provided with an anti-collision strip which is made of elastic materials.

A continuous cleaning apparatus for dust on a green belt surface according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the surface dust remover comprises a front soft brush, an atomizing nozzle and an air suction inlet, wherein the front soft brush is used for cleaning the surface of a green belt in a contact way, the atomizing nozzle is used for spraying the green belt, the air suction inlet is sequentially arranged, the atomizing nozzle is connected with a water tank on a vehicle body through a pipeline, and the air suction inlet is connected with a fan and a storage tank through an air channel.
5. The continuous cleaning device for dust on the surface of a green belt according to claim 4, wherein: the rear soft brush is arranged at the rear of the air suction opening, and the cleaning spray head is arranged at the rear of the rear soft brush.

The continuous cleaning device for dust on the surface of a green belt according to claim 5, wherein: the front soft brush and the rear soft brush comprise soft cloth belts with two ends connected to the base, a press roller is arranged above the soft cloth belts, and the press roller is connected to an eccentric wheel capable of rotating.

9. A method for continuously cleaning dust on the surface of a green belt, which is characterized in that the cleaning device is used according to claim 8, and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) The vehicle body is stopped at one side of the green belt, the connecting rod is adjusted to enable the horizontal plate and the side plates of the base to be positioned above and at two sides of the green belt, the atomizing nozzle, the air suction port and the cleaning nozzle are opened, and the vehicle body slowly advances along one side of the green belt;
(2) The connecting rod is adjusted to enable the front soft brush to be in contact with the surface of the green belt, and the front soft brush and the surface of the green belt interact to enable dust deposited on the blades of the green belt to be raised again; spraying atomized water vapor to the surface of the green belt by the atomizing nozzle to recapture the dust; negative pressure is generated at the air suction inlet to send the water vapor and the dust captured by the water vapor into the storage tank;
(3) Part of water vapor sprayed out of the atomizing nozzle flushes the surface of the green belt to form liquid drops and acts on dust deposited on the blades; the rear soft brush acts on the blade to loosen and remove the water-absorbed deposited dust; the cleaning nozzle washes the residual dust clean;
(4) When the line pole or the tree appears in the greenbelt the place ahead, the suitable adjustment connecting rod for rotatory mouth is towards line pole or tree, and the automobile body continues to move ahead, and the base is rotatory around rotatory mouthful until the base bypasses line pole or tree, and the base resumes the normal position under resetting means effect, adjusts the connecting rod and makes the base back move clearance tree or dust around the line pole.
