背景技术
头发通常被诸如光、天气的外部大气因素的作用和/或诸如刷理、梳理、染色、漂白、永久(permanent)和/或拉直的机械或化学处理的作用所损伤和削弱。
可获得许多产品以改变天然的发色。改变发色的方法可能涉及将人工色素沉积于头发上,这提供给头发不同的色调或颜色,或者提亮发色,例如从深褐色调到中褐或浅褐色调。
然而,在仅短短几周内,或在一些情况下在甚至更短时间内,颜色因洗涤或暴露于环境条件而开始褪色。例如,绚丽浓郁的褐色变得浑浊和暗沉,漂亮的金黄色调变为黄铜色,并且鲜亮的红色看起来不再那么鲜亮,产生消费者不合意的淡黄色发梢。
因此,头发被这些各种因素损伤,并且随时间变化可能变得干燥、粗糙或暗沉,尤其是在脆弱的区域且更特别是在发梢处,导致了发梢分叉。

因此,高度合意的是具有以下产品:其提供头发调理和修复益处,以及润色益处,例如使头发更易管理,特别是对发梢提供润色效果,并且赋予头发干净的感觉。
常见的是诉诸护发素或发膜产品,其可在头发已用洗发剂洗或冲洗后在其上使用以便赋予头发护发性质。传统的护发素和发膜提供给头发调理、顺滑、软化和视觉上的油光发亮,并且一般是冲洗型产品。最近的一些研究已提供了除对头发具有调理效果以外还具有润色效果的产品。
然而,它仍不令人满意。
消费者发现一些产品不提供给头发长期的益处。益处不能持续例如24小时。另一方面,其它产品使头发在1天后看起来油腻。上述都是不期望的。
因此,仍需要开发用于调理角蛋白纤维、特别是诸如头发的人角蛋白纤维的组合物,其将使头发更易管理,持续预期的时间段提供润色效果,同时赋予头发干净的感觉。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于开发用于调理角蛋白纤维、特别是诸如头发的人角蛋白纤维的组合物,其将使角蛋白纤维更易管理,提供润色效果并赋予角蛋白纤维干净的感觉,并且所有这些益处可长时间维持,例如持续24小时。

根据优选的实施方案,亲脂性染料选自DC红17、DC红21、DC红27、DC绿6、DC黄11、DC紫2、DC橙5、苏丹棕、喹啉黄、胭脂树红、姜黄素、胡萝卜素、叶黄素、亲脂性绿色染料及其混合物。
在胡萝卜素中,可特别地提及α-胡萝卜素、β-胡萝卜素、番茄红素。

含有硅酮树脂链段和流体硅酮链段的共聚物
根据本发明的第一方面,组合物包含含有硅酮树脂链段和流体硅酮链段的至少一种共聚物,在本申请中也被称为“硅酮共聚物”。
硅酮共聚物获自硅酮树脂与流体硅酮之间的反应。这些共聚物描述于专利申请WO03/026 596、WO 2004/073 626、WO 2007/051 505和WO 2007/051 506中,用于在头发和指甲上的各种化妆品应用和在皮肤上的药物应用。

