For example, patent No. CN201610220117.X discloses a novel waterproofing membrane heat shrink film packaging machine, including feeding cylinder conveying mechanism, belt conveyor, push away package mechanism, cutters, wear membrane mechanism, belt turnover mechanism and oven mechanism and constitute, one side of feeding cylinder conveying mechanism sets up belt conveyor, belt conveyor's tip sets up cutters, belt conveyor's upper portion sets up the membrane mechanism, pushes away package mechanism, belt conveyor's side sets up belt turnover mechanism, belt turnover mechanism's side sets up oven mechanism. The novel waterproof coiled material heat shrinkable film packaging machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the process flows of feeding, conveying, material blocking, material pushing, cutting, overturning, drying oven heating shrinkage and the like are reasonable in design and high in connectivity, the reliability and the superiority of the coiled material film shrinkage effect are guaranteed to the maximum extent, and the novel waterproof coiled material heat shrinkable film packaging machine comprises a feeding roller conveying mechanism, a belt conveying mechanism, a bag pushing mechanism, a cutter device, a film penetrating mechanism, a belt overturning mechanism and a drying oven mechanism, wherein the belt conveying mechanism is arranged on one side of the feeding roller conveying mechanism, the cutter device is arranged at the end part of the belt conveying mechanism, the film penetrating mechanism and the bag pushing mechanism are arranged on the upper part of the belt conveying mechanism, the belt overturning mechanism is arranged on the side of the belt conveying mechanism, and the drying oven mechanism is arranged on the side of the belt overturning mechanism. The optimal design of the barrier limiting structure on the matched conveying device of the existing waterproof coiled material film packaging machine is not ideal enough, the film roll is easy to roll and fall when conveyed, in addition, the barrier limiting structure mostly adopts an automatic control device and assists a driving motor to be matched to implement automatic telescopic sliding, the implementation cost of automatic control is higher, in addition, the impact damage of the film roll to the rear end limiting baffle is larger, and the abrasion of the film roll on the outer layer part in the conveying process is more serious.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide waterproof coiled material film packaging equipment with a film roll positioning mechanism, and aims to solve the problems that most of barrier limiting structures in the background art adopt an automatic control device and are matched with a driving motor in an auxiliary mode to implement automatic telescopic sliding, and the implementation cost of automatic control is high.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the waterproof coiled material film packaging equipment with the film roll positioning mechanism comprises a support; the support is integrally formed by combining a front vertical support frame and a rear vertical support frame and two longitudinal support plates which are symmetrically welded between bottom plates of the two vertical support frames, wherein two side plates are symmetrically welded at the top ends of the two vertical support frames in a left-right mode, two belt rollers are symmetrically and rotatably arranged between the front end section and the rear end section of each side plate, and a conveyor belt is tightly sleeved between the two belt rollers; the support further comprises a track shaft and positioning strips, the upper half parts of the vertical supporting frames at two positions of the support are welded with the two positioning strips and the two track shafts in a vertically spaced, bilaterally symmetrical mode, a driving mechanism is sleeved on the two track shafts in a sliding mode, and two limiting devices are symmetrically arranged on the two positioning strips in a sliding mode in a penetrating mode; the support also comprises a positioning plate, side supporting frames and a wheel carrier, wherein one side supporting frame is fixedly welded at the right side position of the rear end of the support, two electric push rods are symmetrically and tightly installed at the top ends of the side supporting frames, the wheel carrier is welded at the middle position of the top ends of two longitudinal supporting plates at the bottom of the support in a supporting manner, two rotating wheels are rotatably installed on the wheel carrier, one positioning plate is welded above the rear end of the support in a supporting manner, one photoelectric switch is fixedly arranged at one end of the positioning plate close to the electric push rods in a threaded manner, and the photoelectric switch is electrically connected with the PLC controller and can be used for intelligently and alternately controlling the starting and stopping of the two electric push rods and the motor; the support also comprises U-shaped plates, two U-shaped plates are symmetrically welded on the rear sides of two side plates at the top end of the support, the head ends of the two U-shaped plates are welded and fixed with the positioning plate together, and the two U-shaped plates provide convenience for supporting and mounting the positioning plate; the front end section of the right side plate is provided with a Z-shaped mounting plate in a locking way, and the Z-shaped mounting plate provides convenience for mounting the motor; the motor is tightly arranged on the Z-shaped mounting plate and is in shaft connection transmission with the belt roller at the front end, and the motor can rotate to drive the conveying belt to convey; the driving mechanism comprises transverse supporting rods, the main body of the driving mechanism consists of a longitudinal rack and four transverse supporting rods symmetrically welded on the rear half section of the longitudinal rack, the head end sections of the four transverse supporting rods are correspondingly matched with the two track shafts in a sliding manner, a tension spring is connected between the tail end of the longitudinal rack and the rear end supporting connecting rod of the two track shafts in a hanging manner, and the tension spring can pull to drive the driving mechanism to slide and reset and control the two limiting devices to slide and protrude to reset; the limiting devices also comprise guide rollers, one guide roller is rotatably sleeved on the upper half section of each vertical supporting piece, and