硅酮树脂链段
根据本发明的实施方案中的一种,共聚物的硅酮树脂链段是MQ型硅酮树脂。这类MQ型硅酮树脂的实例包括但不限于:(i)具有式[(R1)3SiO1/2]x(SiO4/2)y(MQ单元)的烷基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,其中x和y是50至80范围内的整数,并且基团R1表示含有1至10个碳原子的基于烃的基团、苯基、苯烷基或羟基,且优选是含有1至8个碳原子的烷基,优选甲基;和(ii)苯烷基硅烷氧基硅酸酯树脂,苯烷基的烷基如上文定义,诸如苯丙基二甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯。
这类MQ型硅酮树脂的实例还包括但不限于三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯型,诸如由General Electric公司以参考名SR1000、由Wacker公司以参考名TMS 803、或由Shin-Etsu公司以名称KF-7312J或由Dow Corning公司以名称DC 749或DC 593出售的那些。
这类MQ型硅酮树脂的实例还包括但不限于MQ硅烷氧基硅酸酯单元,诸如苯烷基硅烷氧基硅酸酯树脂,如苯丙基二甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯(由General Electric公司出售的Silshine 151)。
流体硅酮链段
根据本发明的一种实施方案,根据本发明的共聚物的流体硅酮链段带有OH末端官能团。
优选地,流体硅酮链段是带有OH末端官能的二有机聚硅氧烷,其在25℃下具有介于100cSt和100,000cSt之间的粘度(使用ASTMD-445方法用布氏粘度计测定),其中二有机聚硅氧烷的取代基独立地选自甲基、乙基、丙基和乙烯基。二有机聚硅氧烷优选线型聚合物。以非限制性方式,二有机聚硅氧烷的实例可为聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙基甲基聚硅氧烷、二甲基硅氧烷和甲基乙烯基硅氧烷的共聚物以及含有OH端基的这类聚合物或共聚物的混合物。优选的二有机聚硅氧烷是聚二甲基硅氧烷。
例如,根据本发明的共聚物可通过加热以下项的混合物来制备:
-45质量%至75质量%的硅酮树脂,其为SiO2和R3(SiO)1/2单元的缩合产物,其中各基团R独立地选自甲基、乙基、丙基和乙烯基,且其中硅酮树脂的SiO2官能与R3(SiO)1/2官能之间的比率在0.6至0.9范围内;
-25质量%至55质量%的含有OH末端官能的流体二有机聚硅氧烷,其在25℃下具有介于100cSt和100,000cSt的粘度(使用ASTMD-445方法用布氏粘度计测定),其中该二有机聚硅氧烷的取代基独立地选自甲基、乙基、丙基和乙烯基;以及
-0.001%至5%的合适的催化剂,其优选为有机脂族胺化合物,优选选自伯胺、仲胺、叔胺、上文提及的胺的羧酸盐、以及季铵盐。
将混合物加热至介于80℃和160℃之间的温度,直至获得所得硅酮共聚物的粘附性质。
在共聚物中,硅酮树脂以介于45%和75%之间的含量(相对于硅酮的总质量计)存在且流体硅酮以介于25%和55%之间的含量存在,硅酮树脂和流体硅酮的百分比之和等于100。优选地,硅酮树脂以介于55%和65%之间的含量(相对于硅酮的总质量计)存在且流体硅酮以介于35%和45%之间的含量存在,硅酮树脂和流体硅酮的百分比之和等于100。
根据本发明优选的共聚物由Dow Corning以参考名和DOWSILTM出售。对于/>可尤其提及7-4400、7-4405、7-4500和7-4600等级,且对于DOWSILTM,可尤其提及FC-5001CM树脂胶、FC-5002IDD树脂胶和FC-5004DM树脂胶。
有利地,含有硅酮树脂链段和流体硅酮链段的共聚物以相对于组合物的重量计0.5重量%至10重量%、优选0.8重量%至8重量%、更优选1重量%至6重量%范围内的量存在。
油
根据本发明的第一方面,组合物包含至少一种油。
在此,“油”意指在室温(25℃)、大气压(760mmHg)下呈液体或糊状物(非固体)形式的脂肪化合物或物质。作为油,可单独或以其组合使用一般用于化妆品中的那些。这些油可为挥发性或非挥发性的,优选非挥发性的。
油可为非极性油,诸如烃油、硅酮油等等;极性油,诸如植物油或动物油和酯油或醚油;或其混合物。
油可选自植物或动物来源的油、合成油、硅酮油、烃油和脂肪醇。
作为植物油的实例,可提及例如:亚麻籽油、山茶油、澳洲坚果油、玉米油、貂油、橄榄油、鳄梨油、油茶油、蓖麻油、红花油、荷荷巴油、葵花油、杏仁油、菜籽油、芝麻油、大豆油、花生油、及其混合物。
作为合成油的实例,可提及:诸如异十二烷和异十六烷的烷烃油、酯油、醚油以及人造甘油三酯。
酯油优选为饱和或不饱和、直链或支链的C1-C26脂族一元酸或多元酸和饱和或不饱和、直链或支链的C1-C26脂族一元醇或多元醇的液体酯,该酯的碳原子总数大于或等于10。
优选地,对于一元醇的酯,本发明的酯所来源的醇和酸中的至少一者是支链的。
在一元酸和一元醇的单酯中,可提及棕榈酸乙酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、碳酸二辛酯、肉豆蔻酸烷基酯,诸如肉豆蔻酸异丙酯或肉豆蔻酸乙酯、硬脂酸异鲸蜡酯、异壬酸2-乙基己酯、异壬酸异壬酯、新戊酸异癸酯和新戊酸异硬脂酯。