the two rows of guide rollers on the two limiting devices are in rolling contact with the film rolls when the film rolls are conveyed on the conveying belt; the telescopic rods of the two electric push rods are in friction contact with the four sleeve rollers when being pulled out and slid backwards; the limiting device further comprises a star-shaped supporting part, the guide roller is hollow inside, the guide roller is integrally formed by welding an inner ring shaft sleeve and an outer ring roller sleeve together, and the star-shaped supporting part is supported between the inner ring shaft sleeve and the outer ring roller sleeve; the rotating wheel also comprises driven gears, one driven gear is sleeved on the middle section of the rotating shaft of the two rotating wheels, and the longitudinal rack of the driving mechanism is correspondingly in meshing contact with the driven gear; the deflector rods are welded on the circumferential outer rings of the two rotating wheels in a supporting way, and the two deflector rods are correspondingly matched with the two sliding grooves on the two bottom supporting pieces in an inserting way; the driving mechanism further comprises a sliding shaft, the front end of the longitudinal rack is welded with a U-shaped frame, the top end of the U-shaped frame is symmetrically welded with two sliding shafts forwards, the two sliding shafts are correspondingly in sliding fit with the positioning plate in a penetrating manner, and the two sliding shafts can limit the sliding track of the driving mechanism to enable the driving mechanism to directly slide forwards and backwards; the front ends of the two positions are fixedly welded with a baffle, and the film roll is conveyed backwards and is abutted against the baffle; one end of the positioning plate, which is close to the electric push rod, is fixedly locked with a mounting ring, the photoelectric switch is tightly pressed and fixed in the mounting ring through threads, and is right opposite to the emitting end of the photoelectric switch at a left-right interval when the baffle is pushed by the film roll to slide and is abutted against the positioning plate, and the baffle can be prevented from triggering the photoelectric switch when the baffle is abutted against the positioning plate; the electric push rod comprises push plates, one push plate is fixedly locked at the head ends of the telescopic rods of the two electric push rods, and the push plates push leftwards to be in contact with the film rolls which are conveyed to abut against the baffle; stop device includes vertical support piece and end support piece, stop device wholly props one row of vertical support piece common welding that even slat, end support piece and middle equidistance interval were arranged by the top and forms, and wherein one row of vertical support piece corresponds and alternates the cooperation with the locating bar, and has seted up a spout on the interlude of end support piece, and end support piece and vertical support piece all are hollow structure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the two limiting devices (refer to fig. 1) which are protruded upwards can block the film roll conveyed on the conveying belt, so that the film roll is prevented from rolling and falling left and right on the conveying belt during conveying and transportation and being incapable of being normally packaged, and the two rows of guide rollers can reduce the abrasion of the two limiting devices to the outer layer part of the film roll;
2. when the baffle is pushed backwards by the film roll, the tension spring at the tail end of the driving mechanism can be stretched, and the tension spring can buffer the baffle through the stretching elasticity of the tension spring, so that the damage caused by the relative impact of the film roll and the baffle is reduced, and the service life of the baffle is prolonged;
3. when the film roll is pushed to roll and is separated from the baffle, the driving mechanism loses jacking force and is pulled by the tension spring at the tail end of the driving mechanism to drive the film roll to slide back and reset and control the two limiting devices to slide upwards and protrude, at the moment, the four sleeve rollers can be in jacking contact with the two extending telescopic rods, the four sleeve rollers can roll and guide the two limiting devices to reduce the abrasion of the two electric push rod telescopic rods, and the service life of the electric push rod telescopic rods is prolonged;
4. the star-shaped supporting part can effectively improve the structural strength of the guide roller, make up the reduced compression resistance caused by hollow weight reduction, ensure that the guide roller is not easy to be impacted and sunken by the film roll, influence the smooth rotating and guiding of the film roll, and ensure that the guide roller, the bottom bracing piece and the vertical bracing piece are all of hollow structures, thereby being beneficial to reducing the overall weight of the limiting device, reducing the specification and the tensile force of a reset tension spring at the tail end of the driving mechanism, avoiding the phenomenon that the reverse jacking force is applied to the film roll through a baffle plate due to the overlarge tensile force of the tension spring, leading the film roll to stop and generate relative friction with a conveying belt, and causing the abrasion of the outer layer part of the film roll;
5. the invention utilizes the power transmission of the baffle plate, the backward sliding of the driving mechanism can be pushed by utilizing the backward transmission force of the film roll, the backward sliding of the driving mechanism can be meshed to drive the driven gear and the two rotating wheels to rotate so as to provide the driving force for the two limiting devices to slide and hide, the driving mechanism is matched with the tension spring at the tail end of the driving mechanism to be used together to drive the two limiting devices to slide and switch up and down, a driving motor which is additionally matched with the two limiting devices to slide and down can be saved, so that the two limiting devices can be indirectly driven by utilizing the power linkage of the motor, the manufacturing cost of equipment is reduced, in addition, the limiting devices are driven by the pushing of the film roll, and further, when the film roll is transmitted in place (namely, the film roll is arranged at the rear end of the conveying belt and is in abutting contact with the positioning plate), the two limiting devices can be automatically driven to slide and hide by utilizing the reasonably designed mechanical structure completely to realize the automatic sliding control of the two limiting devices, compared with the automatic control realized by adopting an automatic control device and matching with a driving motor, the implementation cost of the automatic control is lower, and the manufacturing cost of the equipment is reduced by at least 5%.