可尤其提及:癸二酸二乙酯、月桂酰肌氨酸异丙酯、癸二酸二异丙酯、癸二酸双(2-乙基己基)酯、己二酸二异丙酯、己二酸二正丙酯、己二酸二辛酯、己二酸双(2-乙基己基)酯、己二酸二异硬脂酯、马来酸双(2-乙基己基)酯、柠檬酸三异丙酯、柠檬酸三异鲸蜡酯、柠檬酸三异硬脂酯、三乳酸甘油酯、三辛酸甘油酯、柠檬酸三(辛基十二烷醇)酯、柠檬酸三油醇酯、二庚酸新戊二醇酯、二异壬酸二甘醇酯。
作为酯油,可使用C6-C30且优选C12-C22脂肪酸的糖酯和二酯。要重申的是,术语“糖”意指含有数个醇官能、具有或不具有醛或酮官能并且包含至少4个碳原子的含氧的基于烃的化合物。这些糖可为单糖、寡糖或多糖。
可提及的合适的糖的实例包括蔗糖(sucrose或saccharose)、葡萄糖、半乳糖、核糖、岩藻糖、麦芽糖、果糖、甘露糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖和乳糖,及其衍生物,尤其是烷基衍生物,诸如甲基衍生物,例如甲基葡萄糖。
脂肪酸的糖酯尤其可选自前述糖和直链或支链、饱和或不饱和的C6-C30且优选C12-C22脂肪酸的酯或酯的混合物。如果它们是不饱和的,则这些化合物可具有一至三个共轭或非共轭的碳碳双键。
根据该变体的酯还可选自单酯、二酯、三酯、四酯和聚酯、及其混合物。
这些酯可为例如油酸酯、月桂酸酯、棕榈酸酯、肉豆蔻酸酯、山萮酸酯、椰油酸酯、硬脂酸酯、亚油酸酯、亚麻酸酯、癸酸酯和花生四烯酸酯、或其混合物,诸如尤其是油棕榈酸酯、油硬脂酸酯和棕榈硬脂酸酯混合酯,以及季戊四醇四乙基己酸酯。

作为人造甘油三酯的实例,可提及例如辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、三肉豆蔻酸甘油酯、三棕榈酸甘油酯、三亚麻酸甘油酯、三月桂酸甘油酯、三癸酸甘油酯、三辛酸甘油酯和三(癸酸/辛酸/亚麻酸)甘油酯。
作为硅酮油的实例,可提及例如线型有机聚硅氧烷,诸如二甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、甲基氢聚硅氧烷等等;环状有机聚硅氧烷,诸如环己硅氧烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环五硅氧烷、十二甲基环六硅氧烷等等;及其混合物。
优选地,硅酮油选自液体聚二烷基硅氧烷,尤其是液体聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),以及包含至少一个芳基的液体聚有机硅氧烷。
这些硅酮油还可为有机改性的。根据本发明可使用的有机改性硅酮是如上文定义的硅酮油,并且在其结构中包含经由基于烃的基团连接的一个或更多个有机官能团。
有机聚硅氧烷在WalterNoll的Chemistry and Technology ofSilicones(1968),Academic Press中被更详细地定义。它们可为挥发性或非挥发性的。
当它们为挥发性时,硅酮更特别选自具有介于60℃和260℃之间的沸点的那些,并且甚至更特别选自:

还可提及环状聚二烷基硅氧烷与有机硅化合物的混合物,诸如八甲基环四硅氧烷和四(三甲基甲硅烷基)季戊四醇(50/50)的混合物,以及八甲基环四硅氧烷和氧基-1,1'-双(2,2,2',2',3,3'-六(三甲基甲硅烷氧基))新戊烷的混合物;

还可使用非挥发性聚二烷基硅氧烷。这些非挥发性硅酮更特别选自聚二烷基硅氧烷,其中可主要提及含有三甲基甲硅烷基端基的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
在这些聚二烷基硅氧烷中,可按非限制性方式提及以下商品:
-由Rhodia出售的47和70047系列的油或/>油,例如油70 047 V500000;
-由Rhodia公司出售的系列的油;

在含有芳基的硅酮中的是聚二芳基硅氧烷,尤其是聚二苯基硅氧烷和聚烷基芳基硅氧烷。可提及的实例包括以如下名称出售的产品:
-来自Rhodia的70 641系列的油;
-来自Rhodia的70 633和763系列的油;
-来自Dow Corning的Dow Corning 556化妆品级流体油;

有机改性的液体硅酮尤其可含有聚乙烯氧基和/或聚丙烯氧基。因此,可提及由Shin-Etsu推出的硅酮KF-6017,以及来自Union Carbide公司的油L722和L77。
烃油可选自:
-直链或支链的、任选环状的C6-C16低级烷烃。可提及的实例包括己烷、十一烷、十二烷、十三烷以及异链烷烃,例如异十六烷、异十二烷和异癸烷;和
-含有多于16个碳原子的直链或支链烃,诸如液体石蜡、液体石油膏、聚癸烯和氢化聚异丁烯,诸如和角鲨烷。
作为烃油的优选实例,可提及例如直链或支链烃,诸如异十六烷、异十二烷、角鲨烷、矿物油(例如液体石蜡)、石蜡、凡士林或矿脂、萘等等;氢化聚异丁烯、异二十烷(isoeicosan)和癸烯/丁烯共聚物;及其混合物。
在脂肪醇中术语“脂肪”意指包括相对较大的碳原子数。因此,具有4个或更多个、优选6个或更多个、且更优选12个或更多个碳原子的醇涵盖在脂肪醇的范围内。脂肪醇可为饱和或不饱和的。脂肪醇可为直链或支链的。
脂肪醇可具有结构R-OH,其中R选自含有4至40个碳原子、优选6至30个碳原子、且更优选12至20个碳原子的饱和及不饱和、直链和支链的基团。在至少一种实施方案中,R可选自C12-C20烷基和C12-C20烯基。R可被或可不被至少一个羟基取代。
作为脂肪醇的实例,可提及月桂醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、山萮醇、十一烯醇、肉豆蔻醇、辛基十二烷醇、己基癸醇、油醇、亚油醇、棕榈油醇、花生四烯醇、瓢儿菜醇及其混合物。
优选脂肪醇是饱和脂肪醇。
因此,脂肪醇可选自直链或支链、饱和或不饱和的C6-C30醇,优选直链或支链、饱和的C6-C30醇,且更优选直链或支链、饱和的C12-C20醇。
术语“饱和脂肪醇”在此意指具有长脂族饱和碳链的醇。优选饱和脂肪醇选自任何直链或支链、饱和的C6-C30脂肪醇。在直链或支链、饱和的C6-C30脂肪醇中,可优选使用直链或支链、饱和的C12-C20脂肪醇。可更优选使用任何直链或支链、饱和的C16-C20脂肪醇。可甚至更优选使用支链C16-C20脂肪醇。
作为饱和脂肪醇的实例,可提及异硬脂醇、辛基十二烷醇、己基癸醇及其混合物。在一种实施方案中,辛基十二烷醇、己基癸醇或其混合物可用作饱和脂肪醇。
根据至少一种实施方案,在根据本发明的组合物中使用的脂肪醇优选选自辛基十二烷醇、己基癸醇及其混合物。
在优选实施方案中,油选自含有8至16个碳原子且更好为10至16个碳原子的支链烷烃油,诸如异十二烷;甘油三酯;任选含有二甲基硅烷醇端基的聚二甲基硅氧烷,诸如聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、其混合物。
有利地,油以相对于组合物的总重量计80重量%至98.5重量%、优选91重量%至97.5重量%、更优选93.5重量%至97重量%范围内的量存在。
优选根据本发明的组合物是无水的。
术语“无水”在此意指根据本发明的组合物可仅含有少量的水,优选不含水。因此,相对于组合物的总重量计,水的量可为2重量%或更少、优选1.5重量%或更少、且更优选1重量%或更少。特别优选根据本发明的化妆品组合物不含水。
另外的成分
根据本发明的组合物有利地为化妆品组合物。
根据本发明的组合物还可包含有效量的先前在化妆品组合物中在别处已知的其它成分,诸如各种常见的辅剂、维生素或维生素原,例如泛醇、遮光剂、香料、植物提取物、增稠剂、阳离子型聚合物等等。