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention is shown: the waterproof coiled material film packaging equipment with the film roll positioning mechanism comprises a support 1; the whole bracket 1 is formed by combining a front vertical support frame and a rear vertical support frame and two longitudinal support plates which are symmetrically welded between bottom plates of the two vertical support frames, wherein two side plates are symmetrically welded at the top ends of the two vertical support frames in a left-right mode, two belt rollers are symmetrically and rotatably arranged between the front end section and the rear end section of the two side plates, and a conveyor belt is tightly supported and sleeved between the two belt rollers; the limiting device 4 comprises vertical supporting pieces 403 and bottom supporting pieces 404, the whole limiting device 4 is formed by welding a top end supporting connection lath, the bottom supporting pieces 404 and a row of vertical supporting pieces 403 which are arranged in the middle at equal intervals, wherein the row of vertical supporting pieces 403 are correspondingly and alternately matched with the positioning bars 108, a sliding groove is formed in the middle section of the bottom supporting pieces 404, and the bottom supporting pieces 404 and the vertical supporting pieces 403 are both of a hollow structure; the deflector rods 502 are welded on the circumferential outer rings of the two rotating wheels 5 in a supporting way, the two deflector rods 502 are correspondingly matched with the two sliding grooves on the two bottom supporting pieces 404 in an inserting way, and the two rotating wheels 5 can rotate forwards and backwards and synchronously drive the two limiting devices 4 to slide upwards, protrude and slide downwards and hide through the two deflector rods 502;
the support 1 further comprises a track shaft 106 and positioning strips 108, the upper half parts of two vertical supporting frames of the support 1 are welded with the two positioning strips 108 and the two track shafts 106 in a vertically spaced and bilaterally symmetrical mode, a driving mechanism 2 is sleeved on the two track shafts 106 in a sliding mode, two limiting devices 4 are symmetrically arranged on the two positioning strips 108 in a sliding mode in a penetrating mode, the two limiting devices 4 protruding in the upper sliding mode (refer to fig. 1) can block and limit film rolls conveyed on the conveying belt, and the film rolls can be prevented from rolling and falling on the left and right of the conveying belt during conveying and cannot be normally packaged; the support 1 further comprises U-shaped plates 102, two U-shaped plates 102 are symmetrically welded to the rear sides of two side plates at the top end of the support 1, and the head ends of the two U-shaped plates 102 are welded and fixed with a positioning plate 103; a Z-shaped mounting plate 104, wherein one Z-shaped mounting plate 104 is tightly mounted on the front end section of the right side plate; a motor 105 is tightly installed on the Z-shaped installation plate 104, and the motor 105 is in shaft coupling transmission with a belt roller at the front end; one end of the positioning plate 103 close to the electric push rod 3 is fixedly locked with a mounting ring, the photoelectric switch 6 is fixedly locked in the mounting ring through a threaded top, and when the baffle 202 is pushed by a film roll to slide and is abutted against the positioning plate 103, the baffle is opposite to the emitting end of the photoelectric switch 6 at a left-right interval; the electric push rod 3 comprises push plates 301, the head ends of the telescopic rods of the two electric push rods 3 are fixedly locked with one push plate 301, and the push plate 301 pushes leftwards to be in contact with the film roll which is conveyed to abut against the baffle 202;
the support 1 further comprises a positioning plate 103, a side supporting frame 101 and a wheel frame 107, the side supporting frame 101 is fixedly welded at the right side position of the rear end of the support 1, two electric push rods 3 are symmetrically and tightly installed at the top end of the side supporting frame 101, the wheel frame 107 is welded at the middle of the top ends of two longitudinal supporting plates at the bottom of the support 1 in a supporting mode, two rotating wheels 5 are installed on the wheel frame 107 in a rotating mode, the positioning plate 103 is welded above the rear end of the support 1 in a supporting mode, and a photoelectric switch 6 is fixedly arranged at one end, close to the electric push rods 3, of the positioning plate 103 in a threaded mode; the driving mechanism 2 comprises a transverse supporting rod 203, the main body of the driving mechanism 2 is composed of a longitudinal rack and four transverse supporting rods 203 symmetrically welded on the rear half section of the longitudinal rack, wherein the head end sections of the four transverse supporting rods 203 are correspondingly matched with the two track shafts 106 in a sliding manner, and a tension spring is connected between the tail end of the longitudinal rack and the rear end supporting connecting rod of the two track shafts 106 in a hanging and supporting manner; the driving mechanism 2 further comprises a sliding shaft 201, the front end of the longitudinal rack is welded with a U-shaped frame, the top end of the U-shaped frame is symmetrically welded with two sliding shafts 201 forward, and the two sliding shafts 201 are correspondingly matched with the positioning plate 103 in a penetrating and sliding manner; the baffle 202, the front end of two places is welded and fixed with a baffle 202, and the film roll is conveyed backward and is abutted against and contacted with this baffle 202, when the baffle 202 is pushed backward by the film roll, the extension spring at the tail end of the driving mechanism 2 can be stretched, the extension spring can buffer the baffle 202 through the extension elasticity thereof, the damage caused by the relative impact of the film roll and the baffle 202 is reduced, and the service life of the baffle 202 is prolonged.

Furthermore, the limiting device 4 further comprises a star-shaped supporting portion 405, the guide roller 401 is hollow inside, the guide roller is integrally formed by welding an inner ring shaft sleeve and an outer ring roller sleeve together, the star-shaped supporting portion 405 is supported and arranged between the inner ring shaft sleeve and the outer ring roller sleeve, the star-shaped supporting portion 405 can effectively improve the structural strength of the guide roller 401, and the pressure resistance reduced due to hollow weight reduction is compensated, so that the guide roller 401 is not easy to be impacted and sunken by the film roll, the smooth rotating and guiding of the film roll is influenced, and the guide roller 401, the bottom supporting piece 404 and the vertical supporting piece 403 are all hollow structures, which is beneficial to reducing the weight of the limiting device 4 integrally, reduces the specification and the tensile force of the return tension spring at the tail end of the driving mechanism 2, and avoids the phenomenon that the reverse jacking force is applied to the film roll through the baffle 202 due to overlarge tensile force of the tension spring, so that the film roll stops and generates relative friction with a conveyor belt, and the abrasion to the outer layer part of the film roll is caused.
Further, the rotating wheel 5 further comprises a driven gear 501, the middle section of the rotating shaft of the two rotating wheels 5 is sleeved with one driven gear 501, the longitudinal rack of the driving mechanism 2 is correspondingly engaged with the driven gear 501, the driving mechanism 2 can push and slide backwards by utilizing the backward transmission force of the film roll through the power transmission of the baffle 202, the driving mechanism 2 can be engaged to drive the driven gear 501 and the two rotating wheels 5 to rotate to provide the driving force for hiding the sliding downwards for the two limiting devices 4, the driving mechanism can be matched with the tension spring at the tail end of the driving mechanism 2 to drive the two limiting devices 4 to slide upwards and downwards for switching, a driving motor additionally matched with the two limiting devices 4 to slide upwards and downwards can be omitted, the two limiting devices 4 can indirectly utilize the power linkage of the motor 105, the manufacturing cost of the equipment is reduced, in addition, the limiting devices 4 are driven by the pushing of the film roll, and then when the film roll is conveyed in place (namely, when the film roll is arranged at the rear end of the conveying belt and is abutted and contacted with the positioning plate 103), the two limiting devices 4 can be automatically driven to slide downwards and be hidden, so that the two electric push rods 3 can conveniently push and transfer the film roll.
In another embodiment, a rubber pad may be disposed on the back of the positioning plate 103, and the rubber pad can reduce the contact impact between the U-shaped frame at the front end of the driving mechanism 2 and the positioning plate 103 when the driving mechanism returns to slide and return, thereby reducing the impact damage of the two components.
The working principle is as follows: when the film roll winding device is used (as shown in fig. 1), a film roll which is rolled and formed is pushed to be placed on a conveying belt through openings at the front ends of two limiting devices 4, the conveying belt is driven by a motor 105 to convey the film roll backwards, when the film roll is conveyed to a proper position (namely, the film roll is placed at the rear end of the conveying belt and is abutted and contacted with a baffle 202), the film roll starts to push the baffle 202 backwards, when the baffle 202 is abutted and contacted with a positioning plate 103, a photoelectric switch 6 can be blocked and triggered, the photoelectric switch 6 stops the motor 105 through a PLC (programmable logic controller) controller and starts two electric push rods 3, and the two electric push rods 3 push the film roll conveyed at the rear end of the conveying belt to the next working procedure through a push plate 301;