b)1重量%至6重量%的含有硅酮树脂链段和流体硅酮链段的至少一种共聚物,其中硅酮树脂链段是具有式[(R1)3SiO1/2]x(SiO4/2)y(MQ单元)的烷基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,其中x和y是50至80范围内的整数,且基团R1是含有1至8个碳原子的烷基;流体硅酮链段是带有OH末端官能的二有机聚硅氧烷,在25℃下具有介于100cSt和100,000cSt之间的粘度(使用ASTMD-445方法用布氏粘度计测定),其中二有机聚硅氧烷的取代基独立地选自甲基、乙基、丙基和乙烯基;以及

发明人发现根据上述优选实施方案的组合物在角蛋白纤维的易管理性和干净感觉以及润色效果方面提供非常好的结果。
制备和使用
根据本发明的组合物可通过混合作为必要成分的成分a)至c)以及如上文说明的另外的成分来制备。
混合上述必要和任选成分的方法和方式不受限。任何常规方法和方式都可用来混合上述必要和任选成分以制备根据本发明的组合物。
根据本发明的组合物可为均匀的。
根据本发明的组合物可为护发素、免洗型产品,例如免洗型油。
组合物的使用可对湿或干的头发进行。
根据本发明的第二方面,用于调理角蛋白纤维的美容方法包括将如上所述的组合物施用于角蛋白材料上。
以下实施例以例示本发明的方式给出,并且不应被解释为限制范围。
实施例
实施例1:配制免洗型油
制备了根据发明配方(发明)1和比较配方(比较)1-2的免洗型油(除非有另外指示,否则含量表示为相对于每种免洗型油的总重量计的活性材料的重量百分比):
比较配方1的免洗型油包含三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,而非含有硅酮树脂链段和流体硅酮链段的共聚物。
比较配方2的免洗型油不包含任何树脂。
上文所列的免洗型油通过将所有成分均匀地冷混合到一起来制备。
实施例2:评估免洗型油
如下对用实施例1中制备的免洗型油处理的头发的易管理性和干净感觉以及对已处理头发的润色效果进行评估和评分。
将实施例1中制备的每种免洗型油施用于来自同一批的一个卷发样本,并且在施用后即刻(T0)和施用后24小时(T24h)观察头发样本。
在施用后即刻(T0)和施用后24小时(T24h)对已处理头发样本的易管理性(在齐整、卷曲保持和规律性方面)和干净感觉(在不油、不粘且不腻方面)进行评分。
另外,拍摄了在施用发明配方1的免洗型油之前和施用发明配方1的免洗型油之后24小时(T24h)的头发样本的照片,如图1和图2中所示。
将每种免洗型油施用于来自同一批的一个直的漂白头发样本和来自同一批的一个卷曲漂白头发样本,并且在施用后即刻(T0)和施用后24小时(T24h)观察头发样本。
在施用后即刻(T0)和施用后24小时(T24h)对用实施例1中制备的每种免洗型油处理的漂白头发样本上的润色效果(在光泽度和颜色均匀性方面)进行评分。
另外,利用来自Bossa Nova Technology公司的SAMBA头发系统,依据施用后即刻(T0)和施用后24小时(T24h)的光泽BNT值测试了用发明配方1的免洗型油处理的漂白头发样本的光泽度。结果示于图3中。
可以看到施用后即刻(T0)与施用后24小时(T24h)的光泽BNT值之间不存在显著变化,指示了光泽度至少稳定24小时。
由6名消费者基于以下标准对易管理性、干净感觉和润色效果进行评分并取平均值:
5:非常好;
4:基本上良好;
3:可接受;
2:略差且不可接受;
1:差,不可接受。
结果汇总于下表中。
观察到甚至在用根据本发明的免洗型油(发明1)处理24小时后,已处理的头发仍具有良好的易管理性、干净的感觉和润色效果。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于调理角蛋白纤维的组合物,相对于所述组合物的总重量计,其包含:
a)0.001重量%至2重量%的至少一种亲脂性染料;
b)0.5重量%至10重量%的含有硅酮树脂链段和流体硅酮链段的至少一种共聚物,其中所述硅酮树脂链段是式[(R1)3SiO1/2]x(SiO4/2)y的烷基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,其中x和y是50至80范围内的整数,并且基团R1表示含有1至8个碳原子的烷基,并且所述流体硅酮链段是带有OH末端官能的二有机聚硅氧烷,使用ASTMD-445方法用布氏粘度计测定其在25℃下具有介于100cSt和100,000cSt之间的粘度,其中所述二有机聚硅氧烷的取代基独立地选自甲基、乙基、丙基和乙烯基;和
c)至少一种油,
其中所述油以相对于所述组合物的总重量计80重量%至98.5重量%范围内的量存在,且其中所述组合物是无水的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述亲脂性染料选自DC红17、DC红21、DC红27、DC绿6、DC黄11、DC紫2、DC橙5、苏丹棕、喹啉黄、胭脂树红、姜黄素、胡萝卜素、叶黄素、亲脂性绿色染料及其混合物。

13.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其还包含维生素或维生素原、遮光剂、香料、植物提取物、增稠剂和阳离子型聚合物中的至少一种。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其为免洗型产品。
15.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,用于调理角蛋白纤维,相对于所述组合物的总重量计,其包含:
a)0.002重量%至0.8重量%的选自D&C紫2、β-胡萝卜素、虾青素及其混合物的至少一种亲脂性染料;
b)1重量%至6重量%的含有硅酮树脂链段和流体硅酮链段的至少一种共聚物,其中所述硅酮树脂链段是具有式[(R1)3SiO1/2]x(SiO4/2)y的烷基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,其中x和y是50至80范围内的整数,并且基团R1是含有1至8个碳原子的烷基,所述流体硅酮链段是带有OH末端官能的二有机聚硅氧烷,使用ASTMD-445方法用布氏粘度计测定其在25℃下具有介于100cSt和100,000cSt之间的粘度,其中所述二有机聚硅氧烷的取代基独立地选自甲基、乙基、丙基和乙烯基;以及
c)选自含有8至16个碳原子的支链烷烃油、甘油三酯、任选含有二甲基硅烷醇端基的聚二甲基硅氧烷、其混合物的至少一种油。
16.一种用于调理角蛋白纤维的非治疗性美容方法,其包括将如权利要求1至15中任一项中所定义的组合物施用于所述角蛋白纤维上